It was lovely. They have a terrace to that has stone walls and blocks the wind. The rooms are beautiful. They don't have room service however but they allow you to deliver to the hotel, I used doordash everyday I was there. There are sooo many restaurants nearby around the corner to just sit and eat at. Everything you need for hygiene and all is supplied as well.

David and his staff were amazing. They were very accommodating In very prompt with every request.The rooms were very clean and most importantly the bathrooms were very clean and sanitised. They also went above and beyond by putting my ice packs in the employee freezer so I could keep my medicine cold for my flight back home. David and his staff made our stay the most comfortable stay at a hotel I have ever been. I want to thank the Allen hotel, David and his staff for amazing experience.

Foi uma estadia adorável. Quarto era muito limpo - eu não notei nada sujo ou velho de estadias anteriores. Cama era super confortável. Eu realmente gostei que o termostato fosse fácil de usar - alguns hotéis têm aquele enorme aquecedor / ar condicionado detestável.

It was a lovely stay. Room was very clean - I did not notice anything dirty or old from prior stays. Bed was super comfy. I really liked that the thermostat was easy to use - some hotels have that obnoxious huge heater/air conditioner.

Muy buen ubicación, a solo dos cuadras del Subway. La atención bastante cordial. El desayuno no es muy variado pero suficiente. Los cuartos son pequeños pero justos para el precio. Limpieza del lugar excelente!

Queda en el barrio chino y cerca de little italy por lo cual podras conseguir comida italiana y china muy buena y cerca. Desde algunas partes del hotel podras tener vista al Empire State, el personal es eficiente.Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero para dormir estan bien.
