Rooms were nice but prices quoted were not the same when i checked in. everyone in blocked out rooms attending wedding were charged all different prices..staff was not too helpful either

Reservamos uma estadia neste hotel como um staycation, mas fomos rudemente tratados com comentários racistas e abuso humilhante. A gerente das barracas Maggie nos expulsou da piscina disputando o abuso nos chamando de “sem classe” Fui discriminado porque meu filho é autista e hispânico! Somos uma família hispânica e fomos abusados por causa da cor da nossa pele! Não vá a este hotel a menos que você seja branco e rico

Os quartos estavam ok. Além da cama, tudo é um complemento mesmo se você estiver dentro. “A suíte king” ou a suíte nupcial foi medíocre pelo preço. Eu só fiquei aqui porque o local do casamento ao lado forneceu esses quartos gratuitamente.Uma coisa que eu estava mais irritado foi o café da manhã. Quando fizemos o check-in, a equipe da frente disse especificamente café da manhã até as 10h30. Chego lá às 10:15. Eles tinham tirado tudo e não havia nada para comer. Aparentemente é apenas para o fim de semana. Eles poderiam ter fornecido informações corretas. Oi teve que sair com fome de manhã. Os quartos eram mehh. Já me hospedei em lugares muito melhores pelo preço anunciado.

The rooms were okay. Besides the bed, everything is an add-on even if you are in. “The king suite” or the bridal suite was mediocre for the price. I only stayed here because the wedding venue next door provided these rooms for free.
One thing I was most annoyed of was their breakfast. When we checked in, the front staff specifically said breakfast until 10:30 am. I get there at 10:15. They had taken everything out and there was nothing to eat. Apparently its only for the weekend. They could have provided right information. Hi had to leave hungry in the morning. The rooms were mehh. I’ve stayed at much better places for the price it was advertised in.

We booked a stay at this hotel as a a staycation but were rudely treated with racist comments and demeaning abuse . The manager Maggie stalls kicked us out of the pool dispute the abuse calling us a “classless” I was discriminated because my son is autistic and Hispanic! We are a Hispanic family and we were abused because of the color of our skin! Do not go to this hotel unless you are white and affluent

Eu nunca vou lá novamente. Estava na área de trabalho e só precisava ficar uma noite. O quarto estava fora de moda e apenas cheirava a velho. Havia um bug no meu quarto e eles tinham fios pendurados (fotos). Não foi um sono confortável e fui cobrado extra $ 100 dólares na minha conta. Quem realmente se preocupa com qualquer outra coisa (serviço, comida, etc) nem tentou nada disso se você tiver que dormir em um quarto com cheiro de sujo com insetos e fios por todo o lado, por que ficar. Não fique de fora!

A equipe foi amigável. Breakfast was good and plentiful! They gave us a free room upgrade which was very nice! Need more parking spaces. Only glitch is someone hit our car (we think it was with their door)while parked in the lot.

I will never go there again. Was in area for work and just needed to stay one night. The room was out dated and just smelled old. There was a bug in my room and they had wires hanging (pictures). Was not comfortable sleep at all and I was charged extra $100 dollars on my bill. Who really cares about anything else (service,food, etc) didn't even try any of that if you have to sleep in dirty smelling room with bugs and wires all over why stay. Don't stay staying away!

A equipe aqui é ótima. Ajudei meus amigos a fazer o check-in no sábado à noite e havia pelo menos algumas pessoas trabalhando no saguão da frente. Natasha na recepção foi especialmente útil, dando-nos todas as informações que precisávamos. Check-in foi rápido e indolor (gostaria que todos os lugares fossem assim). O interior do quarto era elegante e fomos capazes de nos instalar sem problemas. Obrigado pela hospitalidade!

El personal aquí es excelente. Ayudé a mis amigos a registrarse el sábado por la noche y había al menos algunas personas trabajando en el vestíbulo. Natasha en la recepción fue especialmente útil y nos brindó toda la información que necesitábamos. El registro fue rápido e indoloro (ojalá todos los lugares fueran así). El interior de la habitación era elegante y pudimos instalarnos sin problemas. ¡Gracias por la hospitalidad!

The staff here is great. I helped my friends check in late Saturday night and there were at least a few people working the front lobby. Natasha at reception was especially helpful, giving us all the information we needed. Check in was quick and painless (wish all places were like this). The room's interior was classy and we were able to settle in without issue. Thanks for the hospitality!

Temos ficado lá algumas vezes ao longo de vários anos. Sendo de Syosset, tenho o prazer de dizer que este hotel é extremamente conveniente, hospitaleiro e limpo. I se hospedaram no alguns outros lugares nas imediações, mas nunca quero ficar em outro lugar que não Fox Hollow. Simplesmente não há comparação.

We have stayed there a few times over several years. Being from Syosset, I am delighted to say that this hotel is extremely convenient, hospitable, and clean. I have stayed at a couple of other places in the immediate area, but I never want to stay anywhere else other than Fox Hollow. There is just no comparison.

This hotel is beautiful! It is clean and well maintained. I would stay here again. I came for a wedding and I am happy I stayed overnight. Staff is very nice also. Romantic suites and decor. Complimentary breakfast felt like I was at a restaurant! 5 stars all around for this hotel!
