What a beautiful hotel. I checked into this hotel for five nights in a one bedroom suite. From start to finish, the staff were very friendly and no request was too little. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard and filled with lovely amenities. The mattress was lovely and supportive and the view of Toronto was stunning. The hotel is also in an excellent location. Would highly recommend. Will not stay anywhere else in Toronto.

The suite was very nice#2710 We check-in at 1:30Pm ,went to Louixlouis for lunch at 1:45pm and to our surprise the stewardess at the front first refuse to let us in because the kitchen supposed to be close soon??? The restaurant advertise lunch to be served till 2:30Pm. We had to tell her that ! We got in but disappointed that staff at this place is not trained properly! Hope hotel manager got this message as a customer who cares!

El restaurante anuncia que el almuerzo se servirá hasta las 2:30 p. M. ¡Teníamos que decirle eso! St Regis Toronto hotel's lobby and entrance is very unassuming comparing with other St Regis hotel locations in the world. Surprisingly the staffs does not seem to be trained much and know much about Marriott loyalty program. I am a Marriott Gold Member and is entitled to receive welcome points upon check in but they didn't mention. When we asked the check in staff about it, he told me that it is not offered in this property which is totally untrue. Today when we checked out and the different staff said the same thing. Gold members are entitled to receive 2:00pm check out which they did honor. But our room door bell rang at 12:30pm by housekeeping staff questioning us why we still stayed in the hotel. Obviously there is lack of communication between front desk and housekeeping team about late check out. It never even happened in a 3 star hotel that a hotel housekeeping knock at our door wondering why we were still in the hotel after 12:00pm check out time but happened in St Regis. The stay is OK but nothing outstanding.

Quarto incrível, que serviço de tipo incrível. Hotel limpo e quarto limpo. Novas tecnologias modernas nos quartos, ou seja, iluminação, persianas nas janelas são controladas por interruptores na parede. O serviço de mordomo decorou o quarto conforme indicado por telefone. Tudo foi perfeito!!

Amazing room, which amazing kind service. Clean hotel & clean room. New modern technology in the rooms ie lighting, blinds on window are control from switches on the wall. The butler service had the room decorated as stated via phone call. Everything was perfect!!

This place is the old Trump. But it feels like they did their best to remove any of the ridiculous design choices that were very un appealing. Staff is great very polite. Rooms are amazing and the washrooms are really really big (from My few stays) price expensive I’m sure but thankfully my work paid for the stays

Melhor estadia em hotel em Toronto de todos os tempos! A equipe de check-in / out foi incrível, a equipe de manobrista foi super educada e profissional. Serviços de jantar privativos nas suítes também foram uma ótima experiência, mas a comida é boa para o preço. Eu fiquei na suíte de um quarto, suíte limpa e agradável com pia dupla, piso aquecido no banheiro, cama king size confortável e agradável. Sua roupa de cama poderia ser melhor, mas a estadia incrível em geral. Altamente recomendado!

Best hotel stay in Toronto ever! The check-in/out staff were amazing, valet staff were super polite and professional. In-suite private dining services was also great experience but food is okay for the price. I stayed in the one bedroom suite, nice clean suite with double sink, heated bathroom floor, comfortable nice king bed. Their bedding could be better, but amazing stay overall. Highly recommend!

OMG. This was on of our best hotel experience. We booked to celebrate our 22 wedding anniversary and did St. Regis made it special. They went out of their to prepare a corner suite with balloons, rose petals and a small gift of chocolates. The staff was exceptional from the moment we pulled into hotel and until we pulled out. I would give them 10 stars if I could. From the lobby to the room to the heated floors and the robes it was all luxury to perfection.
If there is one thing it is that coffee tables in the room are not safe. My husband was cut by the corner of the glass table top which shifted out of position.

Great service, wonderful staff who greet you by name as you arrive. Spent New Year's at this hotel and did the King's Table experience with my wife and she thoroughly enjoyed it. It was nice to have a separate dining suite where we could relax and enjoy the evening. Will consider returning soon! Special thanks to Xavier the Concierge for making us feel welcome.

Reservei uma massagem para o meu aniversário no Spa Iridium. Foi a melhor massagem de relaxamento que já experimentei. A equipe foi profissional, muito calorosa e acolhedora. Fui recebido na recepção, recebi instruções claras e fui levado ao vestiário. Eles tinham meu armário configurado. Havia um cartão de aniversário e chocolate no meu armário. O robe é muuuuito aconchegante e macio e o vestiário é muito bom. O massagista foi realmente ótimo e me fez sentir confortável. A melhor parte foi ser conduzido para a bela sala de estar após a massagem - eu estava tão relaxado, sentado na confortável poltrona com vista para o horizonte da cidade, me senti mais calmo e em paz do que há muito tempo. Se você está bem com ostentação, recomendo o spa Iridium!

Reservé un masaje para mi cumpleaños en el Iridium Spa. Fue el mejor masaje de relajación que he experimentado. El personal era profesional, muy cálido y acogedor. Me recibieron en la recepción, me dieron instrucciones claras y me llevaron al vestuario. Hicieron instalar mi casillero. Había una tarjeta de cumpleaños y chocolate en mi casillero. La bata es tan acogedora y suave y el vestuario es realmente agradable. El masajista fue realmente genial y me hizo sentir cómodo. La mejor parte fue que me llevaron al hermoso salón después del masaje: estaba tan relajado, sentado en el cómodo sillón con vista al horizonte de la ciudad, me sentí más tranquilo y en paz que en mucho tiempo. Si está de acuerdo con derrochar, ¡le recomiendo el spa Iridium!

I booked a massage for my birthday at the Iridium Spa. It was the best relaxation massage I've ever experienced. The staff were professional, very warm and welcoming. I was greeted at the front desk and given clear instructions and brought to the changing room. They had my locker set up. There was a birthday card and chocolate in my locker. The robe is soooo cozy and soft and the changing room is really nice. The massage therapist was really great and made me feel comfortable. The best part was being led to the beautiful lounge room after the massage - I was so relaxed, sitting on the comfy lounge chair overlooking the city skyline, I felt the most calm and at peace that I have in a long time. If you're okay with splurging, I highly recommend the Iridium spa!

Amazing customer service with top notch 5 Star 🌟 luxuries. Best thing is if you are going to stay in the hotel it has its own parking plus there is another huge underground parking next to the hotel building which is a plus.

The massage I had at the spa was one of - if not THE - best massage I've ever had. But the joy of the whole experience started at the door, staff is incredible, the products are gorgeous, the change room and lounge room set a new standard, plus I felt 100% safe the entire time despite our current climate with COVID.
10/10 recommend.

The treatment itself was great and customized to my needs. I understand the place is undergoing renovations for summer so I won't comment on the spa itself. My only hope is that with the new space there is some quiet rule in place for the lounge. The people around me were talking like they were in a coffee shop, plus it was so close to the reception with a lot of foot traffic I found it didnt make for a very relaxing atmosphere.

Amazing hotel ... incrível em todos os sentidos. Academia completa, não conseguia tirar todas as fotos, pois as pessoas estavam se exercitando ... seção de peso livre completa, treinamento pessoal ... adorável spa no centro da cidade. Meu único arrependimento é que eu não fiquei mais tempo, mas com certeza voltarei. Isso fez visitar a família vale a pena :)

St. Regis de Toronto é um dos melhores hotéis em que eu fiquei - muito limpo, confortável e elegante, e os funcionários são muito confortáveis. Nós foram atualizados para a suíte e é um quarto fenomenal com uma área de estar e dois banheiros. No entanto, tivemos alguns blips durante a nossa estadia: o nosso quarto não estava pronto para algumas horas (embora o gerente foi muito se desculparam e nos deixou bolinhos em nosso quarto) e houve um cabelo na manteiga no nosso café-da-manhã. Minha única pequena decepção é a academia; é menor do que eu esperava e não tem muito equipamento comparado a outras academias de hotelaria. A segunda vez, reservamos uma das suítes menores e foi excelente. No geral, este é o meu hotel favorito em Toronto e a atmosfera é tão acolhedor a um nível de sofisticação inigualável por outros hotéis da região.

Amazing hotel... awesome in every way. Full gym,couldn't get all the pictures as people were working out... full free weight section,personal training... lovely spa right in the great of downtown. My only regret is that i didn't stay longer but will absolutely be back. This made visiting the family worth it :)

Toronto's St. Regis is one of the best hotels I've stayed at - very clean, comfy, classy, and the staff are very accommodating. We were upgraded to the suite and it's a phenomenal room with a sitting area and two bathrooms. However, we had a few blips during our stay: our room wasn't ready for a few hours (though the manager was very apologetic and left us cupcakes in our room) and there was a hair in the butter in our breakfast. My only small disappointment is the gym; it's smaller than I expected and doesn't have much equipment compared to other hotel gyms. The second time, we booked one of the smaller suites and it was excellent. Overall, this is my favourite hotel in Toronto and the atmosphere is so welcoming at a level of sophistication unmatched by other hotels in the area.

AMAZING RELAXATION EXPERIENCE in the heart of downtown Toronto. Each staff is courteous and polite. The place was very neat and luxurious-- especially the pool. However the lounge was a bit small. The free snacks and teas made up for it though! Definitely a place to visit if you want to have an upscale spa experience.

Attended a business conference at the Adelaide Hotel (so glad they changed the name!). Hotel is beautifully decorated. Staff is super-friendly and professional . The food at the event was delicious. and gorgeously presented.

This is a very nice hotel. They're currently doing construction, so that's a pain not otherwise this a great place. The rooms are nice and large and the staff is great. Only are their in room dining while there but it was a large selection of food and was tasty. There are plenty of restaurants in the area as well. The staff was friendly and the location is great for everything in Toronto. Highly recommend.

This was extremely nice hotel. Everything was very clean and very elegant. The bathroom had a TV in the mirror. It also has a tub and a separate shower with a rain shower head. There were automated settings the lights and the curtains that could be controlled on a device on a night stand. My only knock on this place was the price for extras like the mini bar or snacks. A bag of chips for $12, bottle of water for $6. That is worse than a sporting event. I would still recommend this place. Just bring your own snacks.

This hotel was very well organized. We did not need to wait for the mandatory valet or the baggage. Suit cases were brought up to our rooms. Room was very classy with heated bathroom floors and touch pads for light selection based on time of day. Room service was delightful. Hotel staff friendly and prompt. Had an issue with a very rowdy neighbor at 3am, called security and they dealt with it within 10 minutes.

The location of this hotel is great! Like a block or 2 away from Cactus Club Cafe, which is one of my fav places to go in the city for drinks and socializing. Doorman was very courteous and literally opened the door for me every time I exited or entered the building. I loved the decor of the room. Very upscale! The lights and drapes were controlled by a remote/keypad located on both dressers next to the bed and on the wall. The bed was so comfortable. Probably one of the best beds I've slept on in any hotel. I will definitely be returning to this hotel soon.
