This is hotel is nothing short of amazing! I’m traveling back and forth from Florida for business and I’m so happy with my stay.The room with the hard wood floor was so clean and the bathroom had two shower head and the counter for the sink had plenty of space.I was told by the Lauren the woman at the front desk that the hotel would do everything they could to make sure I enjoyed my stay and was constantly greeted with a smile by the staff that worked here.I can’t wait to come back!I can’t wait to come back here!

Upon arriving at The Andrew Hotel, I was greeted by Bryan who was very professional and informative. It was very nice to encounter someone with such positive energy given the time that I arrived. ( after midnight ). I will definitely stay here again :)

Brian the manager was very helpful! I would definitely recommend staying here. Pets are allowed which is amazing and prices are great for such a nice hotel. Great service!

LEIA ANTES DE FICAR AQUI. Absolutamente nojento ao ponto em que nos registramos, entramos em nosso quarto e imediatamente saímos. O quarto estava imundo. Havia cabelo por toda parte na pia e na banheira. Rímel em todo o espelho. O edredom estava coberto de manchas pretas. A cadeira de acento estava coberta de sujeira. Houve alguns gritos e choros no saguão que ela estava apavorada. Não desperdice seu dinheiro!!!

LEA ANTES DE PERMANECER AQUÍ. Absolutamente repugnante hasta el punto en que nos registramos, entramos en nuestra habitación y salimos al instante. La habitación estaba sucia. Había pelos por todo el lavabo y la bañera. Rímel por todo el espejo. El edredón estaba cubierto de manchas negras. La silla decorativa estaba cubierta de tierra. Hubo un poco en el vestíbulo gritando y llorando que estaba aterrorizada. ¡¡¡No desperdicies tu dinero!!!

READ BEFORE YOU STAY HERE. Absolutely disgusting to the point where we checked in, walked into our room and instantly walked out. The room was FILTHY. There was hair all over the sink and bathtub. Mascara all over the mirror. The comforter was covered in black stains. The accent chair was covered in dirt. There was a little in the lobby yelling and crying that she was terrified. Do not waste your money!!!

Ao fazer o check-in pela primeira vez, eles se esqueceram de codificar nossas chaves, então tivemos que voltar ao balcão. Assim que fomos capazes de entrar em nosso quarto, foi sufocante. O AC foi interrompido em um dia de 87 graus. Não havia frigobar, o que era inaceitável, pois estávamos viajando com nosso filho de 6 meses e trazíamos leite para ele. E a cadeira de veludo da sala estava coberta de nojentas manchas brancas. (Você só pode adivinhar o que foi). Quando voltei para a recepção pela segunda vez dez minutos depois de chegar e os informei da falta de geladeira e de uma cadeira nojenta, a recepcionista disse: "OH! Tentamos limpar isso ..." Então, eles sabia sobre este item de mobiliário e deixou-o na sala? Este quarto também custa quase US $ 300. Não havia NADA certo sobre esta situação. Nós nunca iremos ficar aqui novamente.

Minha estadia no The Andrew foi excepcional por causa do incrível serviço, gentileza, profissionalismo e atenção de Willie. Ele é um em um milhão. Eu nunca conheci ninguém na minha vida que instantaneamente traz um sorriso ao meu rosto e irradia tanta alegria todos os dias. Excelente estadia de 18 anos no Andrew. Obrigado Willie!

My stay at The Andrew was exceptional because of Willie’s incredible service, kindness, professionalism and attentiveness. He is one in a million. I have never met anyone in my life that instantly brings a smile to my face and radiates such joy everyday. An excellent 18 years of stays at the Andrew. Thanks Willie!

When first checking in, they forgot to code our keys so we had to return to the desk. Once we were able to get into our room, it was sweltering. The AC was left off on an 87 degree day. There was no mini refrigerator, which was unacceptable as we were traveling with our 6 month old and brought milk for him. And, the velvet chair in the room was covered in disgusting white splotchy stains. (You can only guess what that was). When I went back to the front desk for the second time within ten minutes of arriving and informed them of the lack of fridge and disgusting chair the woman receptionist goes "OH! We tried to clean that......" So, they knew about this item of furniture and LEFT IT IN THE ROOM? This room also cost almost $300. There was NOTHING okay about this situation. We will never stay here again.

Lobby é bom pessoal amigável. É aí que tudo termina. Tapetes que conduzem ao meu quarto eram NOJOSOS! Parece que já se passaram semanas desde que foi aspirado, quanto mais limpo! Quarto foi atualizado, mas COBERTO de poeira em todas as superfícies. Precisa de atualizações nos banheiros que estão com ferrugem, lascas e não estão bem limpos (cabelo no chão no check in); sem toalhas (arrumação me dirigiu onde encontrar alguns)! A localização é ótima. Tenho lido vários comentários não tão bons, mas este é 1 de 2 hotéis na cidade. Todos vocês devem fazer deste hotel uma escolha óbvia para os viajantes, aumentando significativamente a limpeza !! É uma pena que as fotos no site claramente NÃO sejam recentes! É uma pena que a gerência do hotel não leia esses comentários. Pelo menos se o fizerem, eu não tive notícias deles. Este hotel tem um potencial incrível ... uma solução tão fácil, mas pouco orgulho na opinião dos clientes.

Lobby is nice staff friendly. That’s where it ends. Carpets on leading to my room were FILTHY! Looks like its been weeks since it was vacuumed, let alone cleaned! Room was updated but COVERED in dust on all surfaces. Needs updates to the bathrooms that have rust, chips and not well cleaned (hair on my floor at check in);no towels (housekeeping directed me where to find some)! Location is great. I have read several not so great reviews, but this is 1 of 2 hotels in town. You all should make this hotel a travelers obvious choice hotel by significantly stepping up your cleaning!! Its a shame, that the pictures on the website clearly are NOT recent! It’s a real shame that hotel management doesn’t read these reviews. Atleast if they do, I have not heard back from them. This hotel has incredible potential… such an easy fix but little pride in customer input.

I stayed at this hotel 8/19 -8/22 with my 5 kids and the staff were Amazing!! they made us feel very comfortable. I have never stayed at a hotel were the staff were this great we will definitely visit again.

El año que viene me volvería a quedar en este hotel muy amables y te tratan super bien y lo mejor el hotel esta cerquita de la estación del tren y tiene restaurantes alrededor las habitaciones son pequeñas pero como yo vine a dormir por mi y mi familia muy bien y hay empleados que hablan español perfecto

Las paderes en el baño eran un poco delgadas, podia our a mis vecinos. 😢 solo pace una noche en el hotel, so no tuve chansa de ver lo de mas que ofrece el hotel.
