Chicago

The Kimpton Grey was a fabulous place to spend the weekend while on business. I've never been to Chicago before and Bobby at the front desk was very kind and patient with all of my questions that I had about the city. Even with the Covid restrictions and protocols, everything was made to feel a comfortable as possible. He did his best and it showed. Thanks, Bobby for a wonderful stay.

Very helpful staff and nice rooms. They were so kind to us when there was a mixup on our end and went above and beyond to make it a great experience. Good location downtown too, easy to get around the city without much trouble

I was only there one night during the first week of March. The weather was cooler, and I was there for a conference nearby. The lobby bar was packed, so I chose to go to the rooftop bar instead. It was slower and quiet due to the cool weather. Service was great, and the prices fair. I had a good conversation with the bartender in between customers. Very attentive and friendly. I will go back to a warmer month!

So incredibly cozy and welcoming. Every single staff member seems genuinely invested in making sure you have a great stay. The space is beautiful, with marble and brass throughout. Our room was clean, quiet, and well-appointed. The lounge is comfortable and a great place to have a drink ( coffee, tea, or wine) and relax with a book. Can’t wait to stay again!

Incredible experience. We only stayed one night, but will definitely stay again in the future. The hotel interior is very impressive. Marble everywhere and very clean! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Upon arrival to our room, we were taken aback by the modern decor and comfortable atmosphere. The bed was very cozy. The room was stocked with snacks, drinks, and booze, all for an additional charge if consumed. I would have loved to drink that can of diet coke, but it was an extra $5 😬 The bathroom was stocked with towels, and great soaps and shampoos. If you've forgotten anything, the staff will gladly help you out. By far the nicest, and cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at! Can't wait for out next stay! P.S. Film crews were outside the hotel at night shooting Batwoman!
