Lindo e aconchegante hotel !!! Muito bom serviço, meu quarto com muito boa vista e belo tamanho, limpo, muito bom café da manhã ... talvez a área onde está localizado não é o melhor ... mas vale a pena! Se como algo que parece comum para hotéis no Peru para perguntar se eu tinha certeza do quarto que eu tinha escolhido ... Eu não acho bom gosto (algo discriminatório) obtendo este excelente em tudo! Super recomendável !!!

This hotel was great! Nice sized rooms and very beautiful interior. The staff was very friendly, and with its location it’s easy to walk anywhere. Our bathroom was clean and looked luxurious. Five stars because it was worth it!

Located on a narrow but busy one way street less than 10 minutes walk from the central plaza. The area felt very safe at night with police dotted around, including on the next street from the hotel. The walk to Plaza de Armas also takes you past restaurants and shops that are open late.The modern-looking hotel has friendly staff and seems very small. We were the only ones at breakfast for example. Our double suite was very spacious with lots of amenities including air conditioning and free mineral water. Shower worked very well although strangely it was not properly lit up by the bathroom lights.Breakfast selection was a little limited overall but was good for a hotel of this size.

Luxury hotel in the heart of Arequippa. Great place from which to explore the city. Lovely helpful staff. Very affordable. Would stay again.

We arrived late and were greeted warmly and shown to our very comfortable room. It was quiet and had heat and a/c. All updated and near city center. Breakfast was included and delicious. The staff was super friendly and helpful giving us a bottle of water for our day excursion. We weren’t able to catch a flight the day we checked out so we booked another night and got an upgraded room at no charge! Definitely recommend staying here!

Hidden gem. From the room to the amazing terrace view, this place rocks it. Decor is pretty nice as well. This is just such a fun welcoming hotel. And you can’t beat the location Love it all. I will be back!

Very helpful and welcoming staff. Hotel has a spectacular view of the city. In short, consistent and worth staying at. One additional plus is that everything was within walking distance and easy to get to. Thanks for an enjoyable and memorable experience.

Stunning! Very busy but never over- whelming. Gorgeous interior. Rooms are delightful, comfortable, clean and cozy. The kind bustling of the staff is extraordinary. They are busy, but happily stop to help. Fantastic place!

Hermosoy acogedor Hotel!!! Muy buena atención, mi habitación con muy buena vista y hermoso tamaño, limpia, muy buen desayuno... tal vez la zona en donde está ubicada no es la mejor... pero vale la pena!. Si como algoque parece comúnpara los hoteles en Perúel preguntar si estaba segura de la habitaciónque había elegido... no me parece de buen gusto ( algo discriminatorio) sacando esto excelenteen todo!!! Super recomendable!!!
