Gostamos muito da localização e do apartamento, estávamos em 4 adultos e 3 crianças, onde o apartamento eram dois quartos separados e que tinha uma sala comum com cozinha completa. O preço não eh barato, mas para famílias eh excelente. O funcionário que recebeu( Gustavo) não foi nem um pouco simpático, mas as recepcionistas foram excelentes. Recomento

O hotel mistura arte e luxo, e tem uma vista linda para a marina, com barcos! É possível ver tanto o pôr do sol quanto o nascer do sol do hotel. Os quartos são grandes, espaçosos e bem decorados, com uma vista incrível! Jantamos uma noite no restaurante Panorama Sky & Lounge do hotel. Oferecem café da manhã, almoço e jantar! A comida estava excelente, assim como o atendimento. Vale ressaltar a vista que tem do restaurante. Acho que vale a pena jantar uma noite lá! Coconut Grove é uma região mais tranquila de Miami, perto de Downtown, art District (Wynwood Walls) e Coral Gables. O hotel fica a uma quadra do Coco Walk, um pequeno shopping a céu aberto, onde tem Cheesecake Factory, GAP, Victoria’s Secret, Starbucks, entre outros.

Excelente hotel, muito bem localizado,próximo ao centro de Miami. O bairro de Coconut Grove é estratégico e com ótima infraestrutura. Porém o hotel tem um ponto negativo,o estacionamento,tem um cartão que abre por proximidade, mas sempre dá problemas

Preciso falar sobre o cheirinho delicioso ao entrar nas dependências do hotel. Fiquei apaixonada!! Lugar lindo, vista linda, quarto aconchegante e com muitas facilidades, inclusive babyliss (!). Piscina aquecida e funcionários extremamente atenciosos! Ah, eles recebem encomendas tranquilamente :)

Boa localização, mas deixou a desejar no atendimento. As luzes do meu quarto não estavam funcionando e quando liguei na recepção solicitando o reparo, me avisaram q seria feito no dia seguinte. Conclusão: fiquei sem luz (tinha apenas a luz bem fraquinha de um abajur).

Hotel is OK. The rooms could use some love but there's nothing fundamentally wrong with them. The pool area is excellent and a highlight of the hotel with excellent sea views.
One annoyance is the elevators which are on two different systems meaning you're waiting a long, long time to get anywhere. Secondly, they have a horribly inefficient breakfast ticketing system where you have to go to the lobby (in the slow elevator) to get a ticket to present to the breakfast room (on the 8th floor) every single morning. I have no idea why this is the case.
Staff are excellent, but the hotel is somewhat run down hence the 3 stars.

Booked a 2 bedroom on Expedia. Got a spacious condo on the 17 floor with nice balcony, large, well appointed kitchen, laundry room, and comfortable beds. But the windows let in every sound and it only had blinds, no curtains so the rooms were lit up all night from surrounding buildings. Luckily the neighborhood was pretty quiet until about 6:00 am so I still got reasonable sleep but trucks and motorcycles were the alarm before sunrise. If not for the noise and light it would get 5 stars. It could have been cleaner. It just had dust from sitting so long, nothing horrendous, but if they’re listing it as a hotel stay they should touch it up before guests come.

Really just a condo tower with some hotel rooms. Pool posted as closing at 6pm each day purportedly due to condo rules, however frequent private parties allowed on that level with loud middle eastern music and chatter until late at night. Much better options available in the area. Restaurant still closed.

Love the view, the hotel theme and location.
Staff was alright, not very informative or welcoming. When I pulled up at the entrance there was no valet nor a sign to let me know to wait. So after waiting for a while I decided to park my own car. When I checked in they said I need to valet but I need to go back and get my car. I was too exhausted after a long drive to go back to my car to drive back at the entrance. So I spoke to the valet, I told him to just give me a ticket so we both save time. I’ll just put the ticket on my car and he said he can’t give me a ticket for my car cause he would lose his job but for some extra cash he’d be willing to do it (his job lol).
So already annoyed with the check in. Had to drive back to the entrance to repeat the check in process.
I had also noted to them to dust the area because my son has severe eczema. He’s allergic to dust but the room was extremely dusty. My son itched all night because of this. And to top it all off we had cockroaches in our room!
They definitely need to invest more time in service and cleanliness!
Came here for a quick vacation only to end up with my son having an allergic reaction to the room.

Highly underrated hotel. The front desk is very helpful. Every time i call them they react in a minute. Nice view from the pool on the 8th floor. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. You have a cheaper parking with the booking. Many bars and restaurants surrounding it .

Cute small suite with terrace and sea views. Very good location with dining, shopping, walking areas. Clean. Very good hot breakfast from 8th floor with sea views. Wonderful outdoor pool and spa. Kitchen with large fridge, vitro, oven, dish washer and microwave. Dishes, glasses and silverware. No cookware / pan. I loved the self-parking system with the RFID Tag in my windshield. Two squash courts.

Great location! We really enjoyed staying here for 1 night. The hotel is centrally located in the coconut grove neighborhood, walking distance to good restaurants and fun nightlife. The room was clean and had a balcony with an amazing view. I’d stay here again!

This place is one of my favorites in this area. I've been staying here for a long time. If you decide to stay here you definitely will love it I'm sure!Wonderful location, friendly staff, great views. Walking distance of many bars, harbor, restaurants. Don't really need to drive which is convenient. Positive vibes here. We love it here.
