Burger Joint. Nos recomendaron esta hamburgueseria y fuimos a probarla con motivo de encontrar la mejor hamburguesa de NYC. Entramos al hotel pensando si la dirección era la correcta o nos habían tomado el pelo, y vimos como una cola larga que no sabíamos donde iba. Nos colocalos en la cola y derrepente vimos el icono de la hamburguesa con luces. Cuando llegamos a la puerta no nos podíamos creer la de gente que había por en tantos pocos metros cuadrados. Era increible ver esta hamburguesería en el hotel! Nos comimos la hamburguesa completa con patatas y refresco, y la verdad que estaba buena. Para mi mujer fue la mejor hamburguesa. Para mi... seguimos buscando...

My wife and I spent 2 days on the island and this hotel was perfect for us. It was centrally located, across the street from Central Park and easy to walk anywhere. We had great views of the city! The rate wasn’t bad either. We plan to come back to NYC and will definitely consider staying here again.

Buen hotel, buen servicio, pero como casi todos los hoteles de NYC no consideran el desayuno como parte de la estadia, por lo que debes comprarlo adicionalmente,... y por supuesto no es barato. Pero en general es un buen hotel.... algunas renovaciones no les vendria nada mal en todo caso.

Me quede 17 días y el ultimo día deje mis pertenencias en consigna y cuando las fui a retirar me extraviaron una maleta las culés estaban numeradas y no se hacen responsables... la limpieza deja mucho que desear... y las habitaciones son antiguas... lamentablemente... no lo recomiendo

Beautiful lobby and open spaces on the main floor.A small long corridor cozy bar with red velvet sofas and benches is perfect for a cafe, tea, a glass of wine. The lobby is large and open to all. A bit like a fancy office building. A burger joint behind red curtains is ALWAYS busy.The breakfast and Brunch menu at Norma's is excellent and huge portions. The rooftop pool is closed but the Gravity gym downstairs accepts non hotel guests as well. I've never stayed in the rooms. Nice Christmas decorations.

Not worth the price !!! 🚨 Paid 750$ + 150$ tax for an old room. No slippers. No mini bar. No coffee machine, tea or water. No general lightening system and had to turn on/off 9 lights. No proper room and comfortable seats in the lobby when waiting for someone. Old heating machine making so much noise every 10mn. Old alarm clock. Old elevator.Swimming pool definitely closed .... one positive thing ? Maybe the outside entrance which looks nice and modern and the staff was nice and helpful (especially Alicia)

Excellent service and rooms. The staff was very kind and the whole experience was seamless. The only issue was the ice maker not working and they sent up ice directly to the room! The hotel was beautiful and in a prime location. I would definitely stay again!

A friend and I stayed here for our NYC Christmas trip and it was a GREAT stay...we loved it! The location is great for all the midtown attractions, and the subway is just a couple blocks away, so easy access to the whole city. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, beds especially! The staff was exceptional; they accommodated all our requests,answered all our questions, and were happy to offer recommendations as we set out to explore the city...all with a smile! The hotel offers all kinds of food and amenities as well. We will definitely stay here again and will recommend to everyone!

We stayed over Christmas and it was fantastic. We needed adjoining rooms and they made it happen. Front desk and room service was excellent. The lobby was decorated and all. I would definitely stay again. Clean , comfortable and location was the key in Manhattan.

Had a great stay; upgraded to a room overlooking the park - well worth it!They let us check in early- great check in experience. The BEST was I left 3 electronic items in my room & they saved them for me! Sent them off the same day! Thank you Andrew!!!! What a great asset to the staff!

Old, outdated hotel.. lots of poor craftsmanship.. nice enough people but the building is beat up and run down. Great view and location but likely won't be coming back.. although for the price your not gonna find much better. I would rather pay a bit more for a nicer place

It's not worth 4.5 stars for $200 per night. Stayed at 28 floor and able to view central park on sunny day. That was good. It need many upgrades.

I didn't have the highest expectations about this hotel because I knew it was a little dated, but I trust Hyatt brand and they didn't disappoint. The best features are that they have spacious rooms with a huge shower, the views are great, location is central for tourists (near the park), and the staff is phenomenal (especially if you have any requests like late check-out they were especially accommodating). That includes the management, doormen, cleaning staff and front desk. The rooms are missing a fridge and the heat is centrally controlled which is tricky in those transitioning months. The good thing is that you can ask for a space heater, and a refrigerator can be provided upon request.

The air conditioner in the room DOES NOT work, it is suffocating and the showers are broken. The entire hotel is outdated. This place has 4.5 stars on Trip Advisor and Hot Wire the rating on yelp is more reliable. Did i mention it is $425 a night for 1 king bed. One positive, its in a good location.

The pool which was a big selling point for us is permanently closed and still on the website misleading guests. Location is great and staff was fantastic but the rooms and surrounding hallways are very dated. With paint peeling and in much need of updating. The website would have you believe this is a modern very upscale hotel but you will find once you leave the main lobby that most of the rest of the hotel is in disrepair. With chips in the bathroom tiles, mold stains around the tubs and water damage on end tables and furniture. Again a great location and wonderful staff but at this price point and the many other options around this area I would search elsewhere.

Para las expectativas que tenía me ha decepcionado un poco. No es tan lujoso como dicen y necesita una reforma ya. Ubicación perfecta a 10 minutos de Time Square y a 3 de Central Park. Para ver el parque hay que alojarse bien alto porque desde la 20 sólo se ven las copas de los árboles. La piscina pequeña y llena de gente. Sólo sirve para hacerte in selfie y que se vea al fondo Central Park. Si volviera a NY miraría otras opciones.

Overall, we were pleased with our experience at the Parker New York; home to the famous Burger Joint. The hotel location was spectacular. There was a Starbucks across the street and it was near a number of restaurants.
Upon arrival, the staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. For no additional charge, we were upgraded to a larger suite.
The room was clean and modern. We loved the large bathroom and movable tv console. It was surprising however, that there wasn’t a mini fridge or a coffee maker and don’t expect a microwave.
The bar lounge downstairs looked impressive but the service was a tad slow and the drinks were average. The mixed nuts they served were more recycled than refreshed.

Especially breakfast was fantastic!!
I could choose almost 30 kinds of beautiful menu.
It's included a choice of juice such as orange, grapefruit and tomato.
Of course coffee and tea as well if you like.
I think between 6:30 and 7:30 is a good time to go, otherwise it might take a little more time due to busy hour.
The service was attentive and careful.
I had really nice time for breakfast!!
