Great customer service. front desk was always on call and very helpful 👏. Me and my friends were in a rush to finish getting ready and go out . So left a decent tip. We cooked and forgot butter or oil tho . NEXT time for sure coming back 👏 ..and free laundry washing (that’s a plus )

Candlewood Suites LAX Hawthorne estava bem, um hotel básico com a maioria das coisas que você precisa, mas não mais. Está convenientemente localizado perto do aeroporto LAX. O estacionamento é gratuito. Muitos restaurantes mexicanos incríveis e food trucks nas proximidades. Starbucks e McDonald's estão do outro lado das ruas. O quarto do hotel é bem grande, mas meio velho e malcheiroso. A Internet é lenta e instável. Mas as taxas são boas, então você obtém o que você paga. Experiência moderada.

Candlewood Suites LAX Hawthorne was okay, a basic hotel with most of things you need, but not more. It's conveniently located close to LAX airport. Parking is free. A lot of awesome Mexican restaurants and food trucks nearby. Starbucks and McDonald's are just across the streets. The hotel room is quite big, but kind of old and smelly. Internet is slow and unstable. But the rates are okay so you get what you pay for. Moderate experience.

We chose this hotel for the price and convenience to the airport. The hotel on the other side of the driveway was significantly more money in the same location. It did appear a little fancier by the lobby but again it was significantly more in the same location. LA does have a homeless problem. You would need to go to a much fancier place to sequester yourself from it and stay outside of the airport zone for a more wholesome neighborhood. The staff at check in was very nice. There is nothing impressive looking about the lobby but the people we met (a woman at check in and a man at check out) were attentive and nice. We did get stuck on the first floor but we didn't have people smoking outside our room. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. It was no frills and we opted not to pay for the breakfast (the coffee was free) but the kitchen was nice with a full size refrigerator. The TV had cable. The bathroom was clean. They provided surprisingly nice soap, shampoo, and conditioner for a no frills place (at least in our room). The parking is located in a locked garage. It has what you need. If you want a more impressive lobby and a fancier room, it may not be for you. If you need a hotel near the airport that is affordable and/or want to have a place with a kitchen in it this is a decent place. There is a pool and a very small gym. We were happy at the price point and the security deposit did come off the charge as promised.

Rooms are pretty small. The lady that checked me in Wasn’t friendly at all. While I was being checked in she told me that since I’m staying for a week she is going to put me in a corner room on the 1st floor. The smoking section was right outside our room where people would gather to smoke and drink and hangout loudly. It was very annoying. Free parking that’s in a parking garage across the street from the hotel.

Desde a equipe da recepção até os rapazes e garotas de apoio, eles mantêm este lugar feliz! !Fiquei apenas uma noite, o quarto estava limpo e fresco, o carpete havia sido lavado/limpo alguns dias antes, então tudo estava higiênico.O banheiro era adequado para o tamanho do quarto, se havia algo sobre este quarto são os móveis, é escuro e um pouco velho, precisa ser claro e fresco, eu sei que móveis mais escuros são usados para aguentar o desgaste, mas vamos mantê-lo brilhante e fresco!!!Com uma pequena cozinha com tudo o que você precisa para uma estadia prolongada, instalações de lavagem para manter suas roupas frescas, eu recomendaria ficar aqui! ! !

From the reception staff to the support guys and girls they keep this place happy!! I stayed just the one night, room was clean and fresh, the carpet had been washed/cleaned a few days before so all was sanitary. Bathroom was adequate for the room size, if there was anything about this room is the furniture, it’s dark and a little old, it needs to be bright and fresh, I know darker furniture is used to take the knock of wear and tear but let’s keep it bright and fresh!!! With a small kitchen with all you will need for an extended stay, washing facilities to keep your clothes fresh I would recommend staying here!!!

Good Day all! MAK here and you know you can take my words of wisdom to the Bank! This location may be a little rough when it comes to homeless and crime. But, Candlewood Suites has our safety in mind big time! Secured Parking. Awesome Jose' managing the location and doing an excellent job I might add! Clean, neat rooms! Easy checkin. Office amenities. Food amenities and several restaurants near!

Omg BED BUGS!!! I go to the front desk… the manger offers new sheets I can’t make this up! New sheets? My response…. “You and I both know that’s not how this works!” Oh then he spent 5 minutes arguing with me because they were sold out instead of calling the sister hotels for vacancies. Then just tells me to figure it out through Expedia. I am so livid. My assumption is he had bed bugs at home because he was much too comfortable with this situation. I informed them I’m pregnant and now will have to sleep on my car. They literally could have cared less. Unacceptable. I will be filing a complaint with the health department on Monday!
