Quarto horrível. :-( Buracos na parede, chão sujo e manchas em todos os lugares. Eu sou um empacotador de costas e usado para muito, mas esta sala por um preço tão alto, combinado com beeing tratados sem boas maneiras pela equipe, me deixa sem palavras.Lá onde dois guis no receptio quando eu pedi um outro quarto. O primeiro gui foi educado, mas teve que sair. Quando eu quis resolver a questão romântica com o segundo cara, ele me deu um grito gritando em Duch. Quando pedi um reembolso, ele me disse "vemos amanhã". Então ele me ignorou até eu sair. Verry dissapointing.A localização é ótima. :-)

Se você pudesse dar 0 estrelas, eu faria isso !!! O quarto era absolutamente repugnante e para cima de tudo, as janelas estavam vazando, o que me deixou doente após a primeira e última noite! Eu verifiquei diretamente no dia seguinte, já que ninguém perguntou por que, isso parece acontecer com mais frequência.

Monsieur tem uma recepção muito agradável e prestativa, no entanto, as mulheres são um pouco menos ... não é fácil para nós falar inglês, obrigado pela compreensão. Quarto limpo e roupa de cama confortável. Por contras, as instalações sanitárias comuns estão em ruínas, boa parte da juventude não seria luxo. Menção especial para a localização realmente superior.

I Stayed at this hotel in January for 2 nights. As I was a solo traveller, I didn’t really want to spend much on a hotel and saw this one going into it I had no expectations but when I arrived at the hotel, they let me Check in 4 hours before I was allowed and as I overslept I missed the 11am check out and wasn’t ready till 1pm but there was no hassle and 5the lady on reception was more than okay with it. many times throughout the stay I was in and out of the hotel and every time was greeted by the people working not just one of the workers but all 3 of them were very present. The shower was very clean and the toilet you couldn’t really go wrong and the hotel was in an amazing location, just a road or so near the Red Light District and about 7-10 minutes from the train station and I would definitely recommend to stags lads/girls weekend etc and would 100% stay here again.

Caro, pero muy céntrico. El servicio fuera de las habitaciones, limpio i el personal correcto. No hay ascensor y las escaleras son muy empinadas.

La peor noche en un hotel de mi vida !!! Habitacion super oscura , en el fondo de la planta baja sin ventilacion ...lo mas increible de todo que no tenia toilete propio...habia que salir de la habitacion para ir al baño. La atenciondel hotel inexistente , ni saludaban al pasar delante de ellos. Perdi mi dinero por haber pagado adelantado 3 noches pero sali espantado apenas amanecio !

Personal atento y amable, el precio un poco elevado pero supongo que es debido a la zona, la cama era cómoda y amplia además todo estaba limpio y organizado, no es apto para minusválidos ya que hay que subir muchísimas escaleras

Muito boa a localização! Perto de tudo no centro de Amsterdam! Quartos limpos e escada íngreme,eu gostei, sem luxo e honesto! Recomendo

Budget hotel, which is in Amsterdam redlight area! Room has shared toilet and bath rooms. Spacious bed rooms with sealed windows. This should be fine for the people who just need a place to stay..

Can I rate less than 1 star please?! Absolute disgrace of a building that masquerades with the title of a "hotel". I could look past the blandness of the room which is reminiscent of poorer student lodgings but I think the staff have disgraced themselves enough that I could not possibly do that. This place has fleeced me of my money! My booking deposit was never given back which amounted to the full cost of my room for 2 nights. The hotel staff could care even less because they haven't responded to my complaint timely. What a joke. AVOID if in Amsterdam guys. Find somewhere central that is not a con job!

El hotel está bien ubicado su construcción es antigua lo que hace que su infraestructura sea vieja, eso no es un problema ya que contiene historia. El personal excelente atención, lo que se sugiere es cambiar el menaje es muy viejos y están rotos.

Horrible room. :-( Holes in the wall, dirty floor and stains everywhere. I'm a back packer and used to a lot, but this room for such a high price, combined with beeing treated without manners by the staff, leaves me speachless.There where two guis at the receptio when I asked for an other room. The first gui was polite but had to leave. When I wanted to solve the romm issue with the second guy, he ceept shoutin at me in Duch. When I asked for a refund, he just told me "we see tomorrow". Then he ignored me till I left. Verry dissapointing.The location is great. :-)
