The staff at the property is phenomenal.We have stayed at 53rd and West 57th and had no complaints.This property needs soundproofing.The street noise coming in is not acceptable; and the HVAC fan makes it difficult to hear the television.53rd property is in a busier area but much quieter in your room.Difficult to fall asleep at The Central without earplugs.Will continue to love our Hilton properties in New York and elsewhere but would not stay at this property again.

The staff at this hotel were awesome, amazing, helpful, friendly, professional, I could go on and on. They went out of their way to assist us with anything we needed. The amenities were great with the heated toilet seats getting #1 rating in my opinion. The name of this hotel really describes it, Central to everything; shopping, transport, sightseeing, dining a really great location. We totally enjoyed our stay and wish it could have been longer.

We had two studio rooms for a two night stay. The rooms were fantastic, not a single issue came up. I cannot say enough nice things about the staff here, they were responsive and attentive and made our stay very enjoyable. The location to city attractions was a nice bonus as well! I highly recommend this property.

We had the pleasure of staying at this property on our recent visit to NY and wow is all I can say! The staff is so helpful and the accommodations were perfect. The bed and pillows were amazing, the room was very clean and well stocked, the bathroom was fantastic, it even had a heated toilet seat lol. It was nothing short of perfect!

The building staff were excellent. Laura at the front desk was very knowledgeable about the city and areas to visit. We would have been at a lost without her helping us find exactly what we were looking for. Terronie had excellent customer service and made us constantly laugh. The building its self was very clean and easy to findbeing located in the heart of Manhattan. We stayed in another hotel right after the this one and the difference was night and day. I will be staying here again and would advise all others to do so too.

My wife and I had a delightful stay at this new property.The staff, without exception, were friendly, welcoming and very helpful.The studio room we had was spacious by NYC hotel standards and featured lots of extras like automatic window shades, nice TV/entertainment center,mini fridge, TOTO toilet, great shower, and easy to manage A/C.The location puts it within walking distance of lots of good restaurants, shopping, Rockefeller Center, etc.
