Loved the people at this hotel. They were very accommodating and helpful . The facility was extremely clean. Great place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone especially families!!

Staff is amazing, attentive and willing to do anything they can to help.
However in the time we stayed here my friends and I had our door locks recognize our keys(green light) but refuse to unlock. The maintenance man did all he could but it kept happening. Multiple towels have stains of either blood or something on them. The breakfast is good and the staff works hard, but given the opportunity to stay here again or elsewhere, I’d choose the latter.
(Fresh towel off the rack in the pool area, one of the towels in my room has a larger and darker stain as well.)

The reason for my low score...My credit card was double charged, the sink was cracked, the floor molding near the door was separated at the corner seam and housekeeping was sub-par.
This was my 2nd stay at this hotel. My first stay got 4 *s (I think the rates are a bit high for the type of hotel it is). This time...not so good. I did receive a sincere apology for the billing mistake, and they discounted my stay rate. The room I stayed in this visit needed some repairs, and housekeeping's work could have been a bit more detailed.
I learned on my 1st visit that he bed was very comfortable, but the pillows and bedding left room for improvement. This stay I brought my own pillows and comforter. There was no outside noise when the fan was on low, so I had a good night's sleep. There is a nice complimentary breakfast; biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs and bacon, along with bananas, and a variety of beverages.
If I hadn't encountered the problems I mentioned above, this stay would have also received 4*s.

My interaction with the front desk staff was very pleasant and professional. The shuttle drivers were friendly and interacted with all of the passengers. I especially enjoyed James' remembering the names of everyone on the bus.
