Great Location, easy access to every type of transportation.. friendly and welcoming staff.. clean rooms and good service.
Food was great with different Halal options. We enjoyed the pool and the Jacuzzi.. Great stay and will go again for sure.

Perfect city stay. Great location, just a few minutes from good shopping and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. We ordered room service a couple of times during our stay and it was always quick and tasty. We really enjoyed the floor-to-ceiling windows and super comfortable bed, though the room itself was a tad on the small side. There was a bit of an annoying routine at check in / check out where you can only park below one of the towers but had to check in across the courtyard in the other tower, then the pool and restaurant are back across the courtyard in the other tower… a bit of a faff but hopefully this will change in the future.

Nice hotel and very clean and very well managed! Very friendly staff! Very good central location with easy walking distance to everywhere and in a safe area of Vancouver. Hotel has everything from restaurant, room service, gym, pool, sauna, and hot tub.
My only complaint would be the beds are a bit hard and could use a pillow-top type mattress or foam topper to make them more comfortable.

We are currently on our second stay within one year with the Sheraton Wall Centre. What sets this hotel apart from other hotels in the Metro Vancouver area is most DEFINITELY the service. The staff and compassionate, friendly, and understanding. They are so willing to go above and beyond to ensure that every guest has a positive experience.
Example: during my current stay, there were a few things that were 'off' with my room when I checked in. After informing staff, they immediately moved me to another room without delay. Thank you again to the staff for making my stay so incredible.
P.S. views from the room are amazing also!
