It was very pleasant and the staff very friendly. However when we paid $201 for a jacuzzi suite you would expect nice furniture. The desk was significantly damaged with burn marks on the front of it and the wall next to the jacuzzi was also damaged.

My husband and I reserved it for Dec 1st because it was our 19th year anniversary.We got there to check in and the lady behind the desk who does the check ins told us that because we live in Siskiyou County Ca she wouldn't rent it to us. We had reserved the room with the jacuzzi in the room. This was after 2 oclockI have a feeling that if it wasnt her we would have been able to rent it. This is the second time we tried and I can tell you this I will never try to go to the Baymont hotel ever again.

I stayed at the Baymont in late October 2020 at $144 (before tax). it was worth more like $60. The wifi was so weak I couldn't even check email (I had to link to my phone to get a connection). At 4:30 AM the sound of phone alarms starting coming through the paper thin walls. This was followed by the sound of guests warming up their trucks in the parking lot for 20 minutes. Hotels that really care about the comfort of their guests either have well-insulated walls or enforce noise policies. The Baymont has neither. Stay somewhere else.
