Always stay here for business every year. However, Covid hit this hotel pretty strong, seemingly. Staff seems short handed, many rooms seem to have been neglected through the vacancy period & not maintained as would be under normal circumstances. Friendly staff, & surrounded by many good restaurants.

I would truly like to comment in depth but I just don't believe in trashing the hotel so much here because it's one redeeming quality was the fantastic group of staff, especially Harold in the bar/restaurant. If the Hyatt is truly interested in my survey, I would gladly oblige - film as well.

A pandemia teria sido uma grande oportunidade para fechar este lugar e fazer uma reforma de cima para baixo, mas, infelizmente, isso não aconteceu. Eu sou minhas viagens e minhas estadias no Hyatt, notei que o gerente geral tem que se preocupar antes de qualquer ação ser realizada. Este não parece ser o caso aqui.Você pode ver os sinais em todos os lugares: pintura externa, carpete, móveis e assim por diante. Mesmo algumas espreguiçadeiras, que não podem ser muito caras para economizar, estão se deteriorando e nem podem ser substituídas pelo GM.Por que 3 estrelas? É simplesmente que a localização é excelente. No meio da ação, no belo centro de Palm Springs, onde você pode caminhar. A equipe também parece estar ansiosa para servir e agradar.A estada foi em setembro de 2021. Nenhum reconhecimento de status foi dado.

You’ve read the reviews. They’re all true. This hotel is run-down and needs a major overhaul. The pandemic would have been a great opportunity to close this place down and make a top-down makeover, but, alas, it didn’t happen. I’m my travels and my stays at Hyatt, I’ve noticed that the General Manager has to care before any action is done. This does not appear to be the case here.
You can see the signs everywhere: exterior paint, carpeting, furniture, and the like. Even some sun loungers, which can’t be too expensive to scrimp on, are deteriorating and can’t even be replaced by the GM.
Why 3 stars? It’s simply that the location is tops. In the middle of the action in the beautiful and walkable downtown Palm Springs. The staff also seem to be eager to serve and please.
Stay was September 2021. No acknowledgement of status was given.

Um hotel moderno e limpo e muito central, com uma bela piscina e jacuzzi no meio, cercada pelo hotel. Tem todas as comodidades que você poderia desejar, de um restaurante e bar no local a Wi-Fi no quarto e o doce que temos é maravilhosamente confortável e muito aconchegante, mas grande, com mais de 600 pés quadrados e é um preço bastante razoável que ainda está localizado bem no centro de Palm Springs

Minha família e eu ficamos neste motel há cerca de uma semana. Ficamos bastante satisfeitos com o custo e as acomodações agradáveis neste pequeno estabelecimento. Estávamos em êxtase por ficar em um ambiente tão tranquilo e relaxante. Nós não tínhamos nenhum arrependimento sobre vir aqui para uma escapadela de fim de semana. Este motel deve ser recomendado aos meus amigos!

Este é um Hyatt um pouco mais antigo, mas bem no meio do centro de Palm Springs. Se você é como eu e não gosta de um manobrista, seu carro sabe que você vai andar ... o único estacionamento público fica a 2 quarteirões de distância em um pequeno estacionamento. O hotel é um pouco datado por dentro, mas ainda um Hyatt e ainda bonito. Devido ao seu design geométrico interessante, os quartos podem demorar um pouco para chegar, mas você pega um elevador de vidro que é sempre divertido. Eu estava aqui apenas uma noite, então não pude visitar muito o centro da cidade, mas teria adorado ficar aqui mais do que apenas uma noite.

A nice clean modern hotel very centrally-located with a beautiful pool and jacuzzi in the middle surrounded by the hotel. It has all the amenities you could possibly want from a restaurant and bar on premises to Wi-Fi in the room and the sweet that we have is marvelously comfortable and very cozy yet large at over 600 square feet and it is a fairly reasonable priced that is still located right in thick of central Palm springs

This is a somewhat older Hyatt, but right in the middle of downtown Palm Springs. If you’re like me and don’t like a valet parking your car just know you’re going to be walking…the only public parking is 2 blocks away in a small parking garage. The hotel is a little dated on the inside as well but still a Hyatt and still beautiful. Because of its interesting geometric design the rooms can take a little time to get to but you take a glass elevator which is always fun. I was only here one night so I didn’t get to do very much downtown but I would have loved to been here for more than just a night.

My family and I stayed at this motel about a week ago. We were quite pleased with the cost and nice accommodations at this small establishment. We were ecstatic to be staying in such a tranquil and stress-relieving environment. We didn't have any regrets about coming here for a weekend getaway. This motel should be recommended to my friends!

The staff had selected the perfect suite for us. The view was amazing and the room was spacious. Unfortunately the AC was not working properly. I can’t thank the staff enough for getting us moved to another room that was better than our first. The staff at this hotel was very attentive and genuinely concerned with the guests happiness. I would be doing the hotel no justice without mentioning our incredible bar tender Lucas! This guy was the highlight of the hotel! Worth a stay here.

Yo quedé aquí quando estaba en Palm Springs para una conferencia. El habitación fue grande, limpio, y cómodo. También, hay bicicletas para prestar.
