Class hotel very centrally located. Everyone very friendly, obliging and helpful. 4th visit to New York and this hotel is my favourite so far.

Love this hotel and their staff. Always helpful and accommodating. And the rooms are very elegant and modern. The hotel is still old New York style though with Christmas decorations that draw everyone to view.

Amazing place. You can only loving it. Mr. Michael at the reception is so good in taking care of customer, even if sometimes he cannot do something "impossible" (that's normal, but.. remember have customers and Customers 😉). Back for sure. Well placed close to everything you can need, want and desire!

For a New York hotel, it was spacious and clean. The facilities were also very nice. Friendly service. Outstanding location. The rooms could benefit from modernization. It looks like the most recent overhaul might have been in the late 1980s. The furniture is newer than that and the art and the surfaces, but the room controls, light switches, etc are very dated.

Love! Love this property! an magnificent Hotel! Couldn't ask for a better location. Incredible Staff..from the doorman to the fantastic concierge desk! Great food! and several very cool bars in the hotel! Great little coffee and pastry walk in! Big Thanks to Megan Frost in Hotel management who made my stay flawless and sheer perfection! will be back! Love the place!
