Na minha opinião, os melhores quartos da capital estão em St Regis Astana. Nosso St. Regis, de acordo com a avaliação dos hóspedes, tornou-se o melhor do mundo. Eu realmente gostei do interior do quarto standard. Os cafés da manhã também são luxuosos. A equipe é adorável. É inconveniente que o caminho para o fundo de números seja longo, mas isso provavelmente é mais uma "peculiaridade" minha. A única coisa que não gostei foi a qualidade da mobília do lobby. De alguma forma barato, ou a qualidade do forro é baixa, para um hotel assim.

Ótimo hotel! Pessoal muito educado, elegante, confortável, bebidas quentes estão incluídas na tarifa do quarto. A cama é macia, a cama é arejada, a vista da janela sobre o rio Yesil. Este é de longe o melhor hotel em que você pode ficar, não apenas no Cazaquistão, mas em toda a Ásia Central. E digo isso não apenas pela ótima localização na margem do rio Ishim (vistas!), Mas porque o serviço é extraordinário. Vale a pena visitar não apenas no verão, mas também para uma estadia de inverno. The St Regis Astana can only be described as nothing shy of excellent. We were celebrating our anniversary there and were treated like royalty. Staff decorated our room, we received free sparkling wine, a free room upgrade, flowers, a cake, complementary wine and chocolate. Service went above and beyond to assure us having a great time. I have been to many great hotels - this one is still exceptional. A true gem with lovely people, great food, beautiful rooms and a stunning venue - indeed the best hotel in Kazakhstan. É incrivel! Os quartos são apenas o paraíso! Adicione um pouco de habilidade de engenharia e você pode usar a varanda mesmo no inverno - o café da manhã é ótimo! Academia é muito legal! Se eu pudesse pedir qualquer coisa, tinha sido uma chaleira n expresso no quarto, mesmo que o mordomo o traga de graça, se desejado. Hotel é super quente no inverno
