Meu voo pousou mais cedo, então liguei e a recepcionista me concedeu o check-in antecipado, o que foi muito bom! Os quartos são básicos e bastante datados, realmente precisam de carpete e decoração novos. banheiro era limpo, camas no lado extra firme, mas eles eram toleráveis. No geral, eu ficaria aqui novamente. Assim como qualquer hotel econômico, há algumas pequenas coisas que eu não gostei, falta de tomadas na cama, sem geladeira ou micro-ondas, cama firme etc, mas apesar de tudo, um lugar agradável e funcionários muito simpáticos.

Great location, very reasonably priced for downtown. Place is clean staff are attentive. Will your room have some defects? maybe a peeling wall paper somewhere? Sure, but overall great place. We've stayed there three times over the years and had zero issues.

My flight landed extra early so i called and the receptionist granted me early check in which was really nice! The rooms are basic and pretty dated, really need new carpet and decor. bathroom was clean, beds on the extra firm side but they were tolerable. Overall, I would stay here again. Just like any budget friendly hotel there’s a few little things i didn’t like, lack of outlets by bed, no fridge or microwave, firm bed etc but all in all a nice place and very friendly staff.

Great location, but there were a handful of issues that were troublesome. The hotel could clearly use some TLC- the wallpaper in our room was peeling, holes in the sofa fabric, really worn furniture, a sensitive toilet. There was also an issue that included the hallway and elevator smelling STRONGLY of weed. Luckily the smell didn’t start to infiltrate our room until the last morning we were there but based on the strength of the scent, I’m surprised it took that long to pass through our door.

Pictures looked really nice online but was underwhelmed when we got here. Everything is just outdated especially the bathrooms. The bed was hard and uncomfortable but the room did have a cozy feel nonetheless. Nothing really special about the lobby, restaurants and bar closed due to covid. Front desk were nice except the morning we were checking out we called to ask for a blow dryer (They are not provided in the rooms) and the lady was very rude. She said “if we have one i’ll send it up” with a tone and hung up the phone.. we never received one. Overall it’s not a horrible place to stay, it’s a good location but just probably would not stay again! Better options for the same price range in Chicago area.

There are no outlets by the beds, no coffee makers or microwaves in the rooms, and the mattress are extra firm. Other than those complaints, I really enjoyed my stay. The staff is friendly, and I felt safe during my stay. I would recommend a quick stay here, but nothing longer than a couple of days

Amenities and room service limited due to the pandemic but the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating! The building and rooms could use some renovations, but love the old time vibe. Comfy bed and bedding. And location is a plus!

This is the most phenomenal hotel ever, over a hundred years old with history, but the gorgeous ness of all the 5 stars it's deserves. This is my and my wife's special Valentine's Day get away hotel for us time and it's never disappointed, so clean, so beautiful, and the view and privacy is unrivaled. Thank you for the incredible stay.

One of the best hotels That I’ve stayed in downtown Chicago, the rooms are extremely comfortable it’s a prime location and you can walk everywhere whether you want to go shopping or find something to eat. What inspired me to write this review was the great service that I received from Felicia Y. She was extremely pleasant and accommodating during my staycation in the city. Good service is hard to come by and she was one of the many great experiences that I’ve at the Whitehall Hotel that stood out.

I Give them 5 start for accommodations, cleaning and comfort.Enjoy my time here,everyone was friendly. When we got there they had upgrade our room, and we enjoy of microwave and a mini fridge. I book this hotel using Expidia and I got some discounts for the parking, for every night. Also convenient location for some of the attractions walking distance 5 minutes from 360 Chicago Tower, and the Water TowerMall. Les doy 5 estrellas por acomodamiento, limpieza y confort.Disfrutamos nuestra estadía en este hotel, todo el personal fue muy amable, y atento a todas nuestras preguntas, cuando llegamos nos había dado un upgrade a la habitación dándonos una más grande con un microondas y un mini refrigerador, la reservación la saqué a través de Expidia, donde obtuve un descuento para el parque por cada noche en el hotel. Este hotel está a 5 minutos de camino algunas atracciones como el 360 Chicago Tower y el Mall (Water Tower)

The White Hall es un hotel muy viejo, te retienen 75 dólares por noche en caso de que algo pase (y te lo devuelven en un mes), las instalaciones son viejas, eso sí… es muy céntrico y de fácil acceso. No creo que valga la pena el precio/calidad. Buscaría hospedarme en otro lugar.

Un hotel antiguo pero con mucho encanto. Las camas muy cómodas, habitaciones grandes, poco actualizadas, pero merece mucho la pena. Magnífica relación calidad/precio.

Great location, professional staff, good overall experience. The hotel is older, but the decor added to its charm. They were very accommodating with early check in and I really appreciated that. Room was comfortable overall. I would have just loved to be able to have a way to have hot tea in the room. Also they are very close to EVERYthing so we were able to walk to most places to eat, shop, and see the lake.

La ubicación excelente, cercano a tiendas y a zonas de turismo.Debes dejar un depósito muy costoso por cada noche que pases hospedado.El hotel no tiene servicio a la habitación, no nos arreglaron el cuarto. Creo que la limpieza no es su mayor fortaleza, pues al ingresar encontramos un secador con cabello enrollado 😖

Hotel bueno pero un poco antiguo. Ubicación fantástica, habitaciones grandes y limpias. El servicio fue muy bueno también. No se si el hotel tiene instalaciones como piscina o gimnasio. El único problema era que no se puede abrir las ventanas por seguridad y la ventilación mecánica hace bastante ruido. No recomendable para personas con difícil sueño. Lo demás todo correcto.
