Este é um dos hotéis mais dog friendly que eu já estive. Já fiquei em outros Sheratons antes, mas nunca vi tanta gente trazer seus cachorros como aqui. O hotel é como qualquer Sheraton regular. Não havia nada que o fizesse brilhar mais ou menos do que os outros hotéis Sheraton. O nosso quarto era limpo e a equipe limpava o nosso piso regularmente. É muito conveniente para muitas vinícolas de Sonoma e Petaluma. Downtown Sonoma foi cerca de 20 minutos de carro. Este hotel está em uma ótima localização se a degustação de vinhos estiver na sua lista e você quiser trazer seu cachorro. Há também uma trilha por uma reserva natural em frente ao hotel que é super dog friendly!

Quarto agradável, com vista ruim. Agradável, pessoas da recepção que nos informam que nosso quarto não seria inserido durante a nossa estadia. Na nossa primeira noite, percebemos que o cofre não estava funcionando. Quando relatei o problema na manhã seguinte, me disseram que um técnico viria. Eu também pedi toalhas limpas e me disseram para deixar as sujas do lado de fora da porta e elas seriam substituídas; não aconteceu. Eu tive que perguntar novamente antes de me aposentar naquela noite. Durante a nossa estadia, o quarto nunca foi limpo. O centro de fitness era muito bom, mas faltava tapetes para alongamento.

This is one of the most dog friendly hotels I have ever been to. I’ve stayed at other Sheratons before, but have never seen so many people bring their dogs than I have here. The hotel is just like any regular Sheraton. There was nothing that made it shine out more or less than the other Sheraton hotels. Our room was clean and the staff cleaned our floor regularly. It’s very convenient to many Sonoma and Petaluma wineries. Downtown Sonoma was about a 20 minute drive. This hotel is in a great location if wine tasting is on your list and you want to bring your dog. There’s also a trail through a nature preserve right outside the hotel that is super dog friendly!

Pleasant room, with poor view. Pleasant, front desk people who let us know that our room would not be entered during our stay. Our first evening, we realized the safe wasn't functioning. When I reported the issue the next morning, I was told a technician would come by. I also asked for clean towels and was told to leave the dirty ones outside the door and they would be replaced; didn't happen. I had to ask again before retiring that night. During our stay, the room was never serviced. The fitness center was really nice, but it lacked mats for stretching.

Um dos piores hotéis em que já fiquei não é amigável para enfermeiras de viagens Fiquei aqui por três semanas dessas três semanas em que meu quarto foi limpo uma vez com o pedido de eu perguntar todos os dias havia problemas com a chave do meu quarto onde eu tive que descer do 3º andar apenas para eles me darem uma nova chave do quarto, eles disseram que havia problemas com ela. precisa ser limpo e o atendimento ao cliente geral era apenas ruim. A melhor coisa sobre esse hotel é a equipe do bar/funcionários do restaurante. Embora a comida lá foi muito abaixo do esperado, eu não recomendaria este hotel. Este não é um hotel de 4 estrelas.

Vamos ficar aqui por duas noites e, embora seja um hotel Sheraton, as comodidades ainda são sombrias. Fomos recebidos em nosso quarto com uma sacola de lixo do lado de fora - e isso tendia a ser um tema comum no chão. Havia copos e sacos de lixo do lado de fora de muitos quartos, permanecendo nos corredores o dia todo. É simples, básico, e não é bem cuidado. Duas estrelas apenas porque há uma boa política de animais de estimação, nosso cachorro pôde ficar e há um parque próximo.

Recentemente, fiquei no Sheraton Sonoma Wine Country Petaluma como parte de uma viagem de três dias com minha mãe. A localização, serviço e comodidades foram excelentes. Nós apreciamos passear em Bodega Bay, o museu Peanuts e Sonoma Wine Country. O cavalheiro alto na recepção foi acolhedor. O barman / servidor no restaurante na segunda-feira à noite forneceu um serviço excelente, embora estivesse claramente sobrecarregado por ter que gerenciar principalmente tudo para todos os hóspedes no bar e na área do restaurante. Café-da-manhã na terça-feira também foi bom, a comida era gostoso e um servidor que principalmente conseguiu tudo foi amigável.

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at this is not travel nurse friendly I stayed here for three weeks out of those three weeks my room was cleaned once with the request of me asking every day there was issues with my room key where I had to go all the way back downstairs from the 3rd floor just for them to give me a new room key they said there was issues with it.This is not a clean hotel at all stains on the carpet smells throughout the hallways hot tub and pool needs to be cleaned and overall customer service was just poor. The best thing about this hotel is the bar staff/ restaurant staff. Although the food there was very underwhelmingI would not recommend this hotel at all. This is not a 4 start hotel.

Wonderful staff. Great facility. Dog friendly (so. Many. Dogs). Food on site is a little expensive, but quality was good. Great pool and hot tub. Well furnished fitness center. Large very comfortable rooms. Our king size room had a refrigerator too

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Sonoma Wine Country Petaluma as part of a three-day drive-to vacation with my mom. The location, service, and amenities were great. We enjoyed sightseeing in Bodega Bay, the Peanuts museum, and Sonoma Wine Country. The tall gentleman at the front desk was welcoming. The Bartender/server at the restaurant on Monday evening provided excellent service although he was clearly overwhelmed having to manage mostly everything for all guests in the bar, restaurant area. Breakfast on Tuesday was also nice, the food was yummy and the one server who mostly managed everything was friendly.

We are staying here for two nights and even though it’s a Sheraton hotel, the amenities are still bleak. We were welcomed to our room with a grocery bag of trash outside- and this tended to be a common theme on the floor. There were cups and bags of trash outside many rooms, remaining in the hallways all day. It’s bare bones, basic, and not tended to well. Two stars only because there’s a nice pet policy, our dog was able to stay and there’s a park nearby.

Tv muito escura, pediu para ser consertada, mas o atendente diz que é só configurar na TV!! Na chegada, perguntei se a cama havia sido feita com roupa de cama limpa, pois parecia desleixada, foi informado de roupa limpa, mas o ferro está quebrado! ! Foi dito no check-in que nossos 2 dias de estadia o quarto não seria limpo, mas eu poderia pedir toalhas limpas, por que não disse antes de reservar! ! Tocou 3 vezes antes das toalhas chegarem!! Telefone no quarto precisa de uma boa esfoliação ou substituição! A equipe precisa de aulas sorridentes, lamento dizer! Não é o mais barato dos hotéis, então estava ansioso para uma estadia agradável ... nah!!

Tv very dark, asked to be fixed but service man says that's just setting on TV!! On arrival I asked if bed had been made with fresh linen as looked unkempt, was informed clean linen but iron is broken!! Was told on check in that our 2 day stay the room would not be cleaned but I could ask for clean towels, why not told before I booked!! Rang 3 times before towels arrived!! Phone in room needs a good scrub or replacing!! Staff need smiling lessons I'm sad to say!! Not the cheapest of hotels so was looking forward to a nice stay...nah!!

Sabemos que os hotéis Sheraton são mantidos com recursos de 5 estrelas, isso coloca um nome ruim no Sheraton, este hotel me deu 6 vibrações do motel, desde o cheiro de almíscar deixado no quarto até o lençol velho sujo e cobertores na cama e o cheiro de cigarros os corredores. A primeira noite aqui minha cama estava suja como se eles tivessem acabado de fazer isso sem carregar os lençóis, conseguiram outro quarto e foi um pouco melhor, mas o quarto cheira a um odor que eu não consigo colocar um nome, mas não foi agradável. Se você está procurando uma fuga em um bom hotel, não é isso. Esta é mais uma parada de descanso

We know Sheraton hotels as being upkept with 5 star features this puts a bad name on Sheraton, this hotel gave me motel 6 vibes from the musk smell left in the room to the dirty old sheet and blankets on the bed and the smell of cigarettes in the hallways. The staff are friendly though… the first night here my bed was dirty as if they just made it without charging the sheets, got another room and it was slightly better but the room reeks of a odor I can’t quite put a name on but it wasn’t pleasant. If you’re looking for a get away in a nice hotel this is not it. This is more of a rest stop

Cuando llegue me cambiaron la habitación que había reservado con dos camas queen size por una habitación con una sola cama tamaño king size. Por lo menos me ofrecieron dos boletos para bebidas del bar.
