Quartos ligeiramente batidos, nenhuma das máquinas de refrigerantes lhe dá o refrigerante certo. Eu tive vários amigos hospedados aqui e sempre há o que parece ser uma grande família cigana morando lá, deixando seus filhos sem supervisão correndo pelos corredores gritando alto, chorando, gritando, mesmo às 7 da manhã. Frigobar não funcionava no quarto. A gerência tentou me cobrar por um buraco grande de primeiro tamanho na parede que estava lá quando fiz o check-in. Caso contrário, quartos limpos, funcionários simpáticos, espaçosos o suficiente

Os lugares tinham um cheiro estranho, mas tudo bem. O elevador era tão lento. A equipe foi ótima. Bom restaurante mexicano no interior. A única coisa que achei estranha foi a cor do lugar dentro ser tão sem graça e sem graça. Nenhuma das decorações, fotos ou móveis combinavam com o cenário. Foi um problema? Não. O quarto foi reformado e limpo. As tábuas do piso eram barulhentas e irregulares no corredor e no quarto, mas não era grande coisa.

Slightly beat up rooms, none of the soda machines give you the right soda. I've had multiple friends stay here and there's always what looks like a large gypsy family living there letting their unsupervised children run playing in the halls loudy screaming, crying, whooping, even as early as 7am. Fridge didn't work in room. Management tried to charge me for large first size hole in the wall that was there when I checked in. Bedding space and thing. Otherwise cleanly rooms, friendly staff, spacious enough

The tv didt work the fan worked but the light didt the phone didt even work to call the front desk and The toilet Barley worked like almost nothing was working

The places had a funky smell, but it was okay. The elevator was so slow. The staff were great. Nice Mexican restaurant inside. The only thing I thought was weird was the color of the place inside being so dull and bland. None of the decorations, pictures, or furniture matched the setting. Was it a problem? No. The room was renovate and clean. The floor boards were squeaky and uneven down the hall and in the room, not a big deal tho.

Ficamos aqui várias vezes e a recepção é sempre gentil, no entanto, essa viagem em particular foi cansativa. Entramos e o chão estava imundo - meu filho encontrou um pedaço de alface no chão e estava coberto de embalagens. Eles enviaram alguém para varrer, mas o quarto era provavelmente o pior quarto do hotel de longe e ficamos lá por 3 noites cansativas. Nossa varanda deslizante estava fora das escadas e 2 noites seguidas, fui acordado várias vezes com alguém batendo na porta da varanda de vidro - obviamente estava apavorado por ter um filho comigo, então não me levantei para olhar ou responder e eu não podia ligar lá embaixo porque nosso telefone estava quebrado. Quando eu olhei para fora, nossa varanda estava cheia de pontas de cigarro tão claramente que alguém estava lá fora. Quando eu mencionei isso, eles não se ofereceram para nos trocar ou até mesmo comprá-los.A eletricidade no quarto estava bagunçada - havia 2 interruptores e um controlava o ventilador de teto, MAS você não pode desligar a luz porque a tração estava quebrada. O interruptor OUTRO controlava a luz principal da sala E todas as tomadas... ENTÃO, se você quiser carregar seu telefone à noite ou literalmente qualquer eletricidade, você está dormindo com a luz acesa.

Ter um ótimo staycation no Shalimar... teve que fazer o check-in depois da meia-noite e o representante da recepção foi rápido, agradável e muito eficiente. A sala está cheia de Old Vegas cha e caráter e imaculada. Melhor de todos? Equipado com cafeteira! Obrigado Hotel Shalimar por me receber com alguma hospitalidade do Velho Mundo em Vegas! Ame as portas francesas na frente da sala com vista para a piscina.

We have stayed here several times & the front desk is always kind however this particular trip was exhausting. We got in & the floor was filthy- my child found a piece of lettuce on the floor & it was covered in wrappers. They sent someone to sweep but the room was probably the absolute worst room in the hotel by far & we stayed there for 3 grueling nights. Our sliding balcony was off of the stairs & 2 nights in a row i was awoken multiple times to someone KNOCKING on our glass balcony door- i obviously was terrified i had a child with me so i did not get up to look or answer & i couldn’t call downstairs cause our phone was broken. When i looked outside our balcony was littered with cigarette butts so clearly someone was out there. When i brought it up they didn’t offer to switch us or even comp us-The electricity in the room was messed up- there were 2 switches & one controlled the ceiling fan BUT you can not turn the light off on it because the pull was broken. The OTHER switch controlled BOTh the main room light AND all the outlets… SO if you wanted to charge your phone at night or litterally any electricity at all, you are sleeping with the light on.

Having a great staycation at the Shalimar...had to check in after midnight and the Reception Representative was swift, pleasant and very efficient. The room is filled with Old Vegas cha and character and immaculate. Best of all? Equipped with a coffee maker! Thank you Hotel Shalimar for receiving me with some Old World Vegas Hospitality! Love the French Doors at the front of the room overlooking the pool.

Com certeza a empregada saiu com uma peça de lingerie que comprei na visita. Eu vi antes que a empregada entrasse e trouxesse toalhas limpas bem onde deveria estar. Mais tarde, não consegui encontrar. Rasguei o quarto procurando por ela (desarrumei a cama, tirei todos os móveis, tirei todos os itens da minha bolsa). Ainda não consegui encontrar aquela peça de roupa que faltava.

Pretty sure the maid took off with a piece of lingerie I bought during the visit. I saw it before the maid came in and brought fresh towels right where it should be. Then later I wasn't able to find it. I tore the room apart looking for it (unmade the bed, moved every piece of furniture, pulled every single item from my bag). Still can not find that missing item of clothing.

El hotel más horrible que ni siquiera debería estar funcionando, esta super asqueroso sucio por todos lados, huele mul mal pero sobre todo muchísimo calor el aire acondicionado de los cuartos son muy deficientes y no funcionan mi familia y yo estuvimos 1 día en el mes de Julio y estaba super calienteese cuarto, mis niñas se deshidrataron horribley todo el lugar en general esta en malas condiciones, Yo jamas volveré a regresar a ese lugar no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto.

El servicio es bastante bueno para lo que cobran, es bastante barato aun en fin de semana. El cuarto tiene cafetera y frigobar. Y el personal ha sido amable.

Malisimo lugar, muy sucia la habitacion, me tubieron q cambiar d lo sucia q estaba, la cama llena d pelos y apestaba, tohallas sucias en la puerta colgada, no habian articulos d aseo como en todos los hoteles, un olor muy feo, pesima atencion en la noche, hace 1 año estube ahi y no era asi, al cambiar d dueño se volvio un asco ese lugar.

Horrible , no pongan un personal que no es para nada capacitado con respecto a la Limpieza y sobre todo para hacer las cosas MAL. tuve que rentar este hotel , y Cuando llego a mi cuarto , la cama no le habían sacado el cubre cama que fue usado por otra persona , básicamente otro guest la usó y solo housekeeping volvió a hacer la cama. Las almohadas llenas de vellos y pelos de otra persona , totalmente desagradable , la bañera igualmente , el papel de baño lo dejaron usado. Ni siquiera uno nuevo , para pagar $160 y con el pésimo servicio de estas señoras, si van a cobrar tarifas altas por favor tengan la dignidad de hacer una mejor limpieza. Que desagradable. Capaciten mejor a su personal. Deseo que por favor me retornen el dinero , porque para eso hubiera pagado un hotel mucho mejor y no esté desastre.

Lo que se puede esperar lo cumple. Un lugar para parar a dormir y poco más.económico y bien ubicado.Nº es para varios días pero si estás caminando las Vegas y regresas tarde a dormir para que más. si tienes auto entonces mejor ir a un Quintas o Ramada más alejado que son muy superiores
