From the moment that you drive up to be greeted to when you enter The Chatwal doors they make sure that you don’t have to lift a finger and everything is provided with ease. This was one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed at and I travel a lot! The staff was friendly, the room was just out of this world, clean, great location, top quality products, no outside noise....just perfect all around!

Very nice luxury hotel practically adjacent to Times Square. Staff was very professional and courteous in every interaction. Had a street facing room on the third floor and had no issues with noise. Onsite restaurant had a delicious breakfast. Very nice hotel de luxo praticamente ao lado da Times Square. A equipe foi muito profissional e cortês em cada interação. Tinha um quarto de frente para a rua no terceiro andar e não tive problemas com barulho. Restaurante no local tinha um delicioso café da manhã.

I attended a party in the upstairs space and had a wonderful time. It was a comfortable space, open but cozy at the same time. The staff was lovely. I only gave four stars for service because things were really slow. I suspect someone called out. I had a Gold Rush and it was the best cocktail I've ever had. I only had a few of someone's fries and they were so good, even after sitting on the table for an hour. Participei de uma festa no andar de cima e me diverti muito. We stayed at The Chatwal, New York this past week and it was, as usual, wonderful. The property is beautiful and luxurious. The entire Chatwal team are friendly, gracious, and professional, including the front desk team (Manpreet and Roxy) and the Welcome Ambassadors (including Ali and Peter). Everyone remembers us during our visit and between our visits, welcoming us “home”, which is a wonderful touch.The accommodations are extremely comfortable and very well maintained. We enjoy dining at The Lambs Club at The Chatwal (breakfast, dinner) and cocktails with the professional bar staff at The Lambs Club.We always look forward to our stays at The Chatwal. Un pequeño hotel de lujo muy cerca de Times Square pero muy tranquilo dentro del hotel. Como hotel miembro de Marriott Luxury Collection, las habitaciones son un concepto hecho apilando baúles viejos. La amabilidad del personal es excelente y el desayuno es bastante bueno. No hay máquina de café en la habitación, pero el café se sirve en el primer piso por la mañana y se proporciona una botella de agua con hielo de forma gratuita para los huéspedes, incluso durante el día. Just what you would expect from the Chatwal brand.It's luxury centered in the theatre district.Met family staying there for drinks. There is a ground-level bar for a quick drink or, for those who want to settle in for drinks and a bite, the second-floor bar has plenty of comfortable seating.The staff was happy to move tables and chairs to accommodate our group.
