Recomendo. Além de ser um Hilton, é algo interessante, mais acolhedor que um mega hotel. Localizado na 37th e a 8th N, está perto de tudo, a pé, mas fora do CAOS de NY. Muito bom mesmo. Excelente staff, não posso dizer melhor deles, e com pequeno almoço incluído que é algo inédito. Recomendo

Ótimo hotel, além de ser um Hilton! Ideal para família, ótimo café da manhã e bem diversificado! Apesar do espaço pequeno para café, existem muitos funcionários repondo e se não tiver espaço disponibilizam opção de se servir e ir para o quarto. Pelo preço em plena Manhattan perto da time square, com ambiente familiar e quarto espaçoso não tem igual! Vi outros hotéis como Luma, Moxy e Even que eram mais caros e pareciam mais transados e o que pesou pra me decidir pelo Homewood foi o preço mais competitivo, boa localização, café da manhã muito bom incluso e boas avaliações de quem vai com filho/família! Nesses outros hotéis se você ta solteiro e quer ir num lugar com ar mais jovem é tranquilo, mas hoje pelo preço e amenidades, mesmo só, repetiria a minha estadia aqui.

STAFF is wonderful, helpful and responsive. HOTEL has issues though. Welts wing with the AC in the room? Had to call twice during my stay because the AC would work for a while then it would turn off or simply blow HOT AIR. the room turns hot and humid---- but if you go down to the lobby, the AC is full blasting. Unfair to guests. Our bathroom was clean but there was a loose toilet paper holder, which maintenance team promptly fixed. Thank you for that. Also, you must call a day ahead if you wish to have Housekeeping done OR you are on your own. The price for a room is high if you don't automatically include housekeeping daily. Fix this, Hilton. For Hilton to use their name in an establishment like this.... no good. Breakfast is included and they have variety daily, which is a Plus.

Ubicación excelente, muy céntrica para conocer Manhattan andando, y a pocos minutos del Metro. Habitaciones limpias y cómodas, con pequeña cocina para salir del paso, pero muy silenciosas teniendo en cuenta lo céntrico del Hotel. El personal muy atento, te hablaban en Español siempre que se daban cuenta de tu origen (gracias Valentín y todo el staff por vuestra amabilidad). La limpieza en profundidad tenías que solicitarla, sin coste alguno. Si no, realizaban un cambio de toallas y una limpieza superficial. El desayuno, un buffet que variaba diariamente y abundante... mi hijo disfrutó de las tortitas y el sirope. Volveremos.

This place is one of the highest rated in the area. I've been coming here for a very long time. If you choose this place you for sure won't be disappointed. We had a great experience in this hotel. Rooms are quite larger than other hotels with similar price, super comfy bed, the location is perfect and the breakfast is really good! With a lot of hot/cold options. I loved the coffee station available 24/7, specially during this cold weather. Also, the kitchen in the room is well equipped, so you can buy frozen foods and cook them there. I'd love to come back!

Not good housekeeping and customer service here. Paying to stay in a hotel and have to maintain my own room and get my own supplies, which the hotel should give. I’ve called front desk multiple times in one day asking for supplies and never got. Tried to talk to housekeeping in the hall and they don’t speak English and didn’t even try to help or even call someone that can. When I first checked in room it didn’t seem clean. Sheets were dirty took them off and asked for new ones it took housekeeping three days to bring me sheets slept on towels. Also think it’s really strange housekeeping uses the laundry area that guest use. The guest washers are small and housekeeping shove sheets and towels in those doubt they’re clean. I’m a Hilton Honors member and have stayed in other Homewood suites this one needs to restock/replace their kitchen supplies, clean the vents heavy dust on the ceiling and fix bathroom leaks. There’s a fitness center, outdoor area on 22 floor and guest laundry which cost $3.50 a load!! There’s breakfast that start at 6am but they only put out a few items then at 8am all breakfast out. They are being cheap on breakfast not much to fill you maybe better off going out to eat breakfast at times. Outside of hotel is gross the neighborhood is trash. Every morning leave out there are people laying out. This hotel is not in Times Square it’s many blocks away.

Llegamos y el personal no fué de lo más amable, la habitación era de 3 y había una cama doble y un sofá cama muy incómodo, con un somier que se hundía por completo, nos quejamos y nos dijeron que todos eran iguales, únicamente nos dieron un colchón extra y los pusimos en el suelo… el desayuno tenía poca variedad pero era abundante y dejaban llevarte lo que quisieras. En cuanto a la ubicación un 10/10. La limpieza tenías que ir a pedirla cada día si querías que te cambiasen las sábanas o hacer la cama en recepción.

We showed up and the front desk staff was so friendly.They immediately checked our bags (we were early). The lobby was spacious and had tons of seating. There was an outdoor courtyard in back that was a little dark and a little noisy due to all the mini-split units on adjacent buildings, but it was nice to have some outdoor space. We were also told there was a roof deck that we didn't even get to check out.When we came back to check into the room, they upgraded us to a king suite, which is larger than many Manhattan apartments.The room was clean, bed was comfortable. The room was facing W. 37th St. and it is the city that never sleeps so it was a little loud on a Saturday, but what can you expect - bring some earplugs on a weekend. Breakfast had a good, varied selection and was good quality - the quiche was delicious.Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here for a few days in mid-April 2022. The hotel is very busy, but everyone was extremely nice and professional. The room was clean, and in great condition. I appreciated having a hotel room with a little more space and extras like silverware and a big refrigerator...a rarity in NYC unless you want to pay a fortune! Breakfast was good. The location of the hotel was convenient. We'd stay there again for sure.

Honestly, I highly recommend this hotel. I live in NY, but had someone visiting who has never been. They wanted to experience the city. The location is perfect for tourism, public transportation, and food. We stayed in a king suite with kitchenette. It was absolutely beautiful. The room was larger than other hotels I’ve been to in the city. The staff were very helpful with booking. They answered all of my questions expeditiously, which made the process faster. Between the staff and atmosphere, it’s an extremely welcoming place. The rooftop is very nice as well. You could sit up there and capture an amazing view. I believe it’s worth every penny you pay. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

My family and I stayed here for an extended weekend as a short getaway. Our room was clean, but quite small. We had a king efficiency studio with "twin" sofa bed. My children sleep on a twin bed at home, and I must say this was sub-twin size at best. On the other hand, the king bed was very comfortable and adequately sized. Our flight came in early and we did end up having to wait until close to 4pm (the "official" check in time) to get a room. The front desk staff kindly kept watch over our luggage and even gave my children a bag of chips to help hold over their hunger. However, we still had to busy ourselves and find a real meal , as we waited nearly 4 hours before any rooms were available. I can't say that I have experienced this many times with any hotel chain I have ever stayed with. Arriving early is usually not a problem, but I could see that one front desk staff in particular was trying very hard to accommodate us as best as she could (kudos to Rochelle!).The first morning we were here, breakfast was well stocked and had ample variety of hot items (including eggs, potatoes, pancakes, beef, etc), pastries, cereal, yogurt, and a great variety of fresh fruit. However, the second day was very disappointing. I came out to eat around 9:40 (breakfast isn't over until 10:30) to find almost no pastries, none of the fruit medley, no bananas, and many other items quickly vanishing and not to be replenished. As a person on a plant based diet, a variety of fresh produce is essential. However, the cafeteria workers (like Lizbeth) explained the situation and seemed equally frustrated with being unable to meet the needs of the guests. Lizbeth directed me to whom I should address my concerns. I went to front office and was met with EXEMPLARY customer service from Rochelle. She was aware of my health issues and dietary needs and went above and beyond the call to go to a nearby store to purchase some fresh fruit and additional food items for me. This level of customer care and hospitality is rare and should be commended! Employees like Rochelle are an asset to the Hilton brand! Rather than excuses and empty apologies, she affirmatively took steps to rectify the situation. Rochelle's concern and actions are the epitome of customer service. While there were some minor cosmetic issues with the room (peeling wall paper in the bathroom, touch up paint needed) that I felt could be better, this was an overall pleasant stay. The hotel is walking distance to many shops, restaurants and NYC hot spots. But the amazing staff, especially Rochelle at the front desk, is what sets it apart! We would definitely come back again.

La suite era lo que me esperaba. El tamaño ideal para pareja, cuenta con una mini vitrocerámica para cocinar, frigorífico y lavavajillas. Estuve alojado en una suite de la planta 16 y la verdad que disfrute de la tranquilidad de ella. El baño también es grande por lo cual nada negativo que objetar por parte de la habitación. El servicio del personal de recepción y del resto del hotel excelente. El desayuno que ofrecen la verdad que estaba bien desde mi punto de vista, ideal para recargar fuerzas y comenzar la larga jornada turística en la ciudad. Homewood Suites by Hilton New York, está en pleno centro y a no más de 8 minutos caminando de Time Square y demás puntos de interés. La verdad que salía con mi pareja sobre las 10:30 am nada más después de haber desayuno y regresábamos sobre las 8:30 pm después de haber caminado al menos unos 25km la ciudad e incluso llegando a ir a Brooklyn caminando. Por lo cual recomiendo calzado adecuado para largas caminatas, si eres de esos que gusta caminar y disfrutar de todo lo que ofrece la ciudad sin necesidad de tomar el subway. También destacar que el GYM que tiene el hotel está muy bien equipado con elípticas y cintas de correr y, si eres madrugador a las 5 am no habrá nadie y podrás aprovecharlo al máximo. (tiene muchas cosas). La seguridad que presenta el hotel es muy buena, puesto que únicamente puedes acceder al ascensor e ir a tu suite si únicamente eres huésped del hotel. Para mí fue la cosa más segura y sentirme muy cómodo. También comentar qué cuenta en la habitación con una caja fuerte de buen tamaño logramos asegurar perfectamente dos portátiles. A la salida del ascensor cuenta con dispensadores de hielo ya que si deseas feel free to take, lo agradecí demasiado. El lobby constaba con una zona donde podías disponer de café, té y chocolate caliente las 24 horas sin olvidarme que quizá ocasionalmente sobre las 7pm (no muy seguro de la hora) ponen un poquito de fruta con queso y fruto seco complementario.Esto lo agradecí después de un largo día de caminata por la ciudad. (Quizá no sea siempre pero agradecí ese gesto). Viajamos del 10 al 17 de febrero del 2022 por lo cual nos pillo la nieve, y la habitación era de la más acogedora, su temperatura ideal y siempre regulada sin necesidad de tocar ni un botón. No hizo falta ni siquiera de hacer uso de edredón y eso llegamos un día a estar a -6 grados. En cuanto a su personal, todos muy agradables y atentos en todo momento. Hablo inglés como segunda lengua pese a que no soy nativo pero pude hablar con uno de ellos en castellano cuya es mi lengua materna cuando llegamos a hablar en castellano la verdad que me sentí como estar en casa. No tengo inconveniente alguno con los idiomas pero también se agradece. La verdad que recomiendo el hotel. Si tienes alguna petición en especial, recomiendo que la solicites con mucho tiempo y ellos harán todo lo posible por intentar ayudarte para que tu estancia sea de lo más placentera.

Hemos tenido unas vacaciones extraordinarias, queremos regresar a este hotel. Esta ubicado en una excelente ubicación 👌. Cerca del Times Square, puedes moverte con facilidad caminando y en tren. La habitación es super cómoda y hermosa. Tiene nevera, microondas,tal como se muestran en las fotos. El buffet de desayuno estuvo espectacular, todos los días había variedad. A wonderful hotel that is close to many mid-town attractions and restaurants. The staff were especially attentive and responsive. The room was very comfortable, if a little worn in places. I loved having a full size refrigerator and microwave. The breakfast buffet was as decent as they come when included in the hotel rate. The staff made sure that it was kept full. I would not hesitate to return or recommend it to others.

We really enjoyed our stay here in December. It was so close to the theatres and other areas we wanted to visit. Some days we got breakfast out but it was always nice to have the option to eat the complimentary breakfast at the hotel. Our room was nice and clean. We used the pullout couch and found that if you turn it sideways, it fits better in the space so we didn’t have to put it away every day. We had a fridge, sink, microwave and dishwasher. We would definitely stay here again.

O quarto cheirava como se alguém tivesse fumado antes e o papel higiênico de péssima qualidade, daqueles de papel reciclável e marronzinho, péssimo. Café da manhã ainda sendo oferecido mesmo época de pandemia mas nada demais, ovos pareciam que foram feitos no microondas. Limpeza do quarto somente se vc solicitar. Fiquei em um quarto tipo estúdio com geladeira (n frigobar), mini fogão, máquina de lavar louças e etc. Foram bem solicitos no modo geral. Localização ótima, da pra ir andando para penn station, the shed, times square.

O hotel e muito bom mais não gostei de algumas coisas tipo o wi-fi não funciona e a limpeza do quarto acontece a cada cinco dias...mais de resto e um bom hotel.
