Quarto grande e sempre muito bem arrumado. Tem um café da manhã típico americano A localização é muito boa, fácil de achar e relativamente perto dos parques e outlets.

Boa localização. Café da manhã bem simples. Fica um pouco distante melhor parte da "International Drive". Em Orlando tudo é longe de tudo (rsrsrs...). Para quem vai sem carro, o ideal é utilizar Uber e comprar os passes de onibus no hotel vizinho - o Holiday Inn.

Comfy rooms & easy check-in. They provided a decent continental breakfast with a few hot food options. Pool & hot tub are a little small, but worked. We were given proper information about the Universal shuttle. You can register up to 24-hours in advance at the Holiday Inn Express across the street. That’s also where you catch the shuttle.

Muy bonito hotel y la ubicación muy bien, excelentes desayunos pero la gente de aseo no limpió mi habitación, yo estando con mi familia 7 días y 6 noches. Eso fue lo que no me gustó.

Our room was big, comfortable, and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient for us. The breakfast was great. The only problem: we asked about the free shuttle to Universal Studios and we were given the schedule. We were not told that we had to reserve seats on the shuttle. The driver was going to turn us away, but several passengers noted that there was plenty of room for us. I hope the hotel will alert future guests that they need to sign up in advance.

O Hotel é muito bom, porém o atendimento está péssimo, na recepção não se importam com o que falamos, a limpeza do quarto só é feita quando pedimos. Não limpam o quarto se não pedirmos e dizem que é por causa da pandemia. Não seria o contrário???? Pedimos pela manhã a limpeza e nem assim foi feita, quando fomos reclamar disseram que só dava para trocar as toalhas e pegar o lixo.

Buena ubicación, cerca a los parques de Universal y a los mall. Lo mejor sin duda el desayuno buffet que está incluido y la habitación que es bastante amplia. La razon por la que no le doy 5 estrellas es por la recepcionista que nos hizo el check-in el viernes 3 diciembre bastante apatica y no nos informo nada sobre el shuttle al parque. Buena atencion por lo demás.

Very comfortable, it's obviously not a super fancy place but for the price you can't beat it. Everything was clean and safe and that's really what I was looking for. Only reason this is not 5 stars is I was told masks needed to be worn inside at all times other than your room obviously. But during breakfast a bunch of people were at the breakfast bar with no mask. luckily I was up early and everyone with no mask was coming in when I was finishing up but if I had not eaten yet I would've gone without breakfast.

Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ. ᴄᴏᴍ when booking a stay. This site will compare hundreds of booking websites and normally will have rooms much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This place is one of the highest rated in the area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few nights you will love it I'm sure! We stayed in this hotel for 5 days and experience was good. Family friendly hotel serving breakfast till 10 am. Housekeeping and staff was welcoming. Parking available onsite. Universal studios at walking distance also there is Wendy's is 10 min walk from the hotel.

Cuarto amplio y cómodo, limpio, desinfectado. Baño súper grande, tiene plancha, blower y sofá cama para 2 personas. Me encantó recomendado 100 %Lugar céntrico.Great room and bathhroom. Clean, desinfected, has Iron and blower. Close to the parks.

Stayed here for a night, got a double queen bed room with a pull out sofa bed. I wish I got the name of the woman that helped us at check in because she was amazing and went above and beyond to help us. Only downside was the beds were super firm and the AC wasn't great. But everything was nice and clean and the breakfast was amazing. Had a little bit of everything, eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, etc. But even with a couple of things I did not like the rest made up for it. We will come again if we stay in Orlando.

Me encantó esta muy cerca de universal studios y de los malls international premium outlet los cuartos cómodos tienen refri y microondas súper útiles tiene desayuno muy rico para aguantar el día no te cobran nada más que un depósito que te devuelven al hacer el checkout lo súper recomiendo y el precio económico para cuatro personas

We were only there for one night.The first room they gave us, first the door wouldn't open and when we finally got in, the AC was broken but they were very nice about moving us to another room right away.The room was clean so no complaints there.The beds were comfortable.The only issues we had were that the toilet paper hadn't been replenished and also the ice machine on our floor was broken so we had to go to another floor to get ice. We called about the toilet paper and they sent someone right away and the ice wasn't a biggie as we were only there for one night.As for breakfast, they do have a good spread.I was quite surprised.They had hot food and breads and cereal. You just have to get up early.When we were leaving later that morning,all the food was already gone except for some apples and oranges. The location of this hotel is great if you are visiting Universal as it's right down the street. I would definitely stay here again next time I come to Orlando.
