Definitivamente uma ótima experiência neste hotel. O serviço de manobrista é muito bom. Basta parar na área coberta do meio círculo, estacionar o carro e trazer quaisquer objetos de valor e bagagem com você, fazer o check-in e a recepcionista ligará para o manobrista para criar um bilhete para você, obtendo seu nome, e-mail e número de telefone. Depois disso, o manobrista entrega o ingresso e explica o processo e o custo, que foi de 34,50 por noite e sai da taxa de retenção de US $ 250 que é devolvida a você 3 a 5 dias após o check-out do hotel. Definitely a great experience at this hotel. The valet service is pretty good. You just pull up into the half circle covered area, park your car and bring any valuables and luggage with you, check in and the receptionist will call the valet person to create a ticket for you by getting your name, email, and phone number. After that the valet person hands you the ticket and explains the process and the cost which was 34.50 per night and it comes out of the $250 room holding fee that gets returned to you 3-5 days after checking out of the hotel. The stay safe sonesta blue sticker that you see in the picture was applied on my room door crease near the lock to show that the room was secured after being cleaned, a very nice touch. I got the studio suite queen which is a great size. The sofa also turns into a bed which is cool. You have a manual adjustable A/C. Lots of lighting and plug outlets which are great. Dishes and silverware are provided. And I had a great 5G+ cell phone reception here which was great. The room was extremely clean and felt sanitized which made me super happy. My only two complaints were the wifi being kind of slow and I could literally hear full conversations from the room next door though they might have just been drunk and yelling at each other. Other than that I had a great time and recommend this hotel.

Na minha última noite, vi uma pequena barata e uma formiga correndo pelo meu quarto e banheiro. Outros hóspedes devem ter fumado maconha, pois eu podia sentir o cheiro nos corredores e no saguão. This hotel is super affordable for the two bedrooms suites! It was so beautiful inside and outside! What made the experience much better was the stuff, from greeting valet to the front desk!! If you get to meet the security guy at night Richard, he’s a hoot!! Thank you for the great 4 day stay❤️ Can’t wait to come back!

Place is busy, but I don't think the cleaning and maintenance are up to par. Did not like the fact that you don't get housekeeping unless you stay with them for 7 days or more. Did not like that they don't mention this to you at check in and you have to ask to find this out. Furniture in the room had stains. On my last night, I saw a small roach and an ant run across my room and bathroom. Other guests must have been smoking weed as I could smell it in the hallways and in the lobby. The upside is the breakfast buffet that was included in our rate. It's a decent spread and the staff there was very helpful if you needed to take it to go. So in summary, it is convenient to where we needed to be and generally ok, but it would definitely not be my first choice.

Um hotel muito agradável em uma boa parte da cidade (distrito das artes). Fácil acesso a museus e ao French Quarter.As instalações foram bem mantidas e os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e prestativos. Nós apreciamos imensamente a nossa estadia. Melhor reservar fora de temporada por um pouco menos de dinheiro - cometemos o erro de visitar durante um dos maiores eventos da cidade (French Quarter Fest) e pagamos mais pelo nosso quarto do que teríamos na baixa temporada. Caso contrário, uma ótima experiência ao redor.

Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately it wasn’t able to make up for the mistake that the hotel made and the poor policies that came with it.They charged me for parking even when I didn’t purchase it. Called in and had to spend 40 minutes speaking to various people before they were able to verify that I was wrongfully charged. Several staff members tried to tell me that the records clearly showed that I had requested parking, one attempted to convince me that it must have been a friend who parked there on my behalf. I felt frustrated that I was just assumed to be wrong and lying. I know it’s not the fault of the staff that the policy is like this, but I think the policy is not set up in a customer centric way.I wouldn’t recommend staying at any of the Sonesta ES Suites in any location because of this policy.

A very nice hotel in a good part of town (the arts district). Easy access to museums and the French Quarter. The facility was well maintained and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Better to book off-season for a bit less money -- we made the mistake of visiting during one of the biggest events in the city (French Quarter Fest) and paid more for our room than we would have in the off-season. Otherwise, a great experience all around.

Primeira vez que fico aqui e devo dizer que não foi ruim. O quarto (móveis, cozinha, banheiro, sofá, mesas, cama, etc) era muito limpo. Como evidência por nossa própria limpeza com lenços Clorox não revelou sujeira. No entanto, o chuveiro poderia ter uma limpeza melhor, se não uma limpeza profunda. First time staying here and I must say it wasn’t bad. The room (furniture, kitchen area, toilet, sofa, tables, bed, etc) was very clean. As evidence by our own cleaning with Clorox wipes revealed no dirt. However, the shower could have used a better cleaning, if not deep cleaning. The shower had stains all over and lots of hair. We saw a mouse run across the hall from one room to another. The location was great for us and the area was very quiet. I would stay here again. I subtracted two stars for the shower.

Fantástico Hotel. A nossa estadia aqui foi muito confortável, e eu recomendo o lugar para os outros. É grande, limpo, confortável, em uma boa localização e tem uma excelente equipe. Fantastic Hotel. Our stay here was very comfortable, and I'd recommend the place to others. It's big, clean, comfortable, in a good location, and has great staff. The thing that made it stand out well above other, similar hotels, however, besides the staff, was the breakfast. Not only are there many, many food options, the dining facilities were very comfortable and roomy. Good work Sonesta, job well done.

On our first visit to New Orleans, this hotel gave us a great experience. The room was large, two bedrooms, the kitchen was well prepared and equipped. Most importantly, the front desk was very warm and my family loved it.

La verdad es que el hotel requiere una renovación urgente (las instalaciones), porque físicamente está bastante deteriorado y algunas de las habitaciones (alfombradas) huelen bastante a cigarrillo. Por otra parte, el personal es EXCELENTE, todos los miembros del staff con losque tratamos fueron cálidos y amables, siempre atentos a las necesidades de los huéspedes. Además el hotel está muy bien ubicado, a unos 20 mins del French quarter caminando despacio y en una zona con excelentes restaurantes.
