New favorite hotel in Boston. Such an awesome and safe location. Parking price is outrageous but it is what it is I guess. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. So accommodating and we are glad we stood here. We changed from another double tree to this location and we were beyond satisfied!!! They had space for us and even upgraded our room. The rooms were wonderful and clean with awesome views. Thank you for such a great stay we hope to be back soon!!

Great staff. The 3 stars are for the staff. They earned it. Room was clean. Bed was fantastic. Awesome view from the bedroom window. When the TV doesn't work you can't look out the window because the tv is HARD MOUNTED, in front of the window. Not sure who designed this layout but damn man use some common sense. And to the executive who approved it. You should be docked several thousand dollars in pay.

Easy check-in.Room is more then I expected with separate living area. Clean, spacious. Theres a bar/restaurant on the 16th floor but only noticed as my room was near it [other quests weren't informed of this].

It was my boyfriend’s birthday and they wrote him a happy birthday card which employees signed:) They are very Covid friendly and so kind. They even text you before your stay to make sure you have everything. The pool is open the fitness center is open, all the restaurants are closed and there’s no room service. Besides the Covid restrictions, they are very clean and courteous, and the views of the Charles River was literally so amazing I only stayed one night and it was probably the best hotel stay I have ever had. An amazing location within walking distance to so many restaurants as well! There is a convention center tax, the city tax, the state tax so it bumps your bill up to about $25 more than what is listed on the site. Which is not a problem at all, just something to note :)

The hotel is nicely situated on the Charles River so that one has nice views and the opportunity to walk or run along the river. I like the suite style rooms with mini fridge and microwave as well as a bathtub. The hotel was very clean and quiet and the service was great. They even sent something I left in the room back to me via overnight FedEx!

We were disappointed that we paid for a breakfast plan and the dining room was closed. We were told that we could grab some things from the downstairs store and they would scan it. I feel that the room should have been discounted in order to recognize that this was not a "breakfast included" room. We realize that we are in a pandemic, but it would have been better if the hotel emailed us in advance to let us know the amenities not available. The rooftop lounge was able to get us a take-out dinner and wine for our room, which was great. Also, a staff member brought us two more bar chairs for our balcony so my family could eat together.

Our experience at the Doubletree suites was absolutely amazing I loved the room the bed was like sleeping on a cloud the rooftop restaurant was phenomenal as well as the food. I wish that the jazz club was open but unfortunately it's still closed for now but we still got to enjoy the pool which was also great, I would absolutely go back as many times as I possibly can thank you so much to everyone there the hospitality was great.

No es muy recomendable hospedarse en este tipo de lugares por falta de seguridad y falta de atención a los huéspedes lo digo por la mala experiencia por la que pasamos en algunas noches avia personas tomando,fumando mariguana o diciendo muchas palabras obscenas en los pasillos i cuando nos quejábamos en recepción solo nos decían que no podían hacer nada pero bueno, espero que puedan mejorar más doubletree by hilton boston.
