The hotel is located in a recently renovated old building, very characteristic. Some services are still being worked - like the restaurant.
Staff is helpful and rooms comfortable.
I would recommend to lower the AC in the hall - it was freezing in there at times - and renovate the elevators

The price/location rate is excellent. You are literally in the middle of the city and near to everything.The staff was always attentive and friendly. Estuvimos una semana alojados en el hotel. Desde la llegada el trato no pudo ser mejor, nos atendió Christina, quien en todo momento fue muy amable y atenta, cuando llegábamos al hotel al final del día siempre nos recibía con una sonrisa y nos preguntaba qué tal nos había ido el día. Dimitra, guest relations, nos indicó los mejores tips para visitar la ciudad ¡nadie sabe más de visitar NY que ella! No creo que encuentren en la ciudad alguien que haga mejores cócteles que Phil en el bar. En definitiva, el personal del hotel es de los más amigables y atentos que me he encontrado. El hotel está recientemente reformado con muy buen gusto, el Lobby es precioso, cuidado al detalle. Las habitación siempre muy limpia, ducha de 10 (me parece muy importante el baño en una habitación). Las camas comodísimas, ¡ya me gustarían para mi casa! Por último, la ubicación es perfecta, Se puede ir caminando a muchos de los sitios más turísticos y emblemáticos de Nueva York. Buen ambiente a cualquier hora del día y parada cercana de metro. Parada en la misma puerta de línea de bus. No me planteo ningún otro alojamiento si vuelvo a Nueva York en un futuro.

Fique neste local por 6 noites. Vamos começar com o bom: A localização não pode ser batida! é o local perfeito no centro de Manhattan. Perto de tudo e ainda tranquilo. Tínhamos uma suíte júnior com janelas que davam para a rua, dava para ver o prédio Metlife. Bela Vista. O hotel é limpo e bem decorado. As camas são confortáveis e os quartos são limpos. A água complementar era ótima. A cafeteira Nespresso é uma grande vantagemO mal: o processo de check-in parece desorganizado, agitado e longo. Os quartos são bonitos, mas não são práticos. Há uma grave falta de espaço de armazenamento e, embora o banheiro seja enorme, o chuveiro e a penteadeira são minúsculos. A porta do chuveiro deixa toda a água sair para o chão, então cada vez que você toma banho você perde 2 toalhas secando o chão. não há lugar para pendurar toalhas para secar. Quando chegamos em nosso quarto estava quente e o termostato não funcionou. Foi só no dia seguinte que um homem da manutenção entrou e consertou o problema de aquecimento. Eles nos deram um voucher de 2 bebidas para todos os inconvenientes, mas não mencionou que o bar estaria fechado a semana inteira. Café-da-manhã foi "incluído", mas eles não têm cozinha aberta. Bolos estavam disponíveis esporadicamente se você aparecesse cedo o suficiente.Em suma, se o seu principal objetivo é uma boa localização, eu recomendaria, eles têm alguns problemas para resolver. Stay at this location for 6 nights. Let's start with the good: Location cannot be beat! is the perfect spot in midtown Manhattan. Close to everything and yet quiet. We had a junior suite with windows looking to the street we could see the Metlife building. Great view. The hotel is clean and beautifully decorated. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. Complementary water was great. Nespresso coffee maker a huge plusThe bad: check-in process seems disorganized, hectic and long. The rooms are beautiful but are not practical, There is a severe lack of storage and even though the bathroom is huge the shower and vanity are tiny. The shower door let's all the water out in the floor so every time you shower you waste 2 towels drying the floor. there is no place to hang towels to dry. When we checked in our room was hot and the thermostat did not work. It was not until the next day that a maintenance man came in and fix the heat problem. They gave us a 2 drinks voucher for all the inconveniences but failed to mention that bar would be close the whole week. Breakfast was "included" but they have no open kitchen. Pastries were available sporadically if you showed up early enough.In all if your main thing is a good location I would recommend, they have some kinks to work out. Hopefully they will succeed.

We had an overall great experience. If you are willing to voice your concerns, have extreme patience and move rooms a couple times, you'll be ok. We moved 3 times total and ended up at the penthouse for most of our stay which was amazing. But, it was not easy the first 2 nights. It's a new hotel, new everything and the staff has not clue what they are doing, 30 minutes to check in. Amazing location. Cleaning every day, very beautiful place, but the rooms are poorly designed and furnished. Not enough hooks, drawers or closet space, even in the penthouse. But, it's very clean and well appointed whiting this great city. Close to everything. Complementary coffee, water and umbrellas for your use. Robes and sandals, very nice touch. We had an amazing view of the empire state building. I'd give this place another try.

O quarto era menor do que eu esperava, assim como os elevadores. Além disso, não sabia que tínhamos que controlar nós mesmos a temperatura da água quente. No entanto, o pessoal foi muito gentil! The room was smaller than I expected and so were the elevators. Also, wasn’t aware that we had to control the temperature for the hot water ourselves. However, the staff was very kind! The manager explained and showed us the lobby’s new renovations. The bed was very comfortable and our room very neat and clean. And we were lucky to get a great view and Nespresso machine in our room!

Cuando nosotros reservamos la habitación, reservamos por unas habitaciones mucho más espaciosas en comparación con la que nos dieron. Intentamos subir de categoría, pero todas las habitaciones seguían siendo extremadamente pequeñas. Tuvimos que alquilar un cuarto de más!!!! No hay lugar para NADA. La habitación en si es linda y la cama muy cómoda. Pero espacio, cero. Del baño salía un olor muy feo, nos quejamos varias veces pero no lo solucionaron. Por otro lado, pagamos por un desayuno en un buffet y nos dieron unos voucher de UberEAT o similar para que canjeemos todos los días. El mismo tarda entre 45 a 1.30 hs en llegar, y podes elegir 1 sola comida y 1 sola bebida, ósea que si queres pedirte un té y un jugo, NO podes. Lo mismo para la comida. Además, para elegir, muy escasas las opciones. Es un lindo hotel en general, pero es medio engañoso en algunas cosas. Hay que investigar bien todo antes de reservar.

Esta foi a primeira vez que me hospedei no hotel NH e posso dizer com alegria que com certeza ficarei apenas no hotel NH daqui para frente. Fiz o check-in tarde da noite e a recepção foi muito útil e explicou tudo com clareza. O nosso quarto era super limpo e muito moderno. Adorei a arte dentro da nossa sala, a parede da estação de trem pára do MTA. E esqueça a vista, foi simplesmente WOW! Da nossa janela podemos ver o império e isso foi incrível. As camas e travesseiros eram super confortáveis, os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e aconselharam bons lugares para comer. Mais uma vez, fiquei extremamente impressionado com o hotel e as pessoas de lá. Eu vou ficar lá de novo com certeza!

This was my first time staying in NH hotel and I can happily say I will for sure only be staying at NH hotel going forward. I checked in late at night and the front desk was very helpful and explained everything clearly. Our room was super clean and very modern. I loved the art inside our room, the wall of the train station stops of the MTA. And forget about the view, it was just WOW! From our window we can see the empire and that was just pretty amazing. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, staff were very friendly and advised good places to eat. Again I was extremely impressed with the hotel and the people there. I will be staying there again for sure!

Newly renovated and it looks amazing. Very nice hotel and the staff are extremelyaccommodating. This hotel was our little safe haven throughout our trip. Multiple security guards through all hours of the day and night and staff is always available. Bed is very comfy and blankets are so soft. One of my favorite stays!! Esta a tres minutos andando de 5th avenue , y a cinco minutos del Empire State 'localización perfecta atencion del personal . What a beautiful place. The staff was professional and friendly. The hotel was clean and our room was well put together. I saw other reviews that said the rooms are small, which it is but it was not a deal breaker for us. The room had everything we needed clean towels, mini fridge, coffee maker and the bed was super comfortable. The fitness center was clean and all the machines worked. I have zero complaints about Hotel NH Collection. This is one hotel we will definitely be staying at again.

El persona fue muy amable con nosotros. Las habitaciones están bien pero no les vendría mal cambiar los colchones. Se notaba que tenían mucho uso. Por lo demás, todo genial.
