Place sees a quite a bit of "road crew" guests. I've stayed here a number of times b/c it's convenient. Room carpets could stand a very thorough cleaning or replacement. Found items on floor that housekeeping missed during the pandemic. It's a room for the night for the price.

Dear Best Western,
Unfortunately, you did not meet a standard that I think is reasonable and I hope you refund me my money or comp another 2 night stay at another property because of the following issues staff not versed in what accommodations I requested; odor in room; stains on bed spread; missing lightbulbs in room and bathroom; TV was broken; Coffee Maker did not work; lack of hot water or water pressure and loud guests which made sleeping difficult. If you can do anything to resurrect my confidence in this company please let me know.

Absolute worse business and customer service I've ever dealt with. Authorized a one stay to help someone and was ultimately charged for 3+ nights. Never asked for my authorization they allowed they're staff which was Informed to charge my card. The management refuses to refund my account. Do not give this company your service you will regret it like I have.

If I could give this place no stars i would. This hotel does not deserve the name Best Western and definitely does not represent what I have come to expect from Best Western. The 1st room had holes in the walls, an obvious leak in the ceiling and even mold in the ceiling. The pillows were dirty and the room displayed signs of not being cleaned properly. The 2nd room had a horrible smell upon first entering it. It also had a huge red stain in the matress, the cable plate was hanging out of the wall, the tub did not drain properly and the shower diverter did not work properly which made taking a shower difficult. Overall the stay was sub par and I will let everyone know about my experience here

Me he alojado en este hotel en el pasado y ha sido una experiencia agradable. No sé si la pandemia tiene algo que ver con su apariencia y los otros invitados que se quedan allí ahora. Han bajado seriamente a un motel 6. Especialmente después de lo que están cobrando por la tarifa nocturna. Actualmente estoy trabajando en el área pero estoy trabajando de noche. Un carrito de compras era lo menos que esperaba ver en el pasillo por la mañana. Wow, te puedes imaginar a las personas que están constantemente caminando por el hotel. El hotel huele a hierba. Lo cual está bien si fuman afuera pero no lo están.

Eu fiquei neste hotel no passado e tem sido uma experiência agradável. Não sei se a pandemia tem algo a ver com a aparência e com os outros hóspedes que estão lá agora. Eles foram seriamente rebaixados para um motel 6. Especialmente depois do que estão cobrando pela diária. Atualmente, estou trabalhando na área, mas estou trabalhando à noite. Um carrinho de compras era a menor coisa que eu esperava ver no corredor pela manhã. Uau, você pode imaginar as pessoas que estão constantemente andando pelo hotel. O hotel cheira a maconha. O que é bom se eles fumam fora, mas não o são.

I have stayed at this hotel in the past and it has been a pleasant experience. I don't know if the pandemic has anything to do with it's appearance and the other guests that are staying there now. They have seriously downgraded to a motel 6. Especially after what they're charging for nightly rate. I am currently working in the area but I'm working at night. A shopping cart was the least thing I expected to see in the hallway in the morning. Wow, you can imagine the people that are constantly walking around the hotel. The hotel smells like weed. Which is fine if they smoke outside but they're not.
