We stayed for one night while in connection in Orlando! It’s very close to the airport! You give a call to the hotel and the shuttle comes in less then 10min! Great staff, delicious cookies at the front desk and a variety of food at the continental breakfast! We also had fun at the outdoor swimming pool! Ficamos nesse hotel enquanto estávamos em Conexão em Orlando! Amamos! Ligamos pro hotel que em menos de 10min nos pegou no aeroporto! Muito pratico! Pessoal super atencioso! Cookies 24h a vontade na recepção, um café da manha estilo americano bem variado! Aproveitamos bem a piscina depois de um longo dia voando! Recomendamos!!!

Quase perfeita. Localização um pouco fora do Centro, mas compensa pelo tamanho do quart, café na recepção 24h, cx eletrônico e airport transfer. A limpeza é lamentável . O serviço das camareiras deveria ser melhorado, teve dias sem reposição de amenities, café, e até sem retirar o lixo.Em 10 dias de hospedagem , não me passaram o aspirador nem limparam o piso do banheiro. Arrumavam a cama, trocavam toalhas e fim . Se vira . Mas como prezopelo espaço e gosto da rede, vou continuar usando nas outras cidades. Já é sabido que hotéis em Orlando não priorizam a limpeza.

This hotel was gross and run down. The hallway carpets and rooms were old and stained. To use the door you had to use your body to forcibly open and close it. Glad we were there for only 1 night. Would not recommend.

Este hotel foi perfeito para ficar e chegar ao aeroporto com facilidade. Eles chamaram um Lyft para nos pegar de manhã e tudo correu tão bem. Café-da-manhã consistiu de laranja, bar de granola, muffin, suco, café, bagels e sanduíches de café-da-manhã jimmy Dean que você aquecido no microondas. O quarto era espaçoso e limpo e os funcionários da recepção foram agradáveis e prestativos. Eu definitivamente reservar um quarto aqui novamente.

This hotel was perfect for staying at and getting to the airport with ease. They called a Lyft to pick us up in the morning and it went so smoothly. Breakfast consisted of orange, granola bar, muffin, juice, coffee, bagels and jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches that you warmed up in the microwave. The room was spacious and clean and the front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. I would definitely book a room here again.

The hotel is in a great location. The staff was professional and courteous. I really appreciate the early check in - my room was large, clean and comfy. I would definitely stay here again!

Excelente Hotel, con un servicio exclusivo a clientes, en especial los que utilizan el Aeropuerto Internacional de Orlando. Posee transporte para asistencia de los huespeds. Nada de ruidos, descanso total.

Decent hotel around Orlando airport area. Hotel is dated but under active renovation Staff is really good and helpful. Breakfast is bare minimum. Rooms were clean and had microwave and refrigerator, though one of the room had some issues and staff was accommodating enough to help us out. Hotel is at walking distance from food places like IHOP and Denny's.

Had a really great stay. Beds are awesome. Airport shuttle is paid for by the hotel, and it was easy to arrange, and fast/convenient. I left a hat that fell behind the couch that I forgot to get the next morning. The staff was just wonderful in finding it for me right away, calling me back arranging sending it to me.
Staff was also very friendly, from check-out to housekeeping, to checking out. They are doing customer service terrifically!

Este hotel me ofreció cercanía a tiendas y sobre todo al aeropuerto. Las camas dobles son más grandes que otros hoteles que he ido. Tienen frigorífico, microondas, TV, gavetero, closet, etc. El desayuno es básico y para llevar (bagel, sandwich, frutas, jugo, café, queso crema, mantequilla, granola) Cuentan con una tiendita con refrescos y snacks de pago en el lobby. Abundantes estacionamientos totalmente gratis. El wifi era lento en la habitación. A 5 minutos del aeropuerto.

Buen hotel! Tienes sus lujos y es cómodo! Las habitaciones tienen nevera y microondas! Lo único es que no tienen servicio de limpieza los fines de semana!

Las habitaciones son confortables, pero el personal es totalmente irresponsable y no son colaboradores con los guess, ayer hice check out y llame casi de inmediato porque dejé olvidado uno de mis audífonos apple que son inalámbricos y me tuvieron engañada diciendo que lo iban a buscar y no buscaron nada me dijeron después llame al día siguiente pues llamo hoy y resulta que no consiguieron nada me parece que no son nada serviciales con los clientes aparte de que no hicieron el intento de buscar ayer lo buscaron supuestamente hoy cuando esas habitaciones se limpian el mismo día. No fue de mi agrado mi estadía allá !

Un hotel con instalaciones antiguas.El personal del front desk fue amable.Alfombras sucias. Aire acondicionado con olores.En general el cuarto con un fuerte olor a humedad.Las camas demasiado suaves. No ofrecen buen soporte.Me asignó este hotel una aerolinea por una cancelación de vuelo, definitivamente no volvería a estar aquí.
