Acima de qualquer expectativa. Na verdade é um conglomerado de hotéis que fazem parte do mesmo grupo. E o Royal Service at Paradisus Palma Real faz parte desse conglomerado, só queé um hotel exclusivo, somente para adultos onde se preserva o silêncio. Sua piscina, o restaurante ea sua praia são exclusivas para para os seus hóspedes. Sua praia: é estonteante com suas cores azul e verde esmeralda, lindíssima; Comodidade: na praia e na piscina você tem lugar privativo em cabanas estofadas higienizadas todos os dias, o cuidado com a água da piscina é extremo; Restaurantes: você tem opções variadas com comidas para todos os gostos, com bebidas também variadas; Quartos: lindos, de muito bom gosto e confortáveis com vista para o mar e jardins belíssimos é um lugar bucólico; A estrutura do hotel é impressionante,é enorme, não tenho nem como dar a dimensão exata. Eu e minha esposa estamos gratos a todos os funcionários pela dedicação e carinho como fomos atendidos. Uma menção especial para o nosso mordomo Armando que nos assistiu com muita dedicação nos sete dias de estadia. Preço: bem, por ser exclusivo, creio que o preço foi justo. Obrigado a rede Meliã.

En primer lugar fue fin de semana feriado o largo con el viernes 16 festivo, el check-in super ágil y rápido, nuestro Mayordomo Felix García muy profesional y pendiente en todo, como por ejemplo reservándonos la cena del sábado en el Palazzo (excelente para desayunos y cenas a la carta) y el domingo en la piscina del Royal Service (Lastima que el sábado no pudimos hacer reserva porque no sabíamos que se reservaban un día antes), la comida muy bien aunque esperabamos más mariscos (langosta, langostinos, camarones) en lo demás el servicio no fue el mejor pero entiendo que debido al flujo de personas al ser feriado se complica un poco, cabe mencionar que nos sorprendieron con el jacuzzi lleno de flores, un bizcocho con un vino y la limpieza de la habitación muy buena. si el servicio hubiera estado más a la altura le doy 5 estrellas pero no recibimos un trato Royal por parte de algunos empleado y que la discoteca estaba cerrada por remodelación.

Excelente hotel. De lujo y a un precio muy accesible. Trato excepcional, buena comida, recamaras elegantes y bonitas. Variedad de restaurantes, actividades y muy buenas instalaciones. Spa, casino, teatro, tienda de conveniencia, cava de vinos. Playa y albercas espectaculares. Me quedé gratamente sorprendida. Área de adultos muy recomendable.

Un lugar bellísimo, excelente servicio. La fecha en la que fui (última semana de Enero) fue encantadora: buen clima, cielo lo suficientemente despejado como para pasar agradable tiempo tanto en la playa como el la piscina. Cuenta con restaurantes bastante buenos, siempre de comida fusión. El personal es muy agradable, avocado a brindar el mejor servicio con mucha amabilidad.

We booked our vacation stay in Paradisus Punta Cana. From their they told that they gonna give us a tour in their new hotel which is Circle. So from Paradisus Punta Cana they took us to Palma Real and they welcomed us in nice manner and did the tour. They they were talking with us about their packages to become a member. As the price is expensive, we told them that now we are not going to go with this. Then two to three people came to sell their membership. But then we didn't go with that. As soon as, the answer is NO, they said your vehicle is waiting outside. So we can go in that to Paradisus Punta Cana. When we go there, no one was waiting there. Even when we ask some employees at the entrance, they dint give us a proper response. We was just standing in the sun with two babies for 20 mins for their vehicle. Just the people over here wants to make money but they don't know anything about customer satisfaction.

Great place! Nice hosts and servers are super nice. Food is excellent. BBQ on the beach is delish. Swim bar and hotel bars have good choices of drinks. Overall it is a fantastic experience ! Love it !

Estoy de vacaciones con mi mama, mi hermana y mi hija. El hotel es hermoso, la playa es muy bonita , tiene un lugar precioso para disfrutar del mar. Las piscinas tienen unas columnas romanas que le dan un toque unico. La comida esta buena, pero hay cositas por mejorar. Los cocteles son ricos y me gusto la reposteria y postres. A mejorarla actitud de servicio de algunos empleados.

La infraestructura es muy buena (piscinas, cuartos, áreas comunes y la playa) sin embargo la atención de casi todo el personal deja mucho que desear (especialmente la atención en el buffet) ya que parece que no quisieran trabajar, son lentos y poco amables. La comida tampoco es buena.

Experiencia no tan buena, me entregaron la habitación a las 6 30pm el día de llegada, luego a la que nos mandaron ya estaba ocupada.. esperar otra, no había aparato de teléfono y nos cansamos de pedirlo y nada, luego llevo mi hija al kids zone y resulta que la niña salió con un grupo que no se sabe quienes eran y la encuentran afuera del club y la llevan a un lobby de otro hotel del complejo, desde donde nos llaman a ver si habíamos ido a buscar la niña o mandado a buscar, donde sólo andábamos mi esposo, mi hija y yo ¡Imagínense mi hija dando gritos! Que irresponsabilidady uno le hablaba a los camareros y personal y era como que no existía, la verdad no volvería.

Excelente lugar para vacaciones, la planta física es maravillosa, el personal es muy amable, atentos y eficientes, la comida es muy variada, la piscina es super grande y el cloro no molesta, estuve en la playa y me encantó, creo que deben mejorar el tema de la discoteca.Servicio al cliente y serviciode bienvenida es de primera.Aunque tengo un espíritu aventurero y de no repetir lugares, me atrevo a decir que allí con gusto volvería.Lo recomiendo.

This place totally exceeded my expectations in every way.From the accommodations to the food. We spent the first part of our week at the Hard Rock down the road and it was mediocre at best. For less $$ we came to the Paradisus Palma Real and had our minds blown. It started with a "Private check in process" where we were given snacks and drinks, we were led to our quiet and beautiful accommodations and have been here for 3 nights and will be back for sure!! Thank you to Karl, Joshua and Marisela were fantastic.Thanks for making this trip one to remember for years to come!

Our first All Inclusive. Really great trip. Royal Service is definitely worth it. Can't say enough good things about the service. Food was good (not great, but good), room and grounds were impeccable. Beach accommodations were outstanding. Quite windy when we were there so there was quite a bit of seaweed in the near shore water. Very easy and relaxing trip. Also a very good value. Take at least $100 for tips (1's and 5's) and something for your Butler. Don't bother getting pesos, you won't need them. Will return soon!

Despite everything going on in the news the entire resort was lovely. Security is on guard at all times and I did not get sick. It was good to see that so many people still showed up to my sisters' wedding despite what was mentioned in the news. That goes to say, be careful what you believe and always use caution.

I love this hotel! The rooms were amazing. We were in a suite, and it was just gorgeous. We bumped up to the royal service,and it was worth it. There were so many delicious places to chose from. I loved the steak house. There is really something for every craving. The beach was gorgeous.

It was nice and beautiful hotel. Good fresh food. Excellent service with nice servers. But nothing for kids, only open pool. It was so horrible to see that how couple having sex at the beach at 2 pm next to little kids. I didn't know how to explain that to my kids. Except that everything was ok.

I cannot say enough positive things about this vacation. The resort was clean and beautiful with enough separation from the main resort to really feel exclusive. The food was great, but obviously the good stuff was part of the royal package. Angel, our butler was amazing and really made our time pleasant. Would definitely go back.
