Quase não reservamos este hotel depois de ler a série de comentários recentes - mas posso dizer honestamente que estou emocionado por termos feito. A equipe, especialmente a mulher na recepção e seu marido (não tenho seus nomes - mas obrigado!), foram incrivelmente gentis e acolhedores - verificando-nos cedo, dando recomendações, etc. A área é incrivelmente moderna - a rua está no meio da gentrificação, ainda mostrando muito do caráter do Brooklyn. Os quartos eram limpos, embora pequenos, mas maiores do que os hotéis que reservamos no quadrado do tempo. No geral, queria animar este hotel - se você estivesse lendo comentários recentes e estivesse hesitante, posso garantir - não há hesitação, eu reservaria novamente em um piscar de olhos.

Google pictures VS reality : it's exactly the same. Great room, very clean. Bar on the first floor is very nice with an outdoor patio. We had a room on subway side and it doesn't borrowed our sleep with my family (kids 9 and 12) Great location for subways. Difficult to find a spot for our car around but it's doable

We almost didn't book this hotel after reading the string of recent reviews- but I can honestly say I'm thrilled we did. The staff, especially the woman at the front desk and her husband (I don't have your names- but thank you!), were incredibly kind and accommodating- checking us in early, giving recommendations, etc. The area is incredibly trendy- the street is mid-gentrification, still showing lots of Brooklyn character. The rooms were clean, albeit small, but larger than the hotels we booked in time-square. Overall, wanted to hype up this hotel- if you had been reading recent reviews and were hesitant I can reassure- there is no hesitation, I would book again in a heartbeat.

The hotel wasn’t the worst stay in America yet not for non-pet lovers, a bit noisy . The rooms could use a DEEP, thorough clean. Swept floors, hair out of the shower, repainted walls, and better installed sinks, cleaner/bleached or newer bedding. One of the women receptionist was pleasant and made things easy. It wasn’t a horrible experience yet not high-quality either.

No domingo, 19 de junho, fiz o check-in com meu filho depois que minha família foi realocada devido a uma reforma do nosso apartamento. O processo de check-in foi bom, com exceção de minha empresa de gerenciamento esquecer de observar que haveria uma retenção de 100 dólares por dia a ser colocada no meu cartão de crédito. Obviamente eu reclamei e a recepcionista foi gentil o suficiente para codificá-lo adequadamente para que o capuz não ocorresse. Recebemos nossos quartos e lá fomos nós. Para nossa surpresa, parecia bem até que eu verifiquei a cama. Ai o terror!!! Fotos anexadas para referência. Imediatamente tiramos a foto e voltamos para a recepcionista para reclamar. Ele deu uma olhada na foto e chamou alguém para verificar o quarto. Escusado será dizer que verificamos o segundo quarto completamente, mas então meu filho estava em pânico e não conseguia nem sentar e muito menos dormir neste hotel por 10 dias. Voltei para a área da recepção e fiz o check-out imediatamente. A equipe foi gentil e gentil, mas eu nunca ficaria aqui e você também não deveria.

We stayed in a room with a queen bed and a twin bed and it was spacious enough for 3 people to fit comfortably. The shower was a nice size and there was a very unique 1-way mirrored glass pane for the shower! Never seen that before. It was a convenient stay for going to an EDM show at the Mirage.

On Sunday June 19, I checked in with my son after my family was relocated due to a gut renovation of our apartment. The check in process was fine with exception of my management company forgetting to note that there would be a 100 dollar a day hold to be placed on my credit card. Obviously I complained and the receptionist was gracious enough to code it appropriately so the hood wouldn’t take place. We got assigned our rooms and off we went. To our surprise it appeared fine until I checked the bed. Oh the horror!!! Pics attached for reference. We immediately took the picture and went back to the receptionist to complain. He took one look at the picture and called someone to go check the room. Needless to say that we checked the second room thoroughly but by then my son was panicking and couldn’t even sit down let alone sleep in this hotel for 10 days. I went back to the reception area and checked out immediately. The staff was kind and gracious but I wouldn’t stay here ever and neither should you.

La habitación era buena aunque estaba a nivel del riel del metro, por lo tanto había mucho ruido. El servicio de aseo PÉSIMO, la habitación la limpiaron un par de días nada más, no toda la estadía. Al pedir aseo y toallas, la chica del counter dice que "la persona encargada del aseo, dijo que si lo hizo, no hay nada que pueda hacer. Te paso las cosas y lo haces tú" maravillosa respuesta.

El Hotel es bastante ruidoso en las noches, las paredes son delgadas, no sé puede descanzar bien en el. El personal no es el más amable. No hacen limpieza diaria en la habitación, a menos que uno lo solicite. El Hotel queda junto a las líneas del tren por lo cual el ruido es constante. La zona no es bonita, por el precio se tiene la espectativa de algo mejor.

El hotel bien el lugar horrible muy insegura la zona te aconsejan no andar de noche o sea en cuanto oscurece adentro. No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto.

extremely loud music coming from the bar at almost all hours at night. really inconsiderate considering the walls are very thin too. staff is nice and beds are pretty comfy, location great of course. there are as many cons to this place as there are pros though. hair was all over the bathroom floor and no trash can in either room. outdoor seating area in the backyard is nice. there is potential for this to be a great place but definitely not there yet

Cool design and layout of the room. Great stay for a good price. Room was clean, nice bathroom. Staff was pleasant. Hotel has a bar on the lobby and back patio area. Hotel also located next to the train. Two downsides, there's no fridge in the hotel room, slightly inconvenient. Also, television was kinda messed up.

Prós: A equipe é tão simpática e completa. As camas são confortáveis. É bem tranquilo. Limpo. Preços acessíveis. Contras: O bar de café e álcool estava fechado, e foi basicamente por isso que escolhemos esse local. Muitas lojas na rua não abrem antes das nove, o que era muito tempo para esperar por um bom café. Está longe das atrações, o que nós conhecíamos, mas pensamos que poderíamos ter uma manhã de lazer juntos antes de partirmos. Na verdade, não. Além disso, não há geladeiras nos quartos, o que é menor, mas irritante, dadas as circunstâncias.

Pros: Staff is so friendly and thorough. Beds are comfy. It's pretty quiet.Clean. Affordable. Cons: The coffee and alcohol bar was shut down, and that was basically why we chose that location. Many shops on the street don't open until at least nine, which was a long time to wait for good coffee. It's far from attractions, which we knew, but we had thought we'd be able to have a leisurely morning together before we set off. Not really. Also, no fridges in the rooms, which is minor but annoying given the circumstances.

La calificación de este hotel de una estrella es hasta mi punto de ser demasiado,en 4 días que duro mi estancia nunca entraron a mi habitación a limpiar , tuve que usar la misma toalla todos esos días y cuando llame a la recepción me dijeron que ellos no tienen ese personal y que nos tocaba a nosotros hacerlo . Esto es insólito ufff no creo volver nunca más y si quieren venir a Brooklyn por favor busquen otro lugar.

El hotel es muy lindo, está ubicado cerca de una parada de metro. Pasan varias líneas de autobuses. Pero la calle sobre la que está deja bastante que desear. Y está lejos de la parte más turística de Brooklyn. En la página de booking dice que podés pedir un cambio en la hora del check-in ( es a partir de las 3pm) pero no lo hacen. Yo pedí por favor que me adelantaran el horario porque por mis problemas de columna necesitaba descansar y no hubo manera. El check-out es a las 11am. En el bar atienden muy bien. La habitación estuvo bien si lo único que querés hacer es volver para dormir.

El hotel para dormir, descansar y seguir está bien. Pero tuvimos una serie de malas experiencias. La primera y peor, tuvimos un recibimiento por la primera recepcionista muy lamentable desde el primer minuto poniendo en duda nuestra reserva, y luego tuvimos problemas con 2 de nuestras tarjetas y cero ayuda y tranquilidad para unos recién llegados al país y tener dónde dormir. Se pudo solucionar, pero no gracias a nadie del personal del hotel, sino a la ayuda telefónica de ING. Nos sentimos ignorados en la recepción como si fuéramos indigentes.Sólo tienen un datáfono muy antiguo, por cable, que sólo lee bandas magnéticas, no tiene para chip ni contac less. Y tampoco nos ofrecieron hacer el cargo a la tarjeta de crédito y otra de débito que tienen en sus sistemas para realizar las retenciones necesarias.Luego se juntó que nuestra reserva en Booking ponía 10 dólares por persona en desayuno, y nos dieron solo 5.Nos quedamos 9 días y 3 de ellos no repusieron los jabones, estando a punto de tener que comprar en supermercado, y 1 día tampoco las toallas.La habitación bien, no hay TV, solo un canal como de pago, aunque eso es lo de menos, sólo informo.Y el fondo de la ducha se tupía y se formaba piscina a la hora de bañarse.La zona del hotel está en el límite digamos, nos encontramos gente por fuera pidiendo y lleno de basura.

Hotel sencillo pero suficiente para lo que necesitas como turista. Limpio y el staff muy amable. Ademas de estar a 2 minutos a pie de la linea J del metro que te lleva a Manhattan. Lo unico que mejoraria es añadir algun pequeño armario en las habitaciones, que sí, son muy pequeñas pero por el precio/calidad no se puede pedir mucho mas. Si tengo que volver a NY seguramente volveré.
