Están equipadas con kitchenette, baño privado, servicio Wi-Fi, TV cable y caja de seguridad, además de una habitación para personas con capacidades diferentes. *Será obligatorio pagar el IVA (16%) en caso de no tener sello de turista en el pasaporte. Este sello lo estampan en el dpto. de Inmigración del aeropuerto.

Vim pela primeira vez, as instalações são muito boas, a piscina é térmica e o atendimento é muito bom. Recomendo.

Hotel muy bueno, ppalmente por sus espaciosas habitaciones cuando se va por trabajo y por varios días. Se agradece. Tiene lindo restaurante en los pisos superiores, ofreciendo menús y platos a la carta, y con vistas a la ciudad,a la costanera, al mar, volcanes... Personal muy atento y preocupado. Felicitaciones para ellos. Lo negativo: entrada de estacionamiento bastante estrecha. Además, por protocolo, llevan "desayuno" en bolsas de papel a las habitaciones, donde hay hervidor ycocinilla,y sin embargo, sí los pasajeros pueden almorzar o cenar en el restaurante...

Pesimo desayuno (frio, malo y no supera los $2500 por persona en lo que trae la bolsita que te llevan a la habitacion). Paredes muy delgadas se escucha el ruido de las habitaciones de los costados como si estuvieran al interior de nuestra habitación. La cama antigua y a punto de desarmarse. Sin duda el precio vs calidad no corresponde.

Hicimos una reserva para la habitación 302 desde el día martes 13 al 16 de julio 2012. Llamamos al hotel para consultar sobre las instalaciones y áreas comunes debido a la pandemia, nos dijeron que al estar en fase 3, estaba funcionando piscina, restaurante y su desayunobufé, sauna y otras áreas. Al llegar al hotel, nos indican que la piscina estaba cerrada, el restaurante cerrado y que el desayuno era continental, lo cual hacía que el valor pagado de $250.000 por las 3 noches para solo estar en la habitación, no cumpliera las expectativas.Además, en la habitación conjunta, se escuchaban gritos y llantos de niños toda la noche, lo cual fue muy desagradable.No recomiendo el lugar, ya que su valor económico no es acorde a la experiencia.Ah! Por otro lado, los enchufes 🔌no funcionaban, se desconectaban los aparatos, lo cual era muy molesto si tenias que cargar algún aparato.También, las camas al ser de madera, crujían bastante y era molesto.

Ok place. Water front, with great views. Dated room with bad temperature control. Friendly and helpful staff. Great views from the restaurant. Note: avoid staying on level 7 as it is below the restaurant.
