Quarto espaçoso, ducha gostosa, arquitetura inglesa, atendimento cortes e prestativo. Bem localizado, perto dos famosos pontos turísticos. Poderia servir café da manhã pelo valor da diária, mas acabamos achando um excelente café da manhã em um outro hotel na rua abaixo.

Estadia média geral. Vou detalhar cada parte abaixo:Funcionários: Excelente. Tivemos que solicitar algumas coisas como toalhas, café, produtos de higiene e uma geladeira para nossos 3 dias de estadia em DC também, mas eles foram imediatamente entregues. A equipe foi toda cortês e qualificada em seus trabalhos.Quarto: abaixo da média. Sinceramente, fiquei no Best Westerns ou Holiday Inns mais agradáveis por metade do preço, mas tudo isso foi localização e estacionamento. A ventilação do teto pingava de condensação, a banheira tinha um fio de cabelo e o teto do banheiro estava desgastado, parecendo com reparos antigos. Não é o que se espera de um estabelecimento mais caro. Além disso, eles são muito curtos em toalhas e suprimentos. Ficamos 3 dias e só temos 2 toalhas pequenas para começar e um roupão. Sem geladeira e 2 cápsulas de café. Um pouco melhor de logística do hotel durante a preparação do quarto seria uma melhoria.Sem vista. O quarto era pitoresco e silencioso. Você pode ouvir a agitação matinal da cidade, mas é de se esperar.Comida e Bebida: Boa. Os senhores mais velhos no bar também foram ótimos para conversar e fizeram deliciosos coquetéis. Nós não experimentamos a comida do hotel, mas há muitos lugares para comer com 0,5 km.Estacionamento e Localização: Excelente. O estacionamento é no local em uma garagem segura, mas pequena. Eu dirijo um caminhão de tamanho normal e foi capaz de caber no piso inferior. Muito apertado embora. O manobrista me guiou e tudo. Localização é perfeita. Caminhe em qualquer direção do hotel e você encontrará algo para fazer. Talvez a 15 minutos a pé dos monumentos e 20 da Casa Branca.Geral: Médio. Eu optaria por um quarto de tamanho regular durante a sua visita, a menos que fosse uma grande festa. Melhor valor. Éramos apenas um casal. Coma fora do hotel, pois é caro. Estacione e deixe seu veículo no local. Reserve através do booking Com para obter estacionamento gratuito. Peça para ver o quarto antes de alugar. Eu usaria novamente.

I am so glad we chose this hotel over a large named hotel.This is the cutest boutique style hotel!The furnishings all match the old charm theme and the employees go out of their way to make you feel welcome!I had a room on the 7th floor and loved the fact that the windows open so you can hear the city!It was hot that weekend so I had to turn down my AC and jt worked wonders!My room was on the small side but it's a city, you don't get large suites in downtown! The doorman at the hotel checked our bags, hailed us a cab and loaded us in.Also, the front desk had free bottled water!Lovely little extra. We tried the deli next door and it was delicious!Highly recommend for a quick breakfast while out walking. This hotel is about 2 blocks from some amazing shopping at City Centre.Tiffany's,Chanel, Dior, Yurman!We really enjoyed that as well. All in all a great hotel and great location.About 10 blocks from the capital and mall.All a nice safe walk.

I will break down each part below:
Staff: Excellent.
Other reviews pointed out requesting things... we had to request quite a few things like towels, coffee, hygiene products and a fridge for our 3 day stay in DC as well, but they were immediately delivered. Staff was all courteous and skilled at their jobs.
Room: Below Average.
I've honestly stayed at nicer Best Westerns or Holiday Inns for half the price, but this was all location and parking.
The ceiling vent dripped from condensation, the bathtub had a hair in it and the ceiling of the bathroom was shabby looking from old repairs.
Not what's expected from a more pricey establishment. Also, they are very short on towels and supplies. We stayed 3 days and only got 2 small towels to start and one robe. No fridge, and 2 coffee pods. A little better logistics from the hotel during room preparation would be an improvement.
No view. The room was quaint and quiet. You can hear the morning bustle of the city but it's to be expected.
Food and Drinks: Good.
Older gentlemen at the bar was great to talk too and made delicious cocktails. We did not try the hotel food but there are plenty of places to eat with 0.5 miles.
Parking and Location: Excellent.
Parking is on site in a secure, but small, parking garage. I drive a full size truck and was able to fit on the bottom floor. Very tight though. The valet guided me in and everything.
Location is perfect. Walk any direction from the hotel and you find something to do. Maybe a 15 minute walk from the monuments and 20 to the White House.
Overall: Average.
I would opt for a regular size room during your visit unless with a large party. Best value. We were only a couple. Eat outside the hotel as it is pricey. Park and leave your vehicle on site. Book through booking Com to get free parking. Ask to view the room prior to renting. I would use again.

Bom hotel histórico. Os quartos não eram muito grandes, mas muito limpos com cama confortável e travesseiros. Eles oferecem pacotes de recebimento de compras online para retirada na recepção sem taxa. O recepcionista Elliott foi útil e amigável. Preço era razoável, bem. A localização é ótima perto do centro da cidade, dos centros de convenções e de muitas lojas. Não há estacionamento gratuito, mas o estacionamento com manobrista está disponível por US$ 49 por noite.

Absolutamente maravilhosa estadia no Henley Park Hotel. Minha esposa e eu tivemos uma estadia de 4 noites para uma viagem de aniversário. Localização perfeita para as coisas que queríamos fazer. O hotel é um lance de volta à hospitalidade e singularidade. Elevadores pequenos, sim. Mas acomoda um número menor de convidados, por isso nunca está lotado. Sem geladeira no quarto. Não se preocupe, eles trouxeram o nosso mediante solicitação em menos de 5 minutos. Isso foi afirmado em seu site pelo caminho. Nenhuma máquina de gelo em nosso andar. Novamente, não se preocupe. Eles trazem isso prontamente também. É realmente revigorante não ouvir uma máquina de gelo “tinindo” do lado de fora da nossa porta. Eles cobram pelo estacionamento, mas não são diferentes de qualquer outro hotel da cidade. Posso dizer que a garagem que eles usam fica logo atrás do prédio e nunca tivemos que esperar mais de 5 minutos para pegar nosso carro. Cada pessoa associada a este hotel nos cumprimentou com cortesia toda vez que entramos ou saímos. Por último, ficamos em uma Suite Jr., que foi absolutamente maravilhoso. Desde a cama e lençóis sendo super confortáveis. Para a água quente saindo quase instantaneamente. Para a pressão de água certa saindo do chuveiro. Nem uma única reclamação. Este será o nosso hotel na próxima vez que voltarmos a DC.

Absolutely wonderful stay at the Henley Park Hotel. My wife and I had a 4 night stay for an Anniversary trip. Perfect location for the things we wanted to do. The hotel is a throw back to hospitality and quaintness. Small elevators, yes. But it accommodates a smaller number of guests, so it is never crowded. No fridge in room. No worries, they brought ours upon request in less than 5 minutes. This was stated in their website by the way. No ice machine on our floor. Again, no worries. They bring that promptly as well. It’s actually refreshing not to hear an ice machine “clanking” outside our door. They do charge for parking but they are no different than any other hotel in the city. I can say that the garage they use is right behind the building and we never had to wait more than 5 minutes to get our car. Every single person associated with this hotel greeted us with courtesy every time we came in or out. Lastly, we stayed in a Jr. Suite, which was absolutely wonderful. From the bed and linens being super comfortable. To the hot water coming out almost instantaneously. To the just right water pressure coming out of the shower head. Not a single complaint. This will be our hotel the next time we come back to DC.

Nice historic hotel. The rooms were not too big, but very clean with comfy bed and pillows. They offer receiving packages from online purchases for pick up from the reception without a fee. The receptionist Elliott was helpful and friendly. Price was reasonable, as well. The location is great near the downtown area, the convention centers and many stores. No free parking but valet parking is available for $49 per night.

There may have been a time when this was a top notch hotel. Those days my friend are long gone. The biggest disappointment of the stay was the failure of the video network (ie TV) which was out for the almost all of our 2 night stay. No status updates from hotel staff, no compensation and complete indifference from hotel management. It was also about the smallest room that I had ever stayed in (broom closets at my older home are larger). Two people with luggage will need a shoehorn to get in and out.The location is good. Staff were a mix of friendly or indifferent.

Economize seu dinheiro e fique em outro lugar! Tivemos uma experiência terrível com o hotel Henley começando com o check-in. Estacionamento gratuito foi anunciado e eu até liguei para confirmar durante a reserva. Na chegada, fomos informados de que este não é o caso e o estacionamento seria de US$ 50 por dia. Observamos 2 outras pessoas fazendo o check-in obter o "estacionamento gratuito". Quando eu trouxe isso com a equipe da recepção, fui rudemente informado de que só se aplica a certas pessoas, embora me tenham dito anteriormente que estava incluído. Então, tivemos que pagar pelo estacionamento na garagem e levar nossas malas de volta ao hotel. Descobrimos então que nosso quarto estava muito acima de 80°, mesmo abaixando o termostato para 50° não mudou nada. Ao informar a equipe sobre esse problema e pedir que a equipe consertasse nossas luzes porque nenhuma delas funcionava, fomos informados de que era apenas a temperatura e não havia nada que eles pudessem fazer sobre isso. Tivemos que dormir com as janelas abertas para não sufocarmos completamente e dormir mal devido às constantes buzinas e sirenes durante toda a noite. Para tornar as coisas ainda melhores, não havia ventilador no banheiro para poder tomar um banho confortavelmente e não havia máquina de gelo ou geladeira. A equipe foi muito sem remorso e rude. Depois de finalmente falar com o gerente, recebemos a mesma atitude desagradável não profissional nos dizendo que é o que é. Foi-me prometido um e-mail de acompanhamento sobre a minha estadia depois que ele nos apressou para fora da porta e o gerente nunca me contatou.

One mark of a great hotel is the experience that you have while staying there. The staff at The Henley Park Hotel is exceptional. They are personable, helpful, and go out of their way to make guests feel at home. Even after we had finished our stay, and had left something behind, they (Frances) could not have been more helpful and kind in looking for our lost item. This is our second stay at this hotel. There are many more modern hotels, but the charm of this one, along with the exceptional staff make it a 5 star experience. The location is also very good. We'll be back.

Save your money and stay somewhere else! We had a terrible experience with the Henley hotel starting with the check in. Free parking was advertised and I even called to confirm while booking. Upon arrival we were informed that this isn't the case and parking would be $50 a day. We observed 2 other people checking in get the "free parking". When I brought this up with the front desk staff I was rudely told it only applies to certain people, even though I was told previously it was included. So, we had to pay for garge parking and lug our bags back to the hotel. We then discovered our room was way over 80°, even lowering the thermostat to 50° didn't change a thing. When informing the staff of this issue, and having staff fix our lights because none of them worked, we were told that's just the temperature and there's nothing they can do about it. We had to sleep with the windows open so we didn't completely suffocate and got terrible sleep due to the constant honking and sirens throughout the night. To make things even better, there was no fan in the bathroom to be able to comfortably take a shower and no ice machine or fridge. The staff was very unapologetic and rude. After finally getting to speak with the manager, we received the same unprofessional nasty attitude telling us it is what it is. I was promised a follow up email about my stay after he rushed us out the door and the manager never contacted me.

Ha sido una excelente experiencia en verdad lo doy 5 estrellas todas merecidas.Los trabajadores bien agradables,el valet parking espectacular.Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero comodas y super limpias,solo le faltaría una nevera y un microondas,pero la limpieza espectacular.Sumandole que esta serca de todos los lugares importante de la ciudad,a 15 minutos caminando o a 6 en carro,en verdad cuando vuelva a esta maravillosa ciudad no dudo en quedarme en ese hotel.
