Era decente para o preço. Limpar \ limpo. Pessoal foi bom. O ônibus espacial me levou onde eu precisava estar dentro de 3 milhas, o que foi uma vantagem.

Grande, espaçoso, limpo, moderno e confortável quarto com televisão grande. Café da manhã em um saco é muito bom. A localização é excelente: perto do aeroporto, restaurantes, lojas. Pessoal é muito amigável e útil. Área muito segura: às 5 da manhã eu passeava com meu cachorro e estava perfeitamente à vontade. Único problema: gelo disponível apenas em andares pares. Eu mencionei que eles são cães amigáveis? Será absolutamente ficar lá novamente, e não apenas duas noites.

Great hotel 4 to 5 min away from the airport. The rooms very clean and the customer service was top notch. Breakfast is included, however, it's not your regular buffet style bcs of covid-19 but they still have breakfast items. Check out is at noon (1 hr later than most hotels). Highly recommend this hotel.

Great, spacious, clean, modern, comfy room with large TV. Breakfast in a bag is quite good. Location is excellent: close to airport, dining, shopping. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very safe area: I walked my dog at 5 am and was perfectly at ease. Only issue: ice available only on even number floors. Did I mention they are dog friendly? Will absolutely stay there again, and not just two nights.

It was clean, nice staff. They had hand sanitizer at various locations. I felt very comfortable however not all guests wore their mask not even in the elevator.

Carrie Hoyt took care of us in every way possible, we are grateful for her! Going to another Hyatt hotel because of the customer service we received! She even made us a member and added our two night stay to our membership for us! May The Most High bless her.

I had an amazing stay there. The staff is great! There was no longer a buffet breakfast, but they do have a limited selection of breakfast items. Everyone was helpful, from the manager, to the front desk, to the shuttle car driver, the maintenance man and the room attendants. I was there over a week and couldn't have been better taken care of!
