A melhor localização em Fishermans Wharf, dá para fazer muita coisa a pé ou simplesmente pegar o bonde é ir para o centro. Está também a poucos Km da Golden Gate bridge.

Primeiramente o endereço do hotel que chegamos não era o que iríamos ficar, mandaram nos para outro nas proximidades,lá só entregaram as chaves e nos mandarampara outro local, poucas vagas de estacionamento, hotel com carpete nos corredores e quartos manchados e velhos. Sem frigobar no apto, hóspede vizinho deixou bandeja com restos de refeição ni chão do corredor,o qual ficou quase 2 dias sem retirarem. Apenas a localização era boa. As acomodações e atendimento, são muito diferentes do hotéis da mesma rede no Brasil e na Europa.O que somente me chamou a atenção e achei bonito, foi um bebedouro de água com frutas que ficava dispinivel na recepção.

Uno de los hoteles más accesibles que se encontraba, a su alrededor está Pier 39, y muchísimos restaurantes y actividades por hacer! Esta muy comunicado para ir a la ciudad o cualquier lugar! Las habitaciones fueron muy agradables.

The location was great. It is walking distance to many of SF attractions. The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet at night. I also felt safe staying here. Highly recommend this place if you are visiting SF.

If I were allowed to really put my thoughts on paper!!!! Horried, very unconventional with on sight construction in the building n street. Had a drill over our bed at 8:30am, you had no choice but to leave the building. NEVER AGAIN

Terrible services especially the unpleasant Asian guy who was at the front desk around 7:30pm on Jan 27th 2020. We reserved airport shuttle that time personally but no car on time there. There's no concierge staff so i ask him what's going on though the same company's regular shuttle time on here is 7:45. He said that's not our hotel business and you have to call them to check it. My phone didn't work so i ask him to call cuz there's NO staff anywhere but he said there's no phone here so you have to do it yourself.
We spent 3 days in this hotel. WE WERE YOUR CUSTOMER. The hotel's duty is helping customers who need any help even though there's no any other staff on the time. IT'S YOUR DUTY. We've been to a lot of countries and hotels but We've NEVER experience like this unpleasant service AT ALL !!!! I dont know his name but feel very bad and mad.
And First day, there's awful sth in the bath tub in our room. OK it does happen sometime like this. That's fine even though we had to change our room next day (because of the full book for 2 beds)

The room was a bit dated, as was the lobby. My room was clean and offered a nice view of the bay. I usually stay at the HI Express around the corner which is the most recently updated of the 2. It still offers a great location central to the Wharf and the North Beach area.

Lo único bueno es la ubicación. Después un desastre. Muy mala atencion. Me perdieron varios paquetes que recibieron por correo. Muy desorganizado y mala predisposición en recepción y Consejería. No lo recomiendo
