I walked through the door to see a visually clean room; although, when I pulled down the sleeper sofa, I found crumbled crackers under the couch. I'm not sure how well they clean the rooms but it is an alright room for the price, and you get quick access to Universal Studios.

Called the hotel’s local number and asked some questions about the hotel. A Hyatt representative answered them. But I was never informed that the hotel has been closed down since March. So when I arrived after a long drive I was quite surprised. Bad customer service with Hyatt.
