Ótima localização!! Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e o quarto era limpo e adequadamente confortável. Tínhamos uma bela vista do rio e da ponte.Super estacionamento seguro e muito razoável sob o hotel, que para nós foi uma enorme vantagem.Eu recomendo o hotel para o viajante de fim de semana!

O preço de um quarto é incrível para Manhattan. Todas as comodidades são extras (incluindo WiFi). O quarto é limpo e bem decorado. Os tons finos são surpreendentemente eficazes. Muito barulhento, mesmo para os padrões de Nova York. Pessoal foi maravilhoso. Perto do hospital presbiteriano de Nova York, não tão perto das trompas.

Price for a room is amazing for Manhattan. All amenities are extra however (including WiFi). Room is clean and well furnished. The thin shades are surprisingly effective. Pretty noisy even by New York standards. Staff was wonderful. Close to New York Presbyterian hospital, not so close to the tubes.

Due to Covid Situation, the hotel cancelled our booking from 2 months ago. Since 2 months, we're asking for a refund but hotel is refusing. They simply reply that they are waiting for upper management reply. Unacceptable how they threat their customers.

Nice hotel, funcionários educados e prestativos. Vistas agradáveis e feche a água e o AirTran para Roosevelt Island. Nada mais nas proximidades, a estação de metrô mais próxima fica em Lexington, com restaurantes limitados e são 800 metros ou melhor.

Nice hotel, staff were polite and helpful. Nice views and close the water and the AirTran to Roosevelt Island. Nothing else nearby, nearest subway station is on Lexington, limited restaurants and those are a half mile or better.

The hotel was nice. The room was big. Clean. The service was excellent. I have nothing but good things to say.Unfortunately I had to spend some time in my room before going to my business destination. The only issue is that there is a lot of noise from the traffic outside. Constant honking from cars and emergency vehicles at times. Of course if you are used to living in a big city on a busy street it won't bother you. I am used to quiet and it was very disturbing to me. This is not something they can control but a warning about it would be great. Or possibly offering a room opposite to the intersection? I am not sure if there are any rooms that are sound proof to that noise. Maybe offer free earplugs? The Bentley hotel was great and it's location convenient when you have to be close to your destination. Just be aware that it may be noisy and bring your earplugs if you want quiet.

I want to start by stating, that the hotel staff what's extremely nice and helpful. They answered all of our questions and help us out whenever we needed. My son was getting surgery at Sloan-Kettering memorial and we decided to rent a hotel room. As for the condition of the room there was two inches of dust everywhere. The light switches were broken and outlets didn't work. There was trash under the bed, hair all over the bathroom. No kcups where left for the coffee everyday. You have to let the water run for 10 minutes to get hot water for a shower, and you better bring soap to use. But, the view was amazing 😉

Exceptional customer service, ask for her!One of the largest and most spacious rooms I have stayed in, with a panoramic view of the east side, the bridge, Long Island City, and everything in between. One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in.Location - perfect. Zero tourists. Plently of upscale restaurants, low key places, you name it, it has it.

Para lo que cuesta no me pareció nada del otro mundo. Es un Hotel de 4 estrellas, el hall se ve muy bonito y moderno y el bar de la planta 19 está muy moderno también. Pero las habitaciones en mi opinión dejan mucho que desear, se ve que se han quedado anticuadas. Una renovación y una decoración más moderna le vendría muy bien. El trato del personal es amable. Pero seguramente si vuelvo a NY una tercera vez buscaré otro hotel.

Great location!! The staff are very friendly and the room was clean and adequately commodious. We had a great view of the river and bridge.Super safe and very reasonable parking under the hotel which for us was a huge plus.I'd highly recommend the hotel for the weekend traveller!
