Beautiful hotel, poor service. Room service, bar service, and restaurant service took at least 40 minutes to get service.Staff, valet, and restaurant workers were rude and extremely unprofessional (see the attached photo of the key tag descriptionused for my vehicle.) Was told I would receive a receipt after my stay and breakdown of charges and still have not received this 2 weeks later.

Though I wish this were a positive review to reflect upon and describe the most important day of my life, I would like to express my honest review to help anyone else in the future considering to stay or hold an event here. My husband and I chose The Advenire to stay and rent the rooftop terrace for our small wedding reception/dinner in March of 2021. The hotel was beautiful, clean and the food was delicious- the only reason I am giving this review any stars. I don’t think I could fit my actual review of how horrible the customer service is and was during our stay, even with being an event holder. The restaurant and bar staff were slow and rude to myself and guests not only during our wedding dinner, but throughout the weekend during meals. It took over two hours to get our dinner during our wedding reception, even after consistently asking about it and half of our guests never received plates for many of the courses and had to eat with their fingers. I had to constantly request that the water jugs be refilled and even though soft drinks were included with our dinner, none of my guests were offered anything but water. When asking about it to one of the servers, she rudely responded “because no one has ordered anything else and you didn’t pay for it.” I ordered room service on the morning of my wedding and they lost my order, I had to call back an hour later to place a new one. Some of our guests stopped at WoodAshRye for brunch and it took over 45 minutes just to get coffee. One of these guests walked down the street to a local cafe, ordered coffee, then came back in and sat down at the table all before they received their drink orders. On top of this, my guests commented how uncomfortable the staff made them feel throughout the weekend and how they felt as if they were an inconvenience being there. The hotel “Director of Sales and Marketing” and our key contact during the planning process was unprofessional and as described by guests, “had no idea what was going on” during the entire reception. She refused to learn our name spellings over email and phone correspondence for 6 months, and never even formally introduced herself to us the entire weekend. We have been charged for our stays and event, but were also supposed to receive a final receipt and breakdown of charges and still haven’t received them after two weeks, which should speak volumes to the manner in which this hotel is run.3/5 stars for the location, food quality, and overall appearance/cleanliness of the hotel. 0/5 stars for the unprofessional, unorganized, chaotic customer service and staffing.

Adison and the rest of the staff was super friendly. We toured St George, Provo, Salt Lake City and Park City. This was our favorite hotel and city. They recognized my Marriott status and my birthday. I think this place is designed as a couples retreat. The hot tub was great , the food was Great, and the room was fabulous!

Splurged on the "King Cabana Suite" as a get-away. Beautiful hotel and comfortable rooms. But I have to say I was disappointed to find out that the advertised "private access to rooftop terrace" meant I had glass doors opening onto a terrace shared with other guests. I found myself looking at other guests enjoying terrace time just outside my door, so I actually had to keep the shades on those doors closed if I wanted privacy. And that meant I had no view, unless I chose to go out onto the public terrace.

We knew that we had found the right place the second we walked through the door and we saw the bar in full operating mode. Rooftop hot tube and outdoor living space perfection, and The Advenire offers every service that a luxury hotel should. Decor and staff were equally charming, and smiles abound in this upbeat boutique hotel. I am planning on returning!

One of the best hotel stays I have had in a long time. Exquisitely clean (and the whole place smells amazing), absolutely gorgeous, spacious, rooms. Every single staff member I interacted with was friendly and super helpful. Fantastic customer service. Pet friendly (for a $50/night fee) - which was a plus. The bar and restaurant looked fantastic! I would stay here a million times over if I could.

A wonderful hotel in the charming city of St George. We stayed two nights and enjoyed nearby Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks. The hotel rooms were clean, had well appointed amenities, and a friendly and ultra helpful staff. We ordered our dinners, a late lunch, and breakfast from the hotel's restaurant, Wood Ash Rye. Each meal was well prepared, the portions were healthy, and delivered in individual containers. The hotel has taken the necessary precautions to protect guests from COVID. All-in-all a great experience. We will absolutely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to anyone who wants a luxuries retreat after enjoying the beauty of the outdoors.
