I booked this hotel for a very special occasion based on the positive review.We were deeply disappointed. The inability to have clean wash cloths and towels delivered to our room, 3 times in 4 days, after multiple asks, was absurd. Some of the towels we did have had hairs on them. The room phone never worked, neither did the WiFi, which was not helpful for business.We expect better from the Marriott brand.

A very fine hotel. The staff was very welcoming with smiles all around. The room was impeccable and comfortable. Very decent coffee and breakfast. Walked to everywhere

Good locations and friendly staff. Unfortunately, we had an issue with bugs (possibly bedbugs, but we don’t know) in our room/bed and got bitten on multiple parts on our bodies. The carpet, sheets, mattress, and wallpaper are not very clean. The lady at the front desk handled it very professionally. Not to the standard of a Marriott property, perhaps. We are Marriott Bonvoy members but won’t be staying at this hotel again in NYC.

This hotel was excellent. The room was very, very clean. I am big on hotel rooms being clean and this hotel room went beyond my expectations! The hotel staff was very courteous and professional. Especially Angel. All hotels need a staff member like Angel. Also, there was female front desk staff member and she was very nice too. The hotel is close to everything, times squares, Empire State Building, Macys, etc. The neighborhood is kind of rough with homeless, etc but they don't bother anyone. Also the hotel is very secured. Housekeeping was short staff and our room was only cleaned once but the staff was very accommodating with providing us with fresh towels and what ever else we needed. I dumped my trash down in the main hotel lobby daily. I understand that NYC is slowly coming back from the Covid crisis and I understood the staff shortages. I would stay here again!

Great spot to stay. Close to Midtown (walking distance) and there's a 2 Bros Pizza around the corner. Rooms are nice and clean and the price is right. Would recommend staying here

This hotel is one of the best in this area. I have been coming here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you definitely will love it I'm sure! Loved it. Centrally located. A room has iron, little fridge and a big desk for work. Easy check in and check out

My wife and I are from Colorado; we stayed here for 4 nights in September 2021. The hotel is spotless clean, and everything has been maintained in great working order. We stayed on the 18th floor - nice and quiet, and the elevator was fast and smooth. Small room, but very efficient. King bed was very comfortable, AC worked awesome. Wifi was solid (though had to log in again daily - once we knew that, no biggie). The bathroom was spacious; plenty of clean towels. The shower was really nice - two heads, and no leaks. And the staff was helpful, with a nice coffee & danish bar downstairs. But know this: the neighborhood is pretty rough. Oh, you are walking distance to Times Square, Broadway, Empire State. But be prepared for lots of homeless, trash and smells. But there are also lots of police, and the hotel has good security. I would stay again.

Visite NYC y no puedo dejar de hacer una reseña del hotel que me ha acogido estos días. El hotel tiene habitaciones bien equipadas y modernas, el personal es muy amable. Ubicación perfecta. Hotel para pasar excelentes noches de descanso y muy cerca del Times Square. Recomiendo este hotel 100% en todos los sentidos.
