Hotel com muito boa relação custo x beneficio e perto da praia. Simples, sem luxo, mas com detalhes e materiais que supomos vir de seus co-irmãos Casa del Mar e Shutters, qualidade na roupa de cama, toalhas, ar-condicionado, frigo bar, bom box para o banho e silencioso. Apenas o wifi era sofrível e deveria ser melhorado. Estacionamento pago à parte e alugueis de bike caros, com outros públicos e privados bem mais em conta. Sem café da manhã ou restaurante, disponíveis no Shutters, onde o atendimento é muito bom.

The absolute worst hotel on the planet. The room was dirty with hairs in the sheets. I asked them to clean the room or change the sheets and they said no one was there to do it. I asked to them plz change the room and they said no more rooms. I asked for my refund and they said too bad. So they basically stole my money and didn’t care. The worst customer service. I can’t say enough bad things about this property. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

The Bayside is a hidden gem. It's an older hotel but extremely clean and tidy. The Pacific is right across the street and you can virtually walk everywhere. We had a great stay.

Best value for money in Santa Monica. Smack bang near the beach. The rooms are spaciousand well designed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rent one of the bikes $10 for a whole day perfect. And on top location location location nice liquor store nearby and plenty of good eateries nearby ! Melhor custo-benefício em Santa Mônica. Smack bang perto da praia. Os quartos são espaçosos e bem projetados. A equipe foi muito simpática e prestativa. Alugue uma das bicicletas por US $ 10 por um dia inteiro perfeito. I got woken up on my third night here by a call from the front desk accusing my dogs of barking "from 6am to 11pm the past two days." I didn't even check in until 11pm that first night and didn't wake up before 7am the next two days, so I don't know why the guy thought it was even possible for my dogs to be the ones responsible for barking. He also said you're not allowed to leave your pets in a room by themselves which makes no sense for a pet friendly hotel. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're traveling with your pets.

We had a great time! This is definitely more of a motel, than a hotel. We paid around $300 per night. The first night we didn’t pay for parking in their lot, because of some misinformation at check-in. We ended up getting a ticket due to every-other-day street sweeping.However, the next day the front desk woman made the situation right and impressed me with her customer service.My advice, pay the $35 dollars for their private lot.Room was clean and the bed was super comfy! We’ll be back! Tivemos um grande momento! Este é definitivamente mais um motel, do que um hotel. Pagamos cerca de US$ 300 por noite. Na primeira noite, não pagamos o estacionamento no estacionamento deles, por causa de algumas informações erradas no check-in. Acabamos recebendo uma multa devido à varredura de rua em dias alternados.No entanto, no dia seguinte, a mulher da recepção resolveu a situação e me impressionou com seu atendimento ao cliente.Meu conselho, pague os $ 35 dólares por seu lote privado.O quarto estava limpo e a cama super confortável! Nós voltaremos!

We had a great time! This is definitely more of a motel, than a hotel. We paid around $300 per night. The first night we didn’t pay for parking in their lot, because of some misinformation at check-in. We ended up getting a ticket due to every-other-day street sweeping.
However, the next day the front desk woman made the situation right and impressed me with her customer service.
My advice, pay the $35 dollars for their private lot.
Room was clean and the bed was super comfy! We’ll be back!

Pros: We arrived a few hours before check-in time and were able to get a room right away. The staff was very friendly, said hello as we came and went, and kindly offered up suggestions for things to do and directions to places nearby. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nicely updated, and the whole beachy vibe of the decor was nice. There was a refrigerator and a coffee machine in the room. The location was fabulous, and they offered up boogie boards, beach chairs, and beach towels at no extra cost.Cons: The air conditioner did not seem to keep the room at a consistent temperature and the room felt muggy, though we noticed a muggy feeling in our other hotel near Huntington Beach and chalked it up to the area. There was no microwave, so we had to be thoughtful about what we ordered at restaurants in order to avoid wasted food, since having leftovers wouldn't quite work without a way to warm them up later. Prós: Chegamos algumas horas antes do horário do check-in e conseguimos um quarto imediatamente. A equipe foi muito simpática, disse olá quando chegamos e fomos, e gentilmente ofereceu sugestões de coisas para fazer e orientações para lugares próximos. A cama era confortável, o banheiro era bem atualizado e toda a vibração praiana da decoração era agradável. Havia uma geladeira e uma máquina de café no quarto. A localização era fabulosa, e eles ofereceram pranchas de bodyboard, cadeiras de praia e toalhas de praia sem nenhum custo extra.Contras: O ar condicionado não parecia manter o quarto a uma temperatura consistente e o quarto parecia abafado, embora tenhamos notado uma sensação abafada em nosso outro hotel perto de Huntington Beach e atribuímos isso à área. Não havia microondas, então tínhamos que ser cuidadosos com o que pedíamos nos restaurantes para evitar o desperdício de comida, já que sobras não funcionariam sem uma maneira de aquecê-las mais tarde.

Hotel en plena playa de Santa Monica, muy cerda del muelle, situación inmejorable si quieres disfrutar de la playa de Los Angeles. Las habitaciones están bien y para el precio que rondan los hoteles con una situación similar creo que es muy buena opción.

Lugar a recomendar, excelente ubicación y si tomas las habitaciones que vienen con cocina y comedor aparte es muy cómodo ya que tenes a menos de 2 cuadras mini Market para comprar comida y prepararla, la administración amable y lugar limpio, un poco irregular el servicio de cuarto en el servicio de housekiping

Muy bien ubicado. Estacionamiento muy caro. Resolvimos estacionado afuera, ojo los horarios, a leer bien los carteles. El alquiler de bicicletas también. Podrían ofrecerlo como servicio gratuito. No tiene desayuno, te ofrecen una cafetera en la pieza. Nos dieron un solo jabón. Nada simpáticos.

Nos hospedarnos aquí una noche con mí familia. Las habitaciones son muy limpias y agradables. La ubicación es buena aunque un poco alejada del Pier. El precio es un poco elevado.
