Excelente acomodação. Quarto amplo com cozinha no quarto. Vale a pena para quem gosta de comer no quarto. Basta ir em algum supermercado e comprar varias coisas! Coloca na geladeira, usa o fogão e até cafeteira. Pratos e talheres estão nos armários. Top!

Apartamento fantástico a preço extremamente acessível. Único problema é que limpeza é paga por fora. Não tem serviço de quarto incluso. Até pra tirar o lixo é cobrado.

The music in the lobby was entirely too loud. Their were guest screaming and yelling in the hall at 2am. The hotel staff didn't stop it when I called and complained. Their often isn't staff available at the check in desk to ask questions. The elevator will not let you go to other floors for ice or snacks. The room was beautiful and large. I just wish I jad a better experience with the staff and my experience in general.

Very nice penthouse suite. Tons of room and the views are gorgeous! Very comfy bed as well! Clean and modernized. The jacuzzi tub was great!

Não ficou lá. Mas reservei um quarto para o meu aniversário, mas infelizmente meu pai e meu avô faleceram e o funeral é na mesma semana em que deveríamos ir. Liguei para saber sobre o cancelamento, mas eles não me deram um reembolso e perguntei sobre o reagendamento, eles também não fariam isso. A única coisa que posso fazer é dar a um amigo ou familiar, mas todos estão ocupados ou vão ao funeral. Estou realmente decepcionado com o atendimento ao cliente e, dadas as circunstâncias, pensei que eles seriam mais úteis.

Haven't stayed there. But I booked a room for my anniversary but unfortunately my father and grandfather passed away and the funeral is the same week we were suppose to go. I called to see about canceling but they wouldn't give me a refund and asked about rescheduling they wouldn't do that either. The only thing I could do is give it to a friend or family member but everyone is busy or going to the funeral. I'm just really disappointed with the customer service and given the circumstances I thought they would be more helpful.

These condo apartments are so nice. They're just the right distance away from the Vegas Strip. We'll definitely stay here again in the future.

Minha noiva e eu ficamos na suíte Penthouse e foi simplesmente incrível! O serviço ao cliente, as comodidades, a vista, tudo foi espetacular. A ÚNICA coisa que eu sugiro é fornecer água de graça, é um verdadeiro incômodo ter que ir a uma loja para comprar, fora isso, estou ansioso para voltar pelo menos duas vezes por ano.

Just got back from staying at the MGM Signature.I've stayed many times at the MGM Grand and was expecting a similar experience.I could not have been so wrong.Only Tower #2 is staffed.If you have any kind of problem, you have to trudge your way through a series of hallways to find anyone that might be able to help you.On our way down to dinner, my co-passenger on the elevator started to vomit profusely on the walls and floors and my shoes.Once the door opened, she staggered out and continued this display in the elevator lobby.I ran to the front desk, and lo-and-behold, there was not a single person there.I ran to the "employees only" door and started pounding, finally getting someone from housekeeping -- who was kind enough to follow me to the vomitorium that once was the elevator lobby area.Interlude: I went to dinner.It is now about 10pm and after the prior experience, I'd like to have a shower.I turn on the water, unwrap the soap, and open the door.I'm suspicious, there is no steam.Actually, there is no hot water.So I had a cold shower before going to bed and my 4am alarm to get to the airport.The vomiting girl is not the MGMs problem, but the staffing and water is.Do not come to this hotel.1 star because the hotel is pretty.

My fiancee and I stayed at the Penthouse suite and it was simply amazing! The customer service, the amenities, the view, everything was spectacular. The ONLY thing I would suggest is to provide free water, it is a real hassle to have to go out to a store to buy some, other than that, I look forward to coming back at least twice a year.

Came for a work celebratory weekend trip. The room itself was beautiful, 28th floor had a great view of TopGolf but not much else unfortunately. Not much in the negative at all here other than the safe in the room didn't work and although the phone mentions in-suite dining, there is no room service. Which is absolutely fine but not much in the way of details were given at check-in, the reception desk was very pleasant and friendly though. Not many amenities but you're able to walk to MGM as this property is on the same grounds.You'll want to take advantage of this for the restaurants alone as The Signature only has one that's open foe breakfast and lunch. Lovely area in the back by the pools with fireplaces made a cool 50 degree Vegas night enjoyable. Hotel grounds are fenced and gated. Make sure you know where to get picked up for Ubers...Tower 2!

First room , we had mold in shower , lost our strip view to look at the empty airport. Very disappointed about entire stay in Las Vegas ! Got married Dec 1,21. Photographers bag was stolen out of transport bus , not a limo as described, got no wedding photos due to theft of bag. Once in a lifetime pictures , obsolete! Called concierge for dinner reservations, ordered taxi ahead of time , get to restaraunt to find we were booked reservations at an entirely different casino so catch taxi there and they also said we had reservations elsewhere, different place again. We miss our dinner reservations. Ate cup of noodle soups for wedding night !!! On top of no pictures! And I still haven't received any refund on room or resort fee or deposit!!

It was lovely! If you want to experience a "Vegas Vibe" without a casino at your feet, this is the place to stay. Room was comfortable and the view of the strip was great. FYI: If you want to be guaranteed a view, you have to pay additional money. They charged us an extra $30 per night. They will not tell you what floor you will be on, so we paid the extra money to make sure we were on one of the higher floors.

My stay was absolutely amazing!!! I booked a Game of Thrones themed room. I was very impressed by the amount of attention and detail given to the room. I had the perfect view from my balcony. I'd like to thank Colette and ABNB for the easy reservation. The staff and service was tremendous and helpful. As far as valet parking goes after hours, it's all about how well you tip throughout your stay. We got in after hours and I was just trying to drop my wife off at the front door before I went to self parking. Valet service was full, but because I tip coming and going, they held my car until a space opened up. You can easily access the MGM GRAND through a series of walkways.

Muy mal servicio. Habitación contratada para 2 adultos+2 niños, sólo estaba preparada la cama de matrimonio. Al comunicarlo al hotel nos dijeron que la segunda, un sofá cama, la teníamos que preparar nosotros mismos... Sin ni siquiera darnos sábanas. Hotel mediocre disfrazado de lujoso. No lo recomiendo, hay muchos otros en Las Vegas.
