Gostei muito deste hotel, apesar de ter aspecto de imóvel antigo, tudo é muito bem conservado. Quartos grandes com frigorífico bar e micro-ondas. Banheiro bom com ducha a gás. Possui um restaurante italiano anexo onde servem café da manhã, não estar nessa, não vale a pena caro e com poucas opções e ainda é a la carte.

Elegimos este hotel por cercano al metro y porque parecía moderno.La habitación que nos dieron era sin vistas, pero cómoda la cama, aunque sin más detalles que unacafetera y plancha para ropa, pese al precio. Pero de moderno el hotel nada, nada de nada, y muy muy oscuros los pasillos y con alfombras estilo "El resplandor". Lo peor fue nada mas llegar :nos cobraron FIANZA de 150 dolares!!!, Por si rompes algo... Y al día siguiente NO NOS HICIERON la habitación:ni cambiar toallas, ni reponer un poco de jabón y champú , ni hacer la cama , ni vaciar papeleras... Cuando nos quejamos al llegar por la noche, la chica de recepción amablemente nos dijo que intentaría cambiarla, pero a los 5 minutos nos informó de que nos daban unas toallas limpias y ya está, y que reclamásemos por la mañana. Por la mañana al hacer el check out pedimos explicaciones y una mujer negra, joven, de gafas, bastante desagradable, descarada, altiva y prepotente, chula al estilo Opra, nos dijo que podíamos reclamar nada, que por el Covid NO limpian las habitaciones porque tienen menos personal!.Que lo hacen cada 4 días, no nos dejó el Libro de reclamaciones y sólo NOS dió un folioen blanco, nada oficial, para hacer una reclamación a bolígrafo. Una actitud totalmente ilegal!Luego al cabo de un rato volvimos a por las maletas, para ya irnos de viaje, después de desayunar en la calle, y al volver horas más tarde, otra recepcionista negra, ésta más amable nos escuchó la queja e incluso llamó a una chica que hablaba español, para explicarle el problema, la cual, después de hablar con su "manager" nos informó que sólo hacen las habitaciones cada 4 noches, y que si queríamos un servicio "extra" de limpieza de la habitación TENIAMOS QUE HABERLA SOLICITADO ANTES ... Pero si vamos por 2 noches y además de ello NADA nos informaron!!Por tanto, ya sin más ganas de discutir por el timo de la habitación, nos fuimos... Sin compensación económica alguna por la falta de servicio ni nada de nada, PESE A LO CARO DEL PRECIO DE LA HABITACION... Ah, igual tampoco nos devuelven la fianza... A saber qué pasará con ella !! Porque de este hotel puedes esperar todo tipo de horrores, desde homofobia hasta racismo... Hasta otras fantasmadas

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, las habitaciones dejan que desear, no están tan nuevas como en las fotos parecen, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba el día que llegamos, un chaval muy agradable lo arreglo de momento, la recepción fatal, un trato muy despectivo hasta el último día que cambio de turno a una persona más mayor y el ayudante Constantin, las dos mujeres que me trataron antes fueron muy despectivas y no nos trataron especialmente bien.

Great location 5-10 minutes from all the bars and shopping strips. Our room a some issue with the AC and we were kindly upgraded under the circumstances for the visit of weekend which was my birthday!! The front desk manager I wish I’d gotten her name! She was amazing and very accommodating! Stay here! If you have any issues they will fix it right away!!!!

As tarifas eram muito razoáveis. A localização era ideal (estávamos participando de um evento no Kennedy Center). O hotel fica a uma quadra ou mais de onde o Kennedy Center pára. O nosso quarto era limpo e bem conservado. As camas (2 camas queen size) eram confortáveis, com travesseiros e cobertores suficientes. Gostaria apenas de mencionar que, embora este hotel tenha sido recentemente renovado, não havia barras de apoio no banheiro. Também a iluminação era um pouco escura e a "mesa" fornecida era muito rasa para trabalhar confortavelmente.

Rates were very reasonable. Location was ideal (we were attending an event at Kennedy Center). The hotel is a block or so from where the free Kennedy Center stops. Our room was clean and well maintained. The beds (2 queens) were comfortable, with enough pillows and blankets. I would only mention that even though this hotel has been recently renovated there were no grab bars in the bathroom. Also lighting was a bit dark and the "desk" provided was too shallow to work at comfortably.

Todos os membros da equipe foram surpreendentes em acomodar nossos pedidos. Os quartos são amplos e confortáveis e a localização é perfeita. Apenas uma estrela por causa do problema com o aquecimento durante a nossa estadia, que foi finalmente resolvido. Mas eu ficaria aqui novamente para o serviço ao cliente e localização.

No geral o hotel foi bom. Ele foi impecáveis e a recepção pessoas foram nice. O preço era muito alto devido ao festival de flores de cerejeira que não estávamos participando. Portanto, para o preço não foi o melhor valor. A localização é boa e é realmente por isso que ficamos lá. Ficamos desapontados que tivemos que pedir para o quarto ser arrumado e para obter toalhas limpas. Além disso, as janelas são velhas e o vento fazia muito barulho contra elas, o que era irritante. O controle remoto da TV era difícil de funcionar e a porta do banheiro não fechava corretamente. Havia muito pouco espaço no armário. Mas as coisas principais eram boas. A cama era confortável, a decoração era moderna e limpa, os artigos de toalete de cortesia eram de alta qualidade. Eu adicionei fotos da vista que era espetacular.

The staff was so friendly and helpful, especially Jean during check in and check out. The location is amazing in relation to memorials, monuments and GWU. The hotel had a little bit of wear and tear, but was very clean.Bed was super comfy and the bath products were great! I don't mean to imply that this was a value hotel, but it was a great value for all it had to offer.I travel to DC often and will be staying there again!

We stayed this past weekend and we really liked the hotel + location. Some reviews said it gets too hot at night, which it did, but once we cracked the windows it was totally fine. The elevator was the worst part - incredibly slow, and when we were checking out it was broken so we had to take the stairs (we were on the 7th floor). Room service was pretty good and took about an hour to get delivered. Overall a good experience!

Overall the hotel was fine. It was clean and the front desk folks were nice. The price was very high due to the cherry blossom festival which we were not attending. So for the price it was not the best value. The location is good and thats really why we stayed there. We were disappointed that we had to ask for the room to be tidied up and to get fresh towels. Also, the windows are old and the wind made a lot of noise against them which was annoying. The TV remote was difficult to work and the door to the bathroom didn't close properly. There was very little closet space. But the major things were good. The bed was comfortable, the decor was modern and clean, the complimentary toiletries were of high quality. I added photos of the view which was spectacular.

All the staff members were amazing at accommodating our requests. The rooms are large and comfortable and the location is perfect.
Only one star off because of the issue with heating during our stay which was ultimately resolved. But I would definitely stay here again for the customer service and location.

Ficamos quatro noites durante nossas férias em DC e a experiência não foi agradável.Prós: ótima localização e funcionários simpáticos. A maioria da equipe realmente tentou fazer você se sentir bem-vindo e a localização torna tudo a uma curta distância. Então eu daria pelo menos 2 estrelas.Contras: O quarto parecia ótimo, mas você não pode controlar a temperatura. O nosso quarto era tão quente à noite que tornava difícil dormir e quando ligamos para a recepção não havia nada que pudessem fazer. A recepção sugeriu que abrimos as janelas, o que, em teoria, ajudaria, mas as janelas só abrem cerca de duas polegadas e há uma luz de rua do lado de fora da sala que apenas inundaria a sala com luz. Então, ou tínhamos a opção de dormir quente ou com uma luz estridente a noite toda. Além disso, o hotel não oferece serviço de limpeza ou qualquer tipo de limpeza de quarto durante a sua estadia. Isso foi honestamente frustrante porque durante a nossa 3ª noite de estadia, decidi tirar o lixo, mas quando perguntei à pessoa na recepção onde eu poderia jogá-lo e ela parecia irritada. Quero dizer, ou peça às pessoas que limpem o quarto diariamente ou não se aborreça quando seus clientes quiserem limpar seus quartos.No geral, o lugar tem potencial, mas não ficaríamos aqui novamente.

We stayed four nights during our DC vacation and the experience was not pleasant.
Pros: great location, and friendly staff. Most of the staff really tried to make you feel welcomed and the location makes everything within walking distance. So I would give it at least 2 stars.
Cons: The room looked great but you can not control the temperature. Our room was so hot at night that it made it difficult to sleep and when we called the front desk their was nothing they could do. The front desk did suggest we open the windows, which in theory would of helped, but the windows only open about two inches and their is a street light right outside the room that would just flood the room with light. So we either had a choice to sleep hot or with a blaring light all night. In addition, the hotel offers no house keeping or any form of room cleaning during your stay. This was honestly frustrating because during our 3rd night staying I decided to take the trash out but when I asked the person at the front desk where I could throw it and she looked annoyed. I mean either have folks clean the room daily or don't get annoyed when your customers want to clean their rooms.
Overall, the place has potential but we would not stay here again.
