Uh don’t think this is a 5 star hotel. Upstairs pool look disheveled crooked umbrellas, towels were not laid out, bad ambience. Was very surprised.Inside the room had a weird smell and one of the light switches next to the bed was not working.The breakfast that comes with the room was amazing but they could not accommodate an extension cord so I could do my work. They charge for internet as well, which should come free, and valet is expensive at $60. 5 star hotels should not try to nickel and dime you.They did not have a restaurant/bar open past 9pm on a Monday so I had to go next door, to a 4 star hotel which was hosting a jazz night lol. So it lacked basic night time activities I expect from any high class hotel in La. Would not stay again

Este resort é um dos meus favoritos na área. Eu estou hospedado aqui há muito tempo. Se você ficar por algumas noites, você não vai se arrepender.Um dos meus hotéis favoritos em LA. Stayed @SLS Beverly hill Oct 11-16,2021. Staff was kind and professional,hotel is beautiful,pool is work of art,rooms are spacious.Parking is pretty expensive $60 per night! Biggest issue was the shower in the room, had serious leakage and been going on for years by the looks of it,Black purple and green mold build up was pretty crazy to see. Took some pics,cleaning staff didn’t care,notified front end staff but doubt it’ll be taken care of! I’ll post pic and it was room 265,so if you planning stay make sure u stay away from this room,you can smell the mold every morn (no joke)

Don't forget to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ when booking a stay. This web site will compare hundreds of hotel sites and usually will have prices much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of my favorites in the area. I have been staying here for a long time. If you stay for a few nights you won't regret it.
One my favorite hotels in LA. Friendly staff, great breakfast. Accommodating to returning and Bonvoy customers as well. Walking distance to 3rd St with some nice new restaurants and bars.

Excellent hotel! We stayed here just for a night because it was very conveniently located near the airport and a lot of restaurants, malls, clubs, and bars. The following stood out for me for the price paid, the room was large, bathroom amenities are very clean, and staff customer service was exceptionally polite. Overall a great place for a stay.

This hotel is very nice. They have a quick and easy check-in and check-out process. All rooms are cleaned to a high standard and the views from the rooms are very nice. Excellent service. The staff at the SLS Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Beverly Hillsc was extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend having the breakfast buffet it is absolutely delicious. The parking is expensive, $48 per night, but were told you can find some street parking. Overall, excellent stay.

The room was clean, and we had a great view of the city. It was a truly wonderful experience staying at this hotel. We had the best customer service from all the staff members from this hotel, each person was incredibly accommodating, and the room service was quick. We will come back to our next trip and recommend the hotel to my friends and family!

Amamos nossa estadia em Omni Los Angeles. Logo depois de chegarmos verificamos a disponibilidade do Spa e eles abriam em apenas 20 minutos. Eu tive uma massagem incrível com Gretel. SLS é um hotel de "luxo" em Beverly Hills, CA. Meu quarto era confortável. Pessoal amigável. O hotel parecia ter sido reformado para se tornar a marca SLS. Chegamos tarde da noite e no começo eu achei o design escuro e espelhado um pouco desorientador. Mas eu me acostumei. A comida do restaurante é boa. Funcionários atenciosos. Área da piscina da cobertura agradável. Manobrista. Brunch de domingo. Parece atrair um público jovem e cheio de estilo. 2020: Precauções Covid - funcionários usando máscaras, máscaras exigidas em áreas públicas. O restaurante está ao ar livre. Tratamentos de spa em cabanas com cortinas à beira da piscina.

Um dos melhores hotéis que já estive! Ambiente tão elegante e incrível. Eu tinha uma suíte e era tão bonita, grande e muito agradável por dentro. Várias piscinas e a melhor coisa foi o café da manhã à beira da piscina! Eu amo este lugar e voltará em breve. Os jardins do hotel são espetaculares. Em um ambiente mais comum, eu ficaria mais impressionado com a refeição.

SLS is a 'luxury' hotel in Beverly Hills, CA. My room was comfortable. Staff friendly. The hotel looked like it had been renovated to become SLS brand. The decor involves dark colors, curtains, lots of mirrors, and interesting funky decor/artwork. We arrived late in the evening and at first I found the dark, mirrored design a little disorienting. But I got used to it. The food at the restaurant is good. Staff attentive. Rooftop pool area nice. Valet parking. Sunday brunch. Seems to attract a young and stylish crowd. 2020: Covid precautions - staff wearing masks, masks required in public areas. Restaurant is open air. Spa treatments in poolside curtained cabanas.

Loved our stay at Omni Los Angeles. Right after we arrived we checked for availability in the Spa and they had an opening in only 20 minutes. I had an amazing massage with Gretel. It's been a few days since then and I still remember how good it was (which prompted me to write this review). We also enjoyed the lovely pool area and beautiful gardens with raised beds. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

One of the best hotels I have been to! So classy and amazing ambiance. I had a suite and it was so beautiful big and very nice inside. Multiple pools and the best thing was the breakfast by the pool! I love this place and will come back again soon. The hotel grounds are spectacular. In more ordinary surroundings I would have been more impressed with the meal.
