Gostamos muito da localização e do apartamento, estávamos em 4 adultos e 3 crianças, onde o apartamento eram dois quartos separados e que tinha uma sala comum com cozinha completa. O preço não eh barato, mas para famílias eh excelente. O funcionário que recebeu( Gustavo) não foi nem um pouco simpático, mas as recepcionistas foram excelentes. Recomento
O hotel mistura arte e luxo, e tem uma vista linda para a marina, com barcos! É possível ver tanto o pôr do sol quanto o nascer do sol do hotel. Os quartos são grandes, espaçosos e bem decorados, com uma vista incrível! Jantamos uma noite no restaurante Panorama Sky & Lounge do hotel. Oferecem café da manhã, almoço e jantar! A comida estava excelente, assim como o atendimento. Vale ressaltar a vista que tem do restaurante. Acho que vale a pena jantar uma noite lá! Coconut Grove é uma região mais tranquila de Miami, perto de Downtown, art District (Wynwood Walls) e Coral Gables. O hotel fica a uma quadra do Coco Walk, um pequeno shopping a céu aberto, onde tem Cheesecake Factory, GAP, Victoria’s Secret, Starbucks, entre outros.
Meio decadente mas uma opção boa pela localização!
Preciso falar sobre o cheirinho delicioso ao entrar nas dependências do hotel. Fiquei apaixonada!! Lugar lindo, vista linda, quarto aconchegante e com muitas facilidades, inclusive babyliss (!). Piscina aquecida e funcionários extremamente atenciosos! Ah, eles recebem encomendas tranquilamente :)
Excelente hotel, muito bem localizado,próximo ao centro de Miami. O bairro de Coconut Grove é estratégico e com ótima infraestrutura. Porém o hotel tem um ponto negativo,o estacionamento,tem um cartão que abre por proximidade, mas sempre dá problemas
Boa localização, mas deixou a desejar no atendimento. As luzes do meu quarto não estavam funcionando e quando liguei na recepção solicitando o reparo, me avisaram q seria feito no dia seguinte. Conclusão: fiquei sem luz (tinha apenas a luz bem fraquinha de um abajur).
Best Sleep I have ever gotten. The bed and pillows literally had me snoozing for an entire day. I slept over 15 hours straight without any body aches at all...lol.. Hotel is very nice and clean and reasonably priced, in a great area as well. My only complaint is the young man who I encountered upon arrival, he was not very nice at all, or helpful. I booked my entire trip through expedia, everything from the flightto the room and rental car were prepaid. He asked for payment when I tried to check in and told me the room was not paid for and that I needed to show him proof of where I paid for it out of my bank account or credit card. I was stressed thinking OMG I have come all this way, spent all this money and now we have no where to stay. He did not even try to attempt to look into my booking through expedia nor try to offer any assistance. I walked outside to the car to use my phone and look up a confirmation or proof of payment. When I had what I thought was sufficient evidence I entered again and approached the check in counter to show him on my phone the confirmation, and he still proceeded to tell me that wasn't proof that I had paid. A few seconds later his phone rang and when he hung up he said, that was the house supervisor, who said it was prepaid through expedia and that they(expedia) had finally sent the card information to them. I'm not sure if that is the truth or not, but after that, I noticed alot of people that work in Miami and the surrounding areas are not nice at all.
Muy buen hotel, super comodo, el cuarto es un dpto completo, solo faltarían mas utensilios en la cocina para poder preparar algo, pero tenía hasta lavarropas y secarropas. Buena piscina, buen desayuno (seria bueno tener un poco mas surtido) pero todo genial
I stayed here after a surgical procedure and could not say enough about the great service and hospitality we received! I highly recommend this cute spot to chill and enjoy some good restaurants near by it was a great experience!

Cute small suite with terrace and sea views. Very good location with dining, shopping, walking areas. Clean. Very good hot breakfast from 8th floor with sea views. Wonderful outdoor pool and spa. Kitchen with large fridge, vitro, oven, dish washer and microwave. Dishes, glasses and silverware. No cookware / pan. I loved the self-parking system with the RFID Tag in my windshield. Two squash courts.
Great location! We really enjoyed staying here for 1 night. The hotel is centrally located in the coconut grove neighborhood, walking distance to good restaurants and fun nightlife. The room was clean and had a balcony with an amazing view. I’d stay here again!
To start it off this hotel is beautiful, the staff are very accommodating especially Emilie “front desk” and the overnight Manager Johnathan. I checked it late around 2am and Johnathan made this process seamless. I was originally supposed to check into the Mayfair hotel which is right around the corner but after an hour of frustration I decided to leave which was the best decision I’ve could’ve made. When I’m Miami this will be my go to hotel and you should make it yours aswell. The Entire Staff including the Valet Are Awesome. Thank you for making my stay so memorable. See you again soon.
Don't forget to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ when booking a stay. This website will compare thousands of booking web sites and usually will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This place is one of my favorites in this area. I've been staying here for a long time. If you decide to stay here you definitely will love it I'm sure! Wonderful location, friendly staff, great views. Walking distance of many bars, harbor, restaurants. Don't really need to drive which is convenient. Positive vibes here. We love it here.

I keep on coming back with this hotel because it was great and worth it to stay. The rooms, the staff, and the facilities were all wonderful and adorable. Recently, I have stayed there for a week, and I truly enjoyed it. Besides, the ambiance changed. It became more comfortable and pleasant to stay. Highly Recommended!

I had a wonderful time. Great location, nice accommodations, beautiful view from the balcony, the pool and the restaurant. Helpful and attentive staff. The location in Coconut grove was easy to access parks, shops and the marina. My balcony was a bit tight, room for one chair but the view and privacy made up for it. The only shortcoming was the breakfast buffet was just okay, the crust on the quiche was thick but if that's the only glitch, things are fine. Thank you for a wonderful stay
