For a three stars hotel it was good. Very clean, they provide anything you need. You have towels, hair dryer, shampoo, body wash and conditioner, make up remover tissue, coffee maker, fridge, iron.. and slippers, tooth brush and toothpaste under request! I recommend this place! Para um hotel de três estrelas foi bom. Muito limpo, eles fornecem tudo o que você precisa. Você tem toalhas, secador de cabelo, xampu, sabonete líquido e condicionador, lenço desmaquilhante, cafeteira, geladeira, ferro de passar... e chinelos, escova e pasta de dentes sob pedido! I needed a room for a friend upcoming wedding event, when I booedit online, it says the contract rate was expired and I ended up paying $100 more, bummer. I then tried to contact the front desk. A gentleman named Ronny was very friendly and helpful, he fixed my booking right away, offered the lower price, and helped another friend of mine to adjust her room rate as well. Service matters, and Ronny sure did a great job to make the hotel a pleasant experience for us! Eu precisava de um quarto para o próximo evento de casamento de um amigo, quando o vaiei online, diz que a taxa do contrato expirou e acabei pagando US $ 100 a mais, que pena. Tentei então entrar em contato com a recepção. Um cavalheiro chamado Ronny foi muito simpático e prestativo, ele consertou minha reserva imediatamente, ofereceu o preço mais baixo e ajudou outra amiga minha a ajustar sua tarifa de quarto também. The beds are comfortable. But the pillows... Good service. Short staffed. Location is great. Right off the fwy. But there is no room with nice window scenery right now due to construction and the location itself. As camas são confortáveis. Mas os travesseiros... Bom serviço. Poucos funcionários. It presents a fancy place when you 1'st walk in. It's an older hotel, room needed minor fixes, we just did without. Bathroom door would not lock, and sliding door track was held down with tape and came up with use. The beds are good come with 4 pillows and comfortable. Nice cold fridge, but no microwave. It was fine for our needs, and they accept pets at $50. a night. Apresenta um lugar chique quando você entra. É um hotel antigo, o quarto precisava de pequenas correções, acabamos de fazer sem. A porta do banheiro não travava, e o trilho da porta de correr foi preso com fita adesiva e surgiu com o uso. As camas são boas vêm com 4 travesseiros e confortáveis. Geladeira fria agradável, mas sem microondas. Foi bom para as nossas necessidades, e eles aceitam animais de estimação por US $ 50. uma noite.

Hi there, well I'm not sure exactly how to rate a place that I was only here for under 1 hour!!! I left to go to my car and was Stopped Escorted to my Room unable to use ky card and used a "white card supplied by management...saying that " they didn't charge my card correctly. I returned to the front desk and was charged "correctly for the 3rd time via looking at my bank account and charged. I just hope 🙏 no one else has to experience what I did.Not even a coherent response. Good luck people. e

The staff was great, the room was extremely good.The bed was soft and very comfortable.We were there to visit family after losing a family member many years too soon, so we were not there in the best of spirits.The staff there were very nice and accommodating.We will definitely stay there again in the future. A equipe foi ótima, o quarto era muito bom. A cama era macia e muito confortável.
