This place has the potential to be so much better. However, our stay could have been okay other than the fact that the host tried to give us another basement room instead of the one I booked online on the upper floor. He was kind of tricky and said that he wanted to upgrade our room. I am not sure about that because although the other room was kind of bigger but it was darker and not as good as the one I initially booked. Eventually he gave us a room on the upper floor which was okay but still not the same one I booked online! Other than that the host was friendly and accommodating and the house had nice vibes. Overall good but not worth the price!

I booked this place for my first trip to Vancouver, never having been to a B&B. I was so pleased with the charm of this amazing house, tucked into a fantastic location - my whole trip was walkable! Dennis was super friendly and helpful to my partner and I, helping suggest cool things to see and do, and getting us excited about the trip. His demeanor was lovely and warm, and he had funny stories and was great to chat with. The room itself (The Beach Room) was spacious and clean, and very comfortable, even having a fireplace to keep us warm. The breakfasts were huge and delicious, and the staff were warm and friendly. This will definitely be my Vancouver go-to, it was such a pleasure!!
