Great hotel this was our third stay. We enjoy the free parking and breakfast each morning. Rooms are clean the staff are very professional.

We were very pleased with our 3 day stay. Every employee was very friendly and courteous. The only problem was with my room key. I don't know what was happening but it kept demagnetizing (3 times). The staff was very helpful and pleasant. will definitely be back.

We had never stayed at your hotel, but based on the Trip Adviser reviews, we cancelled our reservation at the Courtyard and booked with Ayres. All I can say is this was a brilliant move on our part! We found the staff, the room, the facilities, and the restaurant to be far above our expectations. Each and every staff member we spoke to was friendly and efficient.The room was large, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom had everything necessary. We would definitely stay again and will recommend to all our friends.

Front desk .. very gracious and friendly. Quick call to the room after arrival to check on us. The room itself was impeccably clean and tidy .. especially appreciated was the spotlessness of the bathroom/vanity. You were sold out on 10/5, so when we returned from a wedding around midnight, there were no parking places left. We parked under the entrance canopy, as there was no other choice. Noone bugged us about it.

This hotel is in an excellent location close to the 405 easy access to Disney, LA, Universal and San Diego. The rooms are clean and large with excellent facilities and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent with plenty of choices. The pool area has lots of seating and is very clean. My only negative would be Spoons the in house restaurant needs attention to both its staff and it’s menu
