Não é bom no modo compartilhado . existe outros hóspedes, alguns mal educados. Barulho ,falta de educação,deixa tv ligada a noite, volume alto, uma bagunça no banheiro... O hotel é limpo pessoas cordeais. Mas não vale apena no modo compartilhado.

Me chamo Mayara Parizotto, a reserva era no dia 7 de agosto e estava em nome de Neide Santos. Vocês tem cópias de nossos passaportes ai, só buscar pela data do dia 7 de agosto. Eu contatei o hotel 2 vezes por telefone e no e mail de vocês. Mas NINGUÉM SABE RESPONDER E NÃO RESOLVEM NOSSO PROBLEMA. Aguardando sua resposta. Quando chegamos fomos obrigados a pagar uma "caução" que eles chamam de "garantia" onde iriam somente bloquear um valor de 20 USD dos cartões. No meu foi lançado os 20 USD e da minha amiga lançaram errado 2 vezes e foi 45 USD. Quando subimos para ver os quartos notamos que eram compartilhados, e não foi isso que foi contratado no ato da reserva. Optamos por não ficar. Inicialmente pedimos para falar com algum responsável, não havia nenhum lá e iria aparecer somente no dia seguinte. Mas por surpresa ele aparecer 15 minutos depois com atitudes bem estranhas e forçando que ficássemos lá. Nossa agencia de turismo nos realocou imediatamente para um hotel e saímos de lá. Porém o valor lançado do cartão até hoje (já fazem 19 dias) não foi devolvido e já está lançado como uma compra feita. E não como caução. Não recomendo a ninguém! Ficamos em mais dois outros hotéis devido nossa programação da viagem e ninguém mais cobrou essa reserva.

beware of these scammers. never IN MY LIFE has a hotel tried to charge me for makeup on the sheets…literally. wash your sheets maybe? in the industrial washer that you’re legally required to have instead of that cheap set of 1980s apartment washers. they cut so many corners to stay cheap but they cut the wrong ones. like pest control and bathroom maintenance. avoid this. just get an air bnb apartment.

Contactless check in was nice. Very late check in time tho. Saw no staff on the property while there. Room was clean, but had this old/moldy smell to it, we had to buy an air freshener. The bathroom was nice, shower had good pressure and both hot and cold water. Internet wasn’t working for the TV and barely on my phone. Parking was confusing for a second then when we found it, it was one way in one way out, which can be good and bad.

Fantastic location and great experience overall, especially for the price. Check in was simple. Rooms were fairly clean even though there was a musty smell, although that seems to be par-for-the-course in Miami. I had to ask management for more towels and an iron which were delivered quickly. The bunks in the queen loft room were definitely on the hard side but it didn't bother us. It's not luxury but I couldn't ask for much more for the price and location.

This hotel is amazing. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and also the boho layout/interior is beautiful! I also like the digital self check-in & check-out concept. I would totally recommend this hotel!

This place is horrible don’t let the pictures fool you, everything is cheap this place is worth no more then 50$. This place is a dumpster it has no air circulation in the room no windows in ANY of the rooms this place feels like your in boot camp, no food no drinks no vending machine no house keeping to make sure your good daily, they have excuses for everything there’s no customer service or representative inside the hotel to help you if I can give them 0 stars I would. Lastly they took my 150$ deposit and tried to act like sheets that just needs to get washed were so calleddamaged and won’t refund me. This place has fake reviews im convinced they are writing the good ones there self because it’s nothing at all good about this dirty place. I hope they get shut down this place isn’t worth your money or Comfort.

Great place especially when travelling with friends! We didn't expect that there would be bunk beds but that added a good memory to our stay. There's a lot of restaurants nearby which is a plus! Would definitely come back again.

The ambiance and room decor are my type! Definitely feels peaceful around the hotel and despite the lack of personal staff they make it up with the smooth digital process. Reasonable rates and would love to come back again.

Hotel limpio y barato. Reservamos por línea un cuarto cuádruple y a los minutos nos contactaron para darnos el código y el número de cuarto. Personal muy amable especialmente el muchacho hondureño porque tuvimos problema con el toilet y el muchacho nos ayudó sin dudarlo. La bañera necesitan mejorarla porque cuando te bañas se moja todo el piso será porque la cortina la han puesto muy arriba.

Me cambiaron las habitaciones una hora antes de llegar al hotel. El piso del baño mojado por filtración de agua y se salía toda el agua de la “bañera”. Lo peor de todo era el olor horrible a humedad, creía que me iba asfixiar de la alergia que me acusó.

Llegue al hotel y me lo habían cancelado , terrible trato con los huéspedes. Manejan la comunicación por mensajes al parecer no hay personas en sitio y esperan hasta el último día para dar un código de acceso que nunca fue enviado . Llegue a Miami y me enviaron un correo diciendo que lamentaban la cancelación del hotel sin razón. Espero sea devuelto el dinero . Terrible tuve que buscar hotel con mi familia el mismo día . Terrible servicio.

Horrible experience for being my first time there.. This is a very humble hotel, the rooms are small and simple, just perfect for crashing in during the night since the price is a little bit cheaper than other places around Miami Beach. We had a little issue trying opening the door since the code was not working and we had to go find someone to help us because management team over the phone was not very helpful. The worst experience was around 12am when we woke up with some strange noises coming from the room upstairs, apparently a couple was having a fight screaming, yelling and throwing things around. We tried to sleep again but around 1 am the fight became even worse! Management team did not answer the phone and nobody would come to try to handle the situation. This fight lasted forever and no one from the hotel management responded to it. No need to say we couldn’t sleep at all. Not coming back again! Not to forget, the entire room and the walkway to the room smell of humidity and the ceiling next to the AC had mold.Una horrible experiencia para ser la primera vez que visitaba este lugar. El hotel es bastante humilde, los cuartos son pequeños y simples, perfectos para pasar la noche ya que el precio es un poquito más económicos que otros lugares al rededor de Miami Beach. Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente tratando de abrir la puerta del cuarto porque el código no estaba funcionando, y nos tocó buscar a alguien que nos asistiera ya que el personal de gerencia por teléfono no estaba ayudando mucho. Pero la peor experiencia sucedió a eso de las 12 am cuando nos despertamos por culpa de algunos sonidos extraños que venían de la habitación de arriba. Aparentemente una pareja estaba teniendo una pelea y se escuchaban los gritos y cómo lanzaban cosas. Intentamos dormir nuevamente pero a eso de la 1 am la pelea empeoró! El gerente no atendió el teléfono cuando llamamos y ningún encargado del hotel se acercó para manejar la situación. La pelea duró muchísimo y nadie parecía responder a eso. Demás esta decir que no pudimos dormir. Definitivamente no pensamos regresar a este hotel! Y qué no se olvide mencionar que todo el pasillo y el cuarto olían a humedad y el techo al rededor del aire acondicionado tenía moho.
