Quartos grandes, servico excelente,o hotel tem um local onde tocam jazz. Junto a entrada ha uma loja de chocolate artesanal. Cafe da manha e bem servido mas por um preço inferiorvc consegue comer em outros locais. Pecam em nao oferecer wi fi gratis e secador nos banheiros.

My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel for 2 nights for my birthday. The hotel lobby and room were very clean. The front desk staff and bellhop were very friendly and helpful. Every time we saw a staff member in the hallway or passed through the lobby, they would acknowledge us and say hello!The bed was very comfortable with great views of the city! The bathroom was extremely nice as well. Unfortunately, two of their restaurants were closed due to COVID but we ordered room service breakfast the day we left and were super impressed! Everything was delicious. The valet parking was easy. We thought the price was $55 per night but it turned out to be $65, not a big deal. Ice machines were not accessible also due to COVID but you were able to call the front desk and they brought a bucket of ice. All staff wore masks and hand sanitizer was readily available. No complaints! We would definitely stay here again!

O Kitano está entre os hotéis mais bonitos da cidade. O serviço é excelente e os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestativos. Eu gostaria que o wi-fi fosse grátis, porque parece um pouco datado de cobrar pelo que poderia ser facilmente adicionado ao preço do quarto. Os quartos são muito espaçosos e bem concebidos. É fornecida uma chaleira de água quente, para que possa preparar o seu café na mercearia local. O novo bar da cobertura, Roof At 66 Park, é uma ótima adição, com bebidas incríveis e uma vista espetacular. Esperamos que o restaurante e o Jazz do Kitano voltem a acontecer em breve. Fabulous stay as always. Staff is so gracious and attentive. GENERAL MANAGER is truly a professional host. The new 66 Park rooftop bar has an gorgeous indoor bar and table service and the outdoor seating offers jawdropping views from. Eitb the east or west terraces. Worth a trip to NYC.

The Kitano is among the nicest hotels in the city. The service is excellent, and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. I do wish the wifi was free, because it feels a little dated to charge for what could easily be added to on to the price of the room. The rooms themselves are very spacious and nicely designed. Hot water kettle is provided, so you can brew your coffee from the local grocery store. The new rooftop bar Roof At 66 Park is a great addition, with awesome drinks and a spectacular view. Let's hope the restaurant and Jazz at Kitano will be happening again very soon. Highly recommended.

Outstanding staff here. Service was really great in every way— checking in, at the bar, everywhere. Rooms were quiet and comfortable and absolutely spotless. The rooftop bar should be jammed — a hidden gem in the city. I cannot recommend it more highly.

Nos dieron dos camas cuando la reserva era para tres adultos. Camas muy estrechas e incómodas. En recepción nos cobraron a la llegada y al salir del hotel nos querían cobrar de nuevo. No nos pidieron disculpas por el error.
