Great location ... the room was ok ... but terrible service.
In the middle of the night I wanted to drink some water ... I had no cash on me ... so I went to the front desk to try to pay with my CC. They told me I had to go outside across the street ... so at 5am in the middle of winter ... a women in pijama... have to run across the street by her self to get a glass of water. And when I tried to complain to the manager the next day he said that was normal.

Great value for money in New York! I was happily surprised by the room, the cleanness and the location. The room was big enough with an amazing view of the skyline.
It is at walking distance from Times Square (20 min circa) and about 15min by foot from the nearest Underground Station. Highly recommended!

Bem, vamos começar pelo check inn, hotel no coração de manhattane a recepção não é bilíngue, um absurdo. Fiz uma reserva com cama King, ela nos colocou num quarto de solteiro, tipo quarto de mochileiro, voltei na recepção para minha sorte não foi a recepcionista oriental incompetente que atendeu antes agorafoi um rapaz, pró ativo, educado que refez todo check-in no quarto correto e com up. Serviço de mensageiro tem muito a melhorar, estrutura do hotel, boa mas carece de cuidados, higiene, limpeza. O ponto forte sem dúvida e a localização.E por último, eu nãoretornaria ao hotel, sem chance

Localização muito boa, tem o mercado Whole Foods e o Norton Willians bem próximo. Além da CVS e outros. Principais pontos turísticos há algumas quadras. A vista do quarto que fiquei era linda (pra quem gosta de prédios). O pessoal da recepção é bem gentil, mas nem tanto o pessoal da limpeza. Tip abaixo de 3 dólares alguns nem pegam. Camas e toalhas muito confortáveis.

Now, I must admit I was nervous to stay here after reading reviews. However, I'm glad I took a chance.The Watson hotel is conveniently located to several popular tourist attractions. The hotel could benefit from a renovation though. If you're looking for a hotel with luxurious upgrades, this is not the hotel for you. However, if you're looking for an affordable hotel that is a rocks throw from the rest of it all, this is the hotel for you. There is also a rooftop pool - a rarity in NYC. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at The Watson--had breakfast vouchers, so that got each day off to a wonderful start. Found the hotel to be clean, quiet (for NYC), and in all respects nice, including staff. Some aspects/furnishings showed some age, but were functional and clean--kind of like home. Location very convenient to stores for basics and to mass transit, bus stops and Columbus Circle subways. We went to the World Trade Center area, Korea Town, Murray Hill, Midtown East, Jersey City, and even Washington Heights, in addition to some exploring around Hell's Kitchen--all easy mostly by subway, bus, or reasonable walks. Next time, maybe we'll make to the museums nearby, as well. We'll be glad to stay here again, when the next opportunity arises.

La habitación es limpia y cómoda, pero no tiene caja fuerte y ni frigobar. Los recepcionistas no hablan español. El Bar restorán tiene comida muy buena como hamburguesas, pizza etc. los que atienden son muy amables y hablan español. La ubicación está buena ya que está a dos cuadras y media del metro. a una cuadra y media hay una farmacia cvs, un tj maxx y alado del metro hay un centro comercial que tienen un whole foods supermercado. En General todo bien. Es un hotel grande, muy concurrido e impersonal. Ellos mismos tiene taxistas para volver a aeropuerto, del hotel a JFK me salió 65US el chofer hablaba español. fotos: bar pasillo habitaciones habitación

Localização excelente, atendimento ótimo, as instalações são antigas, mas isso só deixou a estadia mais bacana, tudo funcionou como esperado, aquecedor, banheiro e camas. Tudo perfeito, com certeza em minha próxima estadia ficarei no The Watson novamente !!

Ótimo hotel. Preços razoáveis para Nova York. A duas quadras da estação Columbus Circus que conecta várias linhas de metrô. Quartos amplos e serviços excelente. Gelo cortesia andar sim, andar não. Além do que você pagou pelas diárias tem um fee de Us$20,00 por dia que permanece no hotel.

Muy buen hotel en la zona Oeste de la calle 57. Las habitaciones eran amplias, cómodas y las camas muy cómodas. El desayuno era abundante y nunca faltó de nada. El baño es pequeño pero tenía lo necesario. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de Columbus Circle, donde puedes coger el metro hacio el downtown. A solo 15 minutos andando de Times Square. El trato del personal fue muy bueno, en especial la de Julivia. Totalmente recomendable.
