Hotel excelente!!! Novíssimo!! Fica em frente ao Sea World, restaurantes e farmacias muito perto. Staff muito educada, sempre prontos para atender e ajudar! Café da manha americano padrão e muito saboroso. Localização perfeita!!!

What a wonderful place to stay. Super upbeat vibe. Awe inspiring colors throughout the complex. Friendly smile‘s all over the place. The pool area is fantastic with not one, not two, but three pools and a bar. Super close to every single thing you would want to do near sea world. Highly recommend. I would love to give a great review, but considering the hotel was closed when we arrived, I cannot attest to what this property offers at all. I booked a king suite and even called the property directly to verify my booking, and the lady I spoke with confirmed my reservation and said they'd see me in a few days (I made my reservation the week of my stay) and NEVER mentioned the property wouldn't be open. So I booked a non-refundable rate only to be sent next door to Townplace Suites, which had no king suites available. That was quite frustrating and made for uncomfortable rest. I read some reviews saying the hotel was closed a couple weeks ago, causing them to be placed next door too but I figured after a couple weeks AND a call directly to the property, the issue was resolved, so I'll add a star for me being naive.

The room was great. I love the way the window curtain treatments were allowing various levels of light to come through. The air conditioner not only worked flawlessly and accurately, but it was the first one that I've experienced that stayed at such a quiet level. The large Samsung flat screen TV was wonderful. The selection of channels were more than enough for me. The bed was comfortable towels were plentiful. Oh and I didn't realize till later that night that the room had multiple charging stations for all of my electronic devices. Just bring your own USB cords of course. The only negative about the room that I had really might be addressed by all rooms, and it regards the bathtub area. There is only one handle within the shower area to hold on to and it's located to the left of the shower heads. Nothing in the middle of the long tub length wall. The reason I mention this is because the floor surface of the tub had no skid strips to help you maintain sure-footing. That floor was very slippery when you stepped inside. A modification there I consider absolutely necessary. Also, a small matter, but the shower curtain was too short to consistently stay inside the tub, therefore allowing shower water to go out on the floor.

I'd give this place 5 stars just for the soft pillows (they are heavenly). Check in was very simple. We were in our room less than 10 minutes from parking. FANTASTIC view from our room. We could see the back side of Mako, and in the distance, you can see Journey to Atlantis. My bed was extremely comfortable and soft. I just melted right in. The other bed was not as lucky; it squeaked and was a little harder. Overall cleanliness was up to standard and gave me peace of mind. Breakfast was great! Some of the best I've had in a hotel. There was a pancake (or waffle?) station, 4 different kinds of eggs, cereal, oatmeal, multiple types of bread and bagels, 2 or 3 kinds of sausage, and best of all biscuits and gravy. So much more to choose from. I was so happy to come back to the room after a long day at the park to wind down and rest up for the next day. Would return and absolutely recommend.
